本発明者は、なぜ所謂コンビニ袋に入れられた弁当が歩いているうちに傾斜するのか解明した。
まず、購入した弁当をコンビニ袋に入れ、歩いていると弁当が傾斜することを確認した。次に、弁当の片側を空にした弁当をコンビニ袋に入れ歩行すると弁当の重い側が下方に移動し、相対的に空の側が上がることが確認された。
そこで、弁当容器の縁の、上下方向の移動を規制すれば良いことを考えた。
以下、本発明に係る実施の形態を説明する。
（形態１）
図１に示すように、実施の形態１に係る袋１は、複数の切れ目２が設けられている。切れ目２は、底に対して概ね平行（持った状態において水平方向）に、切れ目２が設けられている。切れ目２は直線上をなしている。袋１の、持った際の上下方向中央から下の部分に、全周に渡り設けられている。
次に作用を説明する。
袋１の中に弁当を入れて、袋１の手を持つと自重で底に位置する。図ｗに示すように、切れ目２は、弁当の自重により鉛直方向に広がり口を開けた状態になる。袋１を持った状態で歩行すると弁当は重い側が下方に下がる。図３に示すように、弁当の蓋の下縁３が、口を開けた状態の切れ目２の下側に引っ掛かり、それ以上、下がらなくなる。多くの弁当の蓋に注目すると縁３には下に向かって緩やかにＲが設けられて面取りされている。当該縁３の端部は下方を向いている。故に、弁当が上方に移動するのを規制するよりも下方に移動するのを規制した方が容易であった。縁３が上方に向いている場合であっても、切れ目２の上側に引っかかり、上方に移動するが規制されると考えられる。
袋１は、斯かる作用により弁当が傾斜しなくなるという効果を奏する。
また、全周に渡り設けられているので、平面視丸い弁当容器でも傾斜を防止することが出来る。
なお、直線の長さは、弁当容器の縁３が引っかかる長さでよい。弁当と他の物とで収容する袋１を別けるのは店員に負担である。短いと縁３が引っかからないし、長いと割り箸その他の物が落下してしまう。よって、概ね、０．５〜５ｃｍ程度が良いと思われる。
また、切れ目２の本数は好適な本数でよい。
また、切れ目２は、等長、不等長を問わない。
また、切れ目２は、直線に限らず、曲線、波線、Ｖ字、円孔、角孔、長孔等、その他、本発明を実施する上で好適なものにすることが出来る。
また、袋１全体に設けても良いし、弁当の縁３がコンビニ袋１の内面に接する部分のみに設けても良い。また、全周に渡り設けても良いし、角部のみに設けても良い。
また、切れ目２は千鳥状に設けてもよい。千鳥にもうけると鉛直方向の引っ張り強度を増加することができる。
また、切れ目２の長さは、弁当の蓋の大きさに依存する。例えば、平面視矩形の場合には角部の曲率半径に依存する。平面視円形の場合には蓋全体の曲率変形に依存する。長い方が引っかかるが、余り長いと例えば割り箸等その他の主要物が落下してしまう。
（形態２）
実施の形態２に係る袋には、多数の凹凸が設けられている。凹凸は、プレスなどにより形成してもよいし、袋製造時に設けてもよい。
弁当の縁が凹凸に引っかかり、弁当の傾斜を防止することができる。
（形態３）
実施の形態３に係る袋には、多数の針孔が設けられている。
