3.把持鉗子によりそのまま通孔部を把持し、圧排したい組織近傍へ器具を移動し、圧排条件に適合させて位置、方向を決定し、配置する。
4.圧排位置が決まったら、別の把持鉗子4をトロカールから挿入し、適当な鉗子等の補助により、該把持鉗子4を前述した通りに圧排器具の通孔部3に取り付け圧排器具と一体化させる。
5.術中、一体化した把持鉗子の手元操作部を保持することにより、圧排器具による組織の圧排を維持する。
6.圧排器具の体外への取り出しは、一体化した状態のまま、あるいは、一度分離し、体外部からの把持鉗子により顎部41で通孔部3を把持して、小切開創から引き出して取り出す。
