電柱の一側に、角筒形状の一定長で相対向する一側と他側に一定の配置で相応する位置に貫通孔が設けられた腕金の基部を当接して水平方向に伸ばし、電柱の外周に掛け回したUボルトの両端部を当該腕金の一側の貫通孔から入れて他側の貫通孔から突出させ、また、当該電柱の他側から芯ボルトを電柱内に通してその端部を前記腕金の一側の貫通孔から入れて他側の貫通孔から突出させ、前記Uボルトの両端部及び芯ボルトの端部をナットで夫々螺着し、かつ電柱から当該腕金にアームタイを設けて当該腕金を固定している電柱において、
チャネル型で一定長の金具の相対向した上下片の中央部の各外端縁に、台形状の切欠き部を有する補強金具本体を設け、当該補強金具本体の背面片の長手方向の両端部には貫通孔を夫々設け、
