Abstract

Claims (12)
- 個々のチューブ収容穴からなるオフセットパターンが形成されている平たい支持プレートであって、前記パターンが、支持プレートのX軸またはY軸のいずれかからオフセットされている、支持プレート。
- 前記チューブ収容穴のオフセットパターンの半分が選択された軸の片側にあり、残りの半分が前記選択された軸の他方の側にある、請求項1に記載の支持プレート。
- 前記チューブ収容穴のオフセットパターンが、前記選択された軸の位置でパターンの半分の間のピッチを大きくした結果である、請求項2に記載の支持プレート。
- チューブ支持プレートの製造方法であって、
チューブ支持プレートのX軸またはY軸のいずれかを選択するステップと、
前記チューブ支持プレートに、前記選択された軸からオフセットされたチューブ収容穴のパターンを形成するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記チューブ収容穴のオフセットパターンを2つの半分へと分割するステップを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記チューブ収容穴のパターンの一方の半分を前記選択された軸の片側に位置させ、他方の半分を前記選択された軸の他方の側に位置させるステップを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記チューブ収容穴のパターンのオフセットが、前記選択された軸の位置でパターンの半分の間のピッチを大きくするステップを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 円筒形の圧力容器と、
間隔を空けて互いに平行に位置し、流体の流れを外側を流れる流体と間接的に熱伝達する関係にて通過させる複数のチューブと、
前記圧力容器の内側に配置され、前記チューブを囲んでいるシュラウドと、
を有する熱交換器において使用するためのチューブ支持システムであって、
複数の第1および第2のチューブ支持プレートを前記チューブを横切る方向に配置して備え、前記第1のチューブ支持プレートがチューブ収容穴の一様なパターンを有し、前記第2のチューブ支持プレートがチューブ収容穴のオフセットパターンを有する、チューブ支持システム。 - 前記第1のチューブ支持プレートと前記第2の支持プレートとが、間隔を空けて交互に配置されている、請求項8に記載のチューブ支持システム。
- 各々の第2のチューブ支持プレートのパターンが、前記支持プレートのX軸またはY軸のいずれかからオフセットされている、請求項8に記載のチューブ支持システム。
- 前記チューブ収容穴のオフセットパターンの半分が選択された軸の片側にあり、残りの半分が前記選択された軸の他方の側にある、請求項10に記載のチューブ支持システム。
- 前記チューブ収容穴のオフセットパターンが、前記選択された軸の位置でパターンの半分の間のピッチを大きくした結果である、請求項11に記載のチューブ支持システム。
