Description

The present invention relates to a rainwater storage tank, and more specifically, in a rainwater storage tank for temporarily storing rainwater from a roof, when removing mud accumulated in the storage tank body, water splash is prevented. It relates to a rainwater storage tank.

Rainwater that falls on the roofs and verandas of buildings is temporarily stored in tanks and sprinkled on plants such as garden trees and vegetables, flush toilet water, car wash water, water for fire extinguishing, water for ponds, water for earthquakes, etc. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a storage tank for rainwater to be used for emergency water, rooftop greening water, or the like when it cannot be used.
In this rainwater storage device, it is necessary to configure the pipe that guides rainwater from the dredger to the storage tank with a number of pipes such as L-shaped water collecting joints, horizontal water collecting pipes, elbows and vertical water collecting pipes, There is a problem that the number of parts increases, the cost increases, and the workability decreases. In addition, an overflow drain pipe that guides excess rainwater from the storage tank to the drain pipe cover is installed so as to protrude outward from the storage tank, so that there is a problem that the appearance of the appearance is impaired.

In order to solve this problem, the present applicant has a rainwater storage tank main body provided with a water introduction hole for taking in rainwater from the gutter at the top and an overflow drainage port for discharging excess rainwater at the top, and the gutter. The rainwater storage tank provided with the water-conducting coupling in which the filter which filters the rainwater from a gutter was provided, and the overflow pipe connected to the said overflow drain outlet was proposed (refer patent document 2). A recess extending from the upper part to the lower end is formed in the peripheral wall of the tank body, the overflow drain port is formed in the wall surface of the recess, and the overflow pipe connected to the overflow drain port is formed in the recess. It was made to be housed in the place. As a result, the number of piping parts is reduced, the workability is improved, and the appearance of the exterior is not impaired by the piping, so that it can be installed on the window side of a house veranda or terrace.

As shown in FIG. 1, in the rainwater storage tank of Patent Document 2, a tank body 1 that stores rainwater is mounted on a pair of leg stands 16. On the bottom surface of the tank main body 1, there is a mud collecting portion 14 for concentrating the precipitated mud in one place, and the tank main body 12 is supported by leg stands 16 arranged on the left and right sides thereof. A mud drain hole 15 is provided on the lower surface of the mud collecting section 14, and when the muddy water is discharged from the tank, the bucket 20 is placed below and the mud drain plug (valve) is opened.
Thus, conventionally, when the mud is discharged from the tank body, the valve of the mud drain plug 15 is opened. However, since the position of the mud drain hole 15 is high, the mud in the drainage falls down vigorously and the water from the bucket Bounces and wets workers, surrounding objects, verandas and terrace floors.

An object of the present invention is to provide a rainwater storage tank in which when muddy water is extracted from a rainwater storage tank main body to the outside, the muddy water jumps around and does not contaminate the surroundings.

As a result of intensive studies in order to solve the above-described problems of the prior art, the inventors have installed a mud receiving tray integrally with a footrest below the mud drain plug at the bottom of the rainwater storage tank body, The muddy water collected in the saucer was made to flow into the overflow pipe. As a result, it is not necessary to prepare a bucket at the time of mud removal work, water splashing can be prevented, and the surroundings are not soiled.

That is, according to the present invention, a rainwater storage tank body having a water inlet for taking in rainwater at the top, a water intake for taking out rainwater at the lower part of the side surface, and a mud draining hole for discharging mud at the bottom, and excess rainwater are discharged outside. An overflow pipe and a pedestal on which the tank body is placed, and a mud receiving tray for receiving mud discharged from the tank body is provided integrally with the foot base, and a drain pipe is provided at the drain port of the mud receiving tray. A rainwater storage tank is provided which is additionally provided and connected to the overflow pipe.

Since the rainwater storage tank of the present invention is provided with a mud receiving tray at the lower part of the rainwater storage tank body, it is not necessary to prepare a bucket every time the mud is removed. In addition, this mud tray is a structure that is integrated with the footrest, so the mechanical strength is increased, and since water containing mud flows from the mud pan to the overflow pipe, water splash can be prevented and the surroundings can be prevented. It has the effect of not polluting the environment.

It is a front perspective view of the rainwater storage tank concerning a prior art. It is a back surface perspective view of the rainwater storage tank shown in FIG. It is a front perspective view of the rainwater storage tank of the present invention. It is a perspective view which shows the footrest and the plate | board part of the rainwater storage tank of FIG. 3, and its periphery.

Hereinafter, the rainwater storage tank of this invention is demonstrated in detail based on drawing. The rainwater storage tank of the present invention has a rainwater storage tank main body having a water intake port for taking rainwater at the top, a water intake port for taking out rainwater at the bottom of the side surface, and a mud draining hole for discharging mud at the bottom, and discharging excess rainwater to the outside. An overflow pipe and a pedestal on which the tank body is placed, and a mud receiving tray for receiving mud discharged from the tank body is provided integrally with the foot base, and a drain pipe is provided at the drain port of the mud receiving tray. Attached and connected to the overflow pipe.

The rainwater storage tank of the present invention enters the eaves from the roof, takes rainwater flowing through the fence into the rainwater storage tank body, and uses it as water for watering flowers and plants, cleaning gardens, etc. belongs to. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the rainwater storage tank of the present invention includes a rainwater storage tank main body 1, an overflow pipe 22, a footrest 16 with a mud tray, and a drain pipe 19.

The flange joint (water-conducting joint) 12 includes a cylindrical upper end connection portion that receives the lower end of the flange 11, an inclined cylinder portion that is continuous with the lower end of the upper end connection portion and extends obliquely downward from the upper end connection portion, It has a cylindrical lower end connection portion that is connected to the lower end of the inclined cylinder portion, has an axis parallel to the axis of the upper end connection portion, and fits into the water inlet. The saddle joint is preferably of an eccentric type having a crank shape as a whole.
An annular flange portion that covers the edge of the water inlet of the tank main body 1 is formed on the outer periphery of the lower end connection portion of the saddle joint (water conduit joint) 12. In addition, a cylindrical connection short pipe that receives the flange 11 is removably screwed to the upper end connection portion of the flange joint (water conduit joint) 12. A filter made of a mesh for removing foreign matters such as pebbles and dead leaves from rainwater from the ridge 11 is attached to the short connecting pipe.

On the left and right lower outer walls of the tank body 1, you can put them in a bucket or plastic container when you need water for plants, flush toilet water, car wash water, fire-fighting water, cleaning water such as cleaning, emergency water, and rooftop greening water. A water intake 13 is provided for sprinkling water connected to the hose.

The tank body 1 for storing rainwater is substantially rectangular, and the lower center portion of the tank body 1 is a funnel-shaped mud collecting portion 14 having a truncated pyramid shape. Both ends thereof are supported by a pair of footrests 16. Although no foreign matter is mixed into the tank main body 1 by the filter, fine sand flows into the tank main body and becomes mud inside the tank main body, so that mud is removed from the lower surface of the mud collecting portion 14 to reuse rainwater. Mud must be extracted from hole 15.
The mud hole 15 is normally in a state where the valve is closed, and the valve is opened when the muddy water is discharged. The valve may be a manual cock, but may be one that is rotated by air pressure, hydraulic pressure, electric motor, or the like. Further, a window may be attached to the side surface of the mud collecting portion 14 in order to check the amount of mud accumulated inside.

The height of the footrest 16 is not particularly limited as long as the mud collecting portion 14 can be positioned above the floor surface, but is 20 to 80 cm, and preferably 30 to 50 cm. Within this range, the mud plug 15 can be easily opened and closed.
Conventionally, when removing muddy water from the tank body, a bucket is placed between the left and right footrests 16 and directly under the mud drain plug 15. However, if the muddy water erupts vigorously, the water splashes and soils the floor, making it difficult to operate the mud plug 15.

For this reason, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, a mud receiving tray 17 that receives the mud discharged from the mud hole 15 is attached to the pair of leg stands 16. It is desirable to provide an artificial turf on the bottom surface of the mud tray so that no splashing occurs when the mud falls. The mud receiving tray is provided integrally with the leg base, and the size of the mud tray is such that the mud drained by the mud drain plug 15 is received and the mud water does not flow around the leg base.

FIG. 4 shows a state in which the tank body 1 is slightly lifted in order to easily show the structure of the lower part of the rainwater storage tank, particularly the footrest. Mud trays 17a, 17b and 17c are integrated between the leg base 16a and the leg base 16b, below the leg base 16b (in the tunnel) and on the right side of the leg base 16b. Each part of the mud tray does not necessarily have to be integrated with the pedestal, but if it is integrated, the mechanical strength increases and it is easy to handle during installation and movement. The reason why the lower portion of the leg base 16b is formed in a tunnel shape is that the volume of the mud receiving tray is increased, and further, the muddy water also flows into the adjacent portion 17c, thereby making it easier to prevent water splashing.

It is preferable to provide artificial grass on at least a part of the bottom surface of the mud tray 17. Artificial turf disperses and absorbs the muddy water pressure and prevents muddy water from crossing walls and polluting the surrounding environment. However, the present invention is not limited to this, as long as the water splash preventing function is exhibited, and a metal fine wire mat, a synthetic fiber fine wire mat, a wave-dissipating micro block aggregate, or the like may be used.

The amount of water stored in the tank body 1 is generally about 80 to 200 L for home use. Therefore, if there is a lot of rainfall and the maximum water storage capacity of the tank body is exceeded, excess rainwater must be discharged to the outside. This is because the smooth flow of rainwater from the eaves and the raft 11 to the tank body is hindered, and the rainwater overflows from the joint portion with the raft. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, the rainwater storage tank is provided with an overflow discharge port 21 at a position slightly lower than the ceiling of the tank body 1, and excess rainwater is discharged to the outside of the tank body 1 through the overflow pipe 22. ing.

The overflow pipe 22 can be provided inside the tank body 1, but can also be attached to the outside of the tank body 1. When the overflow pipe 22 is attached to the outside of the tank body 1, the exposed portion is reduced, for example, hidden behind the tank. FIG. 2 shows the back surface of the tank body, and the overflow pipe 22 is arranged near the center of the tank body 1 so as to be behind the leg base. Further, the overflow pipe may be bent to the opposite side near the center of the tank main body and disposed behind the other footrest. In addition to this, the overflow pipe can be made to go straight downward from the center of the tank body.

Drain ports 18a and 18b are provided on the bottom surfaces of the mud tray 17a and the mud tray 17c in order to discharge accumulated mud water. The lower portions of the drain port 18 a and the drain port 18 b of the mud tray 17 are connected to the drain pipe 19, and the drain pipe 19 is connected to the overflow pipe 22. By piping in this way, it becomes possible to quickly drain the muddy water accumulated in the mud tray.

Next, although the rainwater storage tank of this invention and its use are demonstrated concretely, this invention is not limited to this Example.

A tank body (material: polyethylene, width 67 cm × height 100 cm × depth 31 cm, water storage capacity: 121 L) having the shape shown in FIG. 3 and a footrest with a mud tray (shape base 30 cm in height) shown in FIG. , Width 87 cm). This mud receiving tray had a depth of 8 cm and a bottom area of about 1800 cm 2 , and a commercially available artificial grass was laid on the bottom surface around the drain outlet.

Using these components, the rainwater storage tank of the present invention was installed on the veranda of a two-story house. First, the tank body was placed on a pedestal with a mud pan, an overflow pipe was attached to the tank body, connected to a drain pipe, and a tub and an inlet pipe at the top of the tank were connected.
Next, the drain hole of the mud pan was connected to the overflow pipe through the drain pipe. Since each part of the mud pan is integrated with the footrest, installation work was easy. The fixing metal fitting 30 at the top of the tank body was fixed to the inner wall surface of the veranda with screws, and the installation of the rainwater storage tank of the present invention was completed.
Rainwater accumulates in the tank from the culvert through the water conduit at the top of the tank body, and from the water intake at the bottom of the side, it averages about 200 ml once for watering plants and flowers, and one for cleaning gardens and watering. Approximately 500 ml of water on average could be taken out. There was rainfall exceeding the storage capacity of the tank body, but excess rainwater fell from the overflow outlet into the overflow pipe and was discharged into the sewer.
After using the rainwater storage tank for about one year, turbidity occurred in the water intake. After opening the drainage port of the mud pan, the mud drain plug at the bottom of the tank body was operated, and about 300 ml of mud collected in the mud collection part Extracted. The mud fell directly under the mud plug, and the mud fell vigorously, but never exceeded the wall of the mud pan. An artificial turf was provided on the bottom of the mud pan so that water would not splash and soil the floor. The muddy water spread throughout the mud pan, but was able to drain the entire amount from the drain pipe attached to the drain outlet to the sewer through the overflow pipe.
