Description

The present invention relates to a lens bonding structure, a lens frame, and a lens bonding method.

For example, in order to bond and fix a lens included in a photographic optical system of a digital camera to a lens frame, the lens frame is provided with a fitting tube portion having one end opened and an inner flange formed at the other end. Is attached to the fitting cylinder part and brought into contact with the inner flange (the lens is dropped from the opening part side toward the inner flange side), and the adhesive storage reaches the inner cylindrical wall surface of the fitting cylinder part from the opening part side. An adhesive was dropped on the notch (adhesive pool) to fix the lens to the lens frame.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-113542

However, in the lens frame having the above structure, a sufficient amount of the adhesive cannot be dropped into the adhesive storage notch, and good adhesion may not be obtained. In particular, in the case of a convex lens, the thickness of the outer peripheral cylindrical surface of the lens (outside edge thickness) tends to be thin, and the amount of adhesive that can be dropped is limited. In addition, when a plurality of lenses (lens group) are bonded to one lens frame, the adhesive reservoir notch corresponding to one adjacent lens and the inner flange corresponding to the other lens are close to each other. Since the adhesive is not allowed to protrude from the flange, only a small amount of adhesive can be dripped into the adhesive storage notch, making it difficult to obtain good adhesion. On the other hand, if the adhesive storage cutout is long in the circumferential direction, the amount of adhesive can be increased, but the adhesive storage cutout is not preferable because the accuracy of the lens position in the direction perpendicular to the optical axis is reduced. .

The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and an object thereof is to obtain a lens adhesion structure, a lens frame, and a lens adhesion method capable of obtaining a satisfactory adhesion by dropping a sufficient amount of an adhesive. .

The present invention fits the lens frame from the side of the inner flange to the adhesive storage notch (first adhesive storage notch, opening side notch) reaching the inner cylindrical wall surface of the fitting cylinder part from the opening part side. If an adhesive storage notch (second adhesive storage notch, inner flange side notch) reaching the inner cylindrical wall surface of the cylinder part is formed, a sufficient amount of adhesive is dropped on both of these adhesive storage notches. Therefore, it was made based on the viewpoint that good adhesion can be obtained.

The lens bonding structure according to the present invention includes a lens frame having a fitting cylinder part with one end opened and an inner flange formed at the other end, and the fitting cylinder part of the lens frame fitted to the inner flange. In a lens adhesion structure having a lens fixed by an adhesive in a contact state, the first adhesive storage notch reaching the inner cylindrical wall surface of the fitting cylinder part from the open part side to the lens frame, A second adhesive reservoir notch that reaches the inner cylindrical wall surface of the fitting cylinder from the outer peripheral side of the inner flange, and the adhesive dropped onto the first and second adhesive reservoir notches to the lens frame. It features a fixed lens.

The lens frame of the present invention has a fitting cylinder part in which one end is opened and an inward flange is formed at the other end part to which the lens is fitted; the first reaching the inner cylindrical wall surface of the fitting cylinder part from the opening part side. And a second adhesive storage notch reaching the inner cylindrical wall surface of the fitting cylinder portion from the outer peripheral side of the inner flange.

In the lens adhesion structure and the lens frame, a plurality of the first and second adhesive storage notches can be formed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the lens frame. In this case, it is preferable that the first and second adhesive reservoir cutouts are formed at different positions in the circumferential direction of the lens frame.

The lens adhering method of the present invention includes a step of fitting a lens into the fitting tube portion of the above-described lens frame and abutting against an inner flange; in this abutting state, the adhesive is dropped on the first adhesive reservoir notch And dropping the adhesive into the second adhesive reservoir notch.

According to the lens adhesion structure, the lens frame, and the lens adhesion method of the present invention, a sufficient amount of adhesive can be dropped to obtain good adhesion.

It is a front perspective view of the lens frame which concerns on one embodiment of this invention. It is a back perspective view of the lens frame concerning one embodiment of the present invention. It is sectional drawing which shows the state which dripped the adhesive agent to the 1st adhesive storage notch and fixed the lens to the lens frame. It is sectional drawing which shows the state which dripped the adhesive agent to the 2nd adhesive storage notch and fixed the lens to the lens frame. It is sectional drawing which shows the state which dripped the adhesive agent to the 3rd adhesive storage notch, and fixed the other lens to the lens frame.

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view showing a lens frame 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view thereof. The lens frame 1 of the present embodiment holds the lens group 20 included in the photographing optical system of the digital camera. The lens group 20 includes a planoconvex positive lens (first lens) 21 convex toward the object side and a negative meniscus lens (second lens) 22 convex toward the object side (FIG. 5). The two lenses 21 and 22 are both circular lenses.

The lens frame 1 has a first fitting cylinder portion 11 having a small diameter and a second fitting cylinder portion 13 having a large diameter, each having a cylindrical surface at the center of the optical axis, with different positions in the optical axis direction. A second lens position regulating surface 12 that is orthogonal to the optical axis is formed between the first fitting tube portion 11 and the second fitting tube portion 13. The end of the first fitting tube portion 11 on the second fitting tube portion 13 side is an open portion 15, and the first lens position regulating surface orthogonal to the optical axis is located at the opposite end portion. An inner flange 10 having 10a is formed. An outer flange 14 is formed at the end of the second fitting cylinder 13 opposite to the first fitting cylinder 11.

The planoconvex positive lens 21 has its optical axis orthogonal surface 21 a in contact with the first lens regulating surface 10 a of the inner flange 10, and its outer peripheral cylindrical surface 21 b is fitted into the first fitting cylinder portion 11. Further, the negative meniscus lens 22 has its optical axis orthogonal surface 22 a in contact with the second lens position restricting surface 12, and its outer cylindrical surface 22 b is fitted into the second fitting cylinder portion 13.

The lens frame 1 is formed with a first adhesive storage cutout (opening portion side cutout) 30 that reaches (opens and communicates) with the inner cylindrical wall surface of the first fitting tube portion 11 from the opening portion 15 side. (Figs. 1 and 3). Further, the lens frame 1 has a second adhesive storage notch (inner flange side notch) that reaches (opens and communicates) with the inner cylindrical wall surface of the first fitting cylinder portion 11 from the outer peripheral side of the inner flange 10. ) 40 is formed (FIGS. 2, 4, and 5). When the adhesive S is dropped into the first adhesive storage notch 30 and the second adhesive storage notch 40, the plano-convex positive lens 21 is fixed to the lens frame 1. As the adhesive S, for example, a UV adhesive can be used.

Three first adhesive storage cutouts 30 and two second adhesive storage cutouts 40 are formed at regular intervals (equal angular intervals) in the circumferential direction of the lens frame 1 (FIGS. 1 and 2). Thereby, the adhesive S can be dropped evenly in the circumferential direction of the lens frame 1.

The first adhesive storage cutout 30 and the second adhesive storage cutout 40 are arranged at different positions in the circumferential direction of the lens frame 1 (FIGS. 1 and 2). That is, since the first adhesive reservoir notch 30 and the second adhesive reservoir notch 40 are not in communication, the adhesive S dropped on the first adhesive reservoir notch 30 (second adhesive reservoir notch 40) is It does not flow out into the second adhesive reservoir cutout 40 (first adhesive reservoir cutout 30), and can reliably stay inside the cutout.

The lens frame 1 is formed with a third adhesive storage notch 50 that reaches (opens and communicates) with the inner cylindrical wall surface of the second fitting cylinder 13 from the open part 15 side (FIGS. 1 and 5). ). Three third adhesive storage notches 50 are formed at regular intervals (equal angular intervals) in the circumferential direction of the lens frame 1. When the adhesive S is dropped into the third adhesive storage notch 50, the negative meniscus lens 22 is fixed to the lens frame 1.

Next, a method for adhering the lens group 20 to the lens frame 1 configured as described above will be described.

First, the lens frame 1 is fixed with the open portion 15 side facing up (the inner flange 10 side facing down). Next, the plano-convex positive lens 21 is dropped from the open portion 15 side toward the inner flange 10 side, and the outer peripheral cylindrical surface 21b of the plano-convex positive lens 21 is fitted to the first fitting cylinder portion 11, and the lens 21 The optical axis orthogonal surface 21 a is brought into contact with the first lens position regulating surface 10 a of the inner flange 10. At this time, it is confirmed that the plano-convex positive lens 21 is not decentered or tilted. If there is an eccentricity or tilt, the plano-convex positive lens 21 is reassembled. When it is confirmed that the plano-convex positive lens 21 is not decentered or tilted, a nozzle (not shown) enters the first adhesive storage notch 30 and the adhesive S is dropped. The dropped adhesive S stays inside the first adhesive storage notch 30 and does not protrude into the second lens position regulating surface 12 and the second adhesive storage notch 40 (FIGS. 3 and 4). As a result, the plano-convex positive lens 21 is fixed to the lens frame 1.

Then, the lens frame 1 is turned upside down so that the inner flange 10 side faces upward (the opening 15 side faces down), and a nozzle (not shown) enters the second adhesive reservoir notch 40. Adhesive S is dropped. The dropped adhesive S stays inside the second adhesive storage cutout 40 and does not protrude into the first adhesive storage cutout 30. As a result, the adhesive S can be dropped onto both the first adhesive reservoir notch 30 and the second adhesive reservoir notch 40 from both the opening portion 15 side and the inner flange 10 side. The plano-convex positive lens 21 can be securely fixed to the lens frame 1 by securing the amount.

Finally, the lens frame 1 is turned upside down again, the open portion 15 side is directed upward (the inner flange 10 side is directed downward), and the negative meniscus lens 22 is directed from the open portion 15 side toward the inner flange 10 side. , The outer peripheral cylindrical surface 22b of the negative meniscus lens 22 is fitted into the second fitting cylinder 13, the optical axis orthogonal surface 22a of the lens 22 is brought into contact with the second lens position regulating surface 12, and the third lens A nozzle (not shown) enters the adhesive storage notch 50 and the adhesive S is dropped. As a result, the negative meniscus lens 22 is fixed to the lens frame 1.

The adhesive S is dropped on the first adhesive storage notch 30 and the third adhesive storage notch 50 with the opening 15 side facing up (the inner flange 10 side facing down), and then the lens frame It is also possible to invert the adhesive S to the second adhesive storage notch 40 by turning 1 up and down and facing the inner flange 10 upward (the open portion 15 side downward). Even in this case, since the plano-convex positive lens 21 is temporarily fixed to the lens frame 1 by the adhesive S dropped on the first adhesive storage notch 30, the lens frame 1 is turned upside down. Also, the plano-convex positive lens 21 does not fall off.

In the above embodiment, the case where the lens bonding structure, the lens frame, and the lens bonding method of the present invention are applied to bonding and fixing of a lens and a lens frame included in a photographing optical system of a digital camera has been described as an example. The invention is not limited to this, and can be applied to any optical apparatus such as an endoscope and binoculars.
