該温度検出手段は、前記調理容器の底面からの放射赤外線量を検出するサーモパイルと、該サーモパイルの受光前面に配置される前記トッププレートと同一光学特性の窓材と、を備えており、
前記サーモパイルを前記コイル間隙下方に配して調理容器底面温度を検出しこの温度に基づいて前記加熱コイルへの供給電力を制御することを特徴とする誘導加熱調理器。
