Description

The present invention relates to a roof structure using decorative materials such as high-quality materials such as natural stone and tiles (ceramics) as a roofing material, and is particularly inexpensive, waterproof, lightweight, durable, and air flows from the eaves to the building. It relates to a material having air permeability.

Asphalt roofing and rubber asphalt roofing and moisture-permeable waterproof sheets (waterproof sheets with moisture permeability that allow moisture to pass vertically over the field) are well known as waterproofing materials for roof roofs used in house roof structures. (For example, see Patent Documents 1 and 2). Such a roof underwater waterproofing material is low cost and widely used.

The roof structure using the above-described roof underwater waterproofing material has the following problems. In other words, the current house is being promoted to have a long life, and its life is said to be 60-100 years, whereas asphalt roofing and rubber asphalt roofing are prone to thermal degradation, and within 30 years. Degraded to shrink and tear. In addition, although it has excellent waterproof properties, it does not have moisture permeability that discharges moisture in the field. For this reason, there is a problem that condensation easily occurs in the field and the deterioration of the field progresses.

On the other hand, the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet is improved in order to prevent thermal deterioration of the sheet and deterioration of the field, and is sufficient in terms of durability, but has a problem in waterproofness. That is, various attempts have been made to improve the sealing performance of the nail holes, but the water-stopping properties for tackers (needles) for fixing the waterproof sheet and the fixed nails have not been improved.

The construction method using natural stone as a roofing material has long been used in luxury homes. FIG. 9 shows a roof structure using such a natural stone. In the figure, 100 indicates a field board, 110 indicates a rafter, and 120 indicates a natural stone. Since the natural stone 120 is not structured to receive water like a roof tile (simple, almost flat plate shape), as shown in FIG. 9, widening the overlapping region (two layers) prevents water leakage. It was. However, since the exposure rate of natural stone 120 (the rate visible in the table) is low, there is a problem that the number of fired stones increases and the cost increases.

In addition, a method using a tile material or the like as a roofing material has also been tried as a cost reduction method for natural stone. FIG. 10 shows a roof structure using such a tile material, in which 100 is a base plate, 130 is a tile material, and 140 is a water receiving plate. As shown in FIG. 10, this has a structure in which rain water is discharged by putting a water receiving plate 140 under a butt portion of a substantially flat tile material 130 in order to increase the exposure rate. For this reason, although an exposure rate can be increased and cost can be reduced, it has not spread by the problem of workability or the problem of water leakage.

Synthetic resin corrugated sheets have been widely used as roofing materials in exteriors. Although it has the advantage that it can be used even on gentle slopes because it flows rainwater in a wave shape, it is not incombustible material, so it could not be used on the roof of a house. Moreover, since it deteriorates in ultraviolet rays, it could not be used for a long time in a carport.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a roof structure having sufficient durability and waterproofness.

In order to solve the problems and achieve the object, the roof structure of the present invention is configured as follows.

Rafters, a field board whose bottom surface is supported by the rafters, a corrugated board arranged on the field board, a piercing board arranged on the corrugated board, and a makeup material arranged on the piercing board And a fixed nail that penetrates the corrugated portion of the corrugated plate and is struck in the order of the rafters, and a fastening nail that is struck from the decorative material to the pier. .

Rafters, a field plate whose bottom surface is supported by the rafters, a corrugated sheet disposed on the field plate, a piercing disposed on the corrugated sheet, and a flat plate disposed on the piercing A decorative nail, a fixed nail pierced in the order of the rafter, penetrating the wave top of the corrugated sheet, and an engaging part for engaging the lower end of the decorative material with the pier. It is characterized by.

According to the present invention, sufficient durability and waterproofness can be provided.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing a roof structure 10 according to a first embodiment of the present invention, FIGS. 2 to 4 are cross-sectional views showing a construction procedure of the roof structure 10, and FIG. It is a perspective view shown.

The roof structure 10 includes a rafter 11, a base plate 12 whose lower surface is supported by the rafter 11, a corrugated plate 13 disposed on the base plate 12, and a pier 14 disposed on the corrugated plate 13. And a decorative material 15 disposed on the pier 14.

The decorative material 15 is a decorative material that is formed in a flat plate shape and excellent in appearance, and is formed of a material that has high heat resistance and has a function of protecting ultraviolet rays. For example, natural stone, tile material (ceramics), pottery, brick, water retention material, cement plate, metal plate, glass and the like are used.

These rafters 11, field board 12, corrugated board 13, pier 14 and decorative material 15 are fixed by fixing nails 20 and 21 and fastening nails 22 (see FIGS. 2 to 4). The fixed nail 20 is struck in the order of the corrugated plate 13, the base plate 12, and the rafter 11, the fixed nail 21 is struck in the order of the pier 14, the corrugated plate 13, the base plate 12, and the rafter 11, and the fastening nail 22 is a makeup. It is struck from the material 15 toward the pier 14.

The decorative plate 15 is disposed with its side ends facing the decorative plate 15 adjacent in the horizontal direction (see FIG. 4). The fastening nail 22 is struck by the pier 14 at the lower end side of the decorative board 15.

A ventilation slit 12 a is formed at the top of the field plate 12. The ridge wrap 30 and the waterproof sheet metal 31 are arranged so as to straddle the ventilation slit 12a.

At the top of the uppermost decorative board 15, a crosspiece 14 is disposed adjacently. Between the uppermost part of the corrugated sheet 13 and the uppermost decorative sheet 15 and the pier 14, an air circulation member 32 is disposed via the waterproof sheet metal 31 described above. Further, a cap 34 extending along the ridge direction is provided on the upper surface of the uppermost decorative plate 15 and the pier 14 via an air circulation member 33. And the coping 34 is supported by the lower surface of the ridge parcel 30 mentioned above. Further, the cap 34, the air flow member 33, the pier 14, the air flow member 32, the corrugated sheet 13, the field plate 12, and the rafter 11 are fixed in order by the fixing nail 23.

The corrugated plate 13 is made of synthetic resin (polyvinyl chloride resin or polycarbonate resin), and the wave upper portions 13a and the wave lower portions 13b are alternately formed at regular intervals. The wave direction in which the wave upper portion 13 a and the wave lower portion 13 b are arranged is arranged orthogonal to the direction in which the rafter 11 extends. The fixed nails 20 and 21 are driven through the wave upper portion 13a as shown in FIGS.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 40 denotes an air flow member disposed between the lowermost decorative plate 15 and the base plate 12, and 41 denotes a draining member.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the roof structure 10 with a part cut away. In addition, the thickness of the crosspiece 14 and the decorative material 15 is set to be substantially the same. If the pier 14 is too thick, a gap between the upper and lower stages of the decorative material 15 is formed, resulting in a problem that the waterproof property is lowered. On the other hand, if the pier 14 is thin, it will be received by the decorative material 15, so if the fastening nail 22 is excessively caught, the decorative material 15 may break.

Such a roof structure 10 is constructed as follows. First, as shown in FIG. 2, the field board 12 is arrange | positioned on the rafter 11, and the corrugated board 13 is spread | laid on it. Then, the base plate 12 is penetrated from the wave top 13 a of the corrugated plate 13 with the fixed nail 20 and driven toward the rafter 11. Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the pier 14 is arranged, the fixed nail 21 is passed through the undulated portion 13 a of the corrugated plate 13 and the field plate 12 from above the pier 14, and driven toward the rafter 11. Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the decorative material 15 is arranged, and the decorative material 15 and the pier 14 are fixed by the fastening nails 22.

In the roof structure 10 configured as described above, the decorative material 15 is disposed on the corrugated sheet 13, so that the corrugated sheet 13 made of synthetic resin is not exposed to direct sunlight and the deterioration over time is reduced. Further, the corrugated plate 13 is formed with holes for penetrating the fixing nails 20 and 21, and the holes are formed in the wave upper portion 13 a of the corrugated plate 13, so that the decorative material 15 and the corrugated plate 13 are formed. Water droplets that have entered between the two do not flow into the wave top 13a. That is, water droplets accumulate on the wave lower portion 13b of the corrugated plate 13 and flow down to the eaves side, so that roofing for waterproofing is not required separately. That is, the corrugated sheet 13 has a function as a roof underlaying material (water receiving member), and has sufficient weather resistance and low cost.

In addition, since the decorative materials 15 adjacent in the horizontal direction are not overlapped, rainwater drops on the corrugated sheet 13 from the gap, but waterproofness is ensured by the structure as described above. Further, by minimizing the overlapping margin of the decorative material 15, it is possible to preferentially arrange the amount of the decorative material 15, saving the appearance of the decorative material 15, and the like.

On the other hand, the corrugated sheet 13 is formed with a ventilation path, so that the ventilation between the base plate 12 and the decorative material 15 can be sufficiently performed. In particular, by arranging the wave direction in which the wave upper part 13a and the wave lower part 13b are arranged perpendicularly to the direction in which the rafter 11 extends, an air passage is formed from the eaves side toward the ridge side. Ventilation can be performed smoothly as shown. For this reason, the moisture of the field board 12 can be dehumidified from the ridge from the space between the field board 12 and the corrugated board 13, condensation on the field board 12 can be prevented, and the durability of the field board 12 can be improved. Similarly, moisture such as hot air and rain water under the decorative material 15 can be discharged from the building. For this reason, heat insulation can also be improved.

Furthermore, since the decorative material 15 which is excellent in design such as natural stone and tile but does not have a waterproof structure itself can be used as a roofing material, there is an advantage that the degree of freedom of design is increased. In addition, the cosmetic material 15 is improved in appearance by a high-grade material, and covers the weak points not found in the corrugated plate 13 made of synthetic resin, such as nonflammability, resistance to ultraviolet rays, sound insulation, high durability, and high frost damage. Can do. Further, since the exposure rate of the decorative material 15 can be increased, the material cost can be reduced, the weight can be reduced, and a highly durable roof structure can be obtained.

As described above, according to the roof structure 10 according to the present embodiment, the use of the corrugated sheet 13 made of synthetic resin as the roof underlaying material has sufficient durability, while maintaining waterproofness, and It becomes possible to ventilate between the base plate 12 and the decorative material 15 (lower part of the decorative material). Furthermore, it is possible to place the cosmetic material 15 with priority on the appearance, and the appearance is improved.

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of an essential part showing a modification of the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing the modification. In this modification, a hook (engagement member) 16 for engaging the lower end portion of the decorative board 15 and the crosspiece 14 is provided. By using such a hook 16, it is not necessary to make a hole in the decorative plate 15, and even the decorative plate 15 using a material that is difficult to process can be used.

In addition, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, You may arrange | position the wave direction of a corrugated sheet in parallel with the direction where the rafter 11 is extended. Of course, various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
