Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front-opening brassiere having a relatively simple structure, and designed so that the distance between the bust cup parts is adjustable. <P>SOLUTION: The brassiere is designed so as to be open at the front between a pair of bust cup parts 2. Description

  The present invention relates to a front-opening type brassiere capable of adjusting the distance between breast cup portions.

  The bust body shape and the distance between the left and right busts vary greatly between individuals, and even the same person has a change in the size of the breast before and after breastfeeding. However, a general-purpose brassiere with a fixed bust distance cannot adequately address this problem.

  Thus, several inventions for adjusting the distance between the left and right busts have been proposed. For example, Japanese Patent No. 299479, Japanese Patent No. 3226813, and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-295106.

  The above prior arts generally have the disadvantages of a large number of parts and high manufacturing costs. An object of the present invention is to provide a front-opening type brassiere having a relatively simple structure and capable of adjusting a distance between breast cup portions.

  A first aspect of the present invention is a front-opening-type brassiere between a pair of breast cup portions, two tapes provided facing each end of the pair of breast cup portions, and each tape The female member is fixed on one tape, and the male member is slidable and specified on the guide rail that constitutes the other tape. The slider may be fixed at a position, and the slider has a hook that can be engaged with the female member.

  Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

  As shown in FIG. 1, the brassiere 1 is a front opening type, and an adjuster 3 that can adjust the distance between the breast cup portions 2 is provided between the left and right breast cup portions. The structure and operation of the adjuster 3 will be described with reference to FIGS.

  As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the adjuster 3 includes male and female members 4 and 5. Each member is provided on a short tape 41, 51 mounted facing the ends of the left and right breast cups.

  The female member 4 is a “U” -shaped bar 42 that is frequently used in hook and bar (key hook), and is fixed to one tape 41.

  As shown in FIG. 3, the tape of the male member 5 is a guide rail 51, and the slider 6 can slide on the guide rail 51 and can be fixed at a specific position. On the wearer side of the slider 6, two hooks 61 are fixed as shown in FIG. As shown by the arrow in FIG. 3, the hook 61 can engage with the bar 42 of the female member. When this engagement is disengaged, the brassiere opens forward and breastfeeding becomes easy. In this embodiment, the number of the hooks 61 is two because of the design. If a wide hook is used, the number of hooks 61 may be one.

  The adjuster will be described in more detail with reference to FIGS.

  The guide rail 51 is an elongated substrate made of a synthetic resin, and a shallow locking tooth 52 of a square pillar is intermittently provided in a row at the center in the longitudinal direction on one side. Both sides of the guide rail 51 in the longitudinal direction are thick portions 53 to increase the strength of the guide rail substrate. A stopper 54 is provided on the free end side of the guide rail substrate so that the slider 6 does not come out.

  The slider 6 is a hollow square box 62, and as shown in FIG. An opening 63 on the left right side is a passage of the guide rail 51, and the guide rail 51 passes through the slider 6 through the opening 63. From the upper opening 64, a pressing head 66 and a neck 67 of the pushing piece 65 protrude. The main body of the pressing piece 65 is accommodated in the slider box 62 and can be moved up and down by the pressing of the head 66 for pressing. A lower part of the main body of the pressing piece 65 is bent to form a stepped portion 68. The bifurcated spring 69 provided between the lowermost part of the main body of the pressing piece 65 and the bottom of the slider box is normally biased upward (state shown in FIG. 4), but the pressing head 66 is pushed down. At this time, the main body of the pushing piece 65 moves downward against the force of the spring 69 (state shown in FIG. 5).

  In the normal state, the stepped portion 68 of the main body of the pushing piece 65 is in contact with the locking teeth 52 of the guide rail in the slider box 62, whereby the slider 6 is fixed at a specific position of the guide rail 51 (see FIG. 4 (a)). In order to change this position, the pressing head 66 is pushed down to release the contact between the stepped portion 68 of the main body of the pressing piece 65 and the locking tooth 52 (see FIG. 5A). By doing so, the slider 6 becomes movable along the guide rail 51 again. If an appropriate position is selected and the pressing to the pressing head 66 is stopped, the slider 6 is fixed to the guide rail 51 again at that position.

  As described above, in this embodiment, the distance between the breast cup portions 2 and 2 can be adjusted simply by pressing down the pressing head 66 and sliding the slider 6.

  In this embodiment, a decorative floral ornament 7 is fixed on the outer side of the slider. As a fixing method of the flower decoration 7, it can be fixedly attached to the slider or a guide rail in the vicinity thereof by sewing or bonding, or can be detachably attached by a safety pin or a hook. By doing in this way, the slider which looks like a foreign material can be covered with the flower decoration 7, and the aesthetic effect can be heightened further.

  FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a brassiere according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention. In this embodiment, the slider 6B used in the embodiment is used as the female member 4B, and the guide rail 51B used in the embodiments 1 and 2 is used as the male member 5B. When using, the guide rail 51B is held with a finger while the pressing head of the slider 6B is pushed down, and inserted into the passage in the slider 6B. When a finger is spoken from the press head at an appropriate position, the finger is fixed at that position. (In this embodiment, since the slider 6B does not slide, it can no longer be called a “slider”, but in order to unify the terminology with the first and second embodiments, it will be called a “slider”.)

The slider 6B is attached to the end of one breast cup portion 2B directly or via a short tape 41B. When directly attaching, for example, a hole is made in a metal box and stitched with the end of the breast cup portion 2B with a thread penetrating the hole.

One end of the guide rail 51B is sewn and fixed to the other breast cup portion 2B. Unlike the first and second embodiments, a stopper should not be provided at the free end side end. This is because the guide rail 51B cannot be inserted into the slider 4B if there is a stopper.

Although not shown, also in Example 3, the slider can be decorated with a decorative object.
