前記筒部の反ボルト挿入側の外面より薄肉ヒンジ部を介して回転片を突設し、該回転片の先端に前記ボルトのネジ溝に挿入係止される第2係止爪を設けると共に該回転片の中間位置より前記筒部の内面と係止片との間の空間に圧入する押圧部を設け、
