FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing a flow of processing for detecting a call voice in a transmitted voice by the voice detection unit 301 shown in FIG.
5, first, when a transmission voice is transmitted from the handset 101 to the telephone body 102 (S501), the voice detection volume adjustment unit 402 of the voice detection unit 301 receives an input of the transmission voice (S502). The transmitted voice whose volume is adjusted to a preset value is output to the voice detection unit 403 (S503). The voice detection unit 403 calculates the moving average of the volume of the transmitted voice input from the voice detection volume adjustment unit 402, and if the value exceeds the threshold, instructs the voice storage unit 302 to start recording (S504). ).

FIG. 6 is a flowchart showing a flow of processing for detecting a call voice in the received voice by the voice detection unit 301 shown in FIG.
In FIG. 6, first, when a received voice (+ transmitted voice) is transmitted from the telephone body 102 to the handset 101 (S601), the transmission / reception separating unit 401 of the voice detection unit 301 transmits the transmitted voice and the received voice ( + Transmission voice) (S602), the two voices are compared to extract only the received voice and output to the voice detection volume adjustment unit 402 (S603). The voice detection volume adjustment unit 402 adjusts the volume of the received reception voice to a preset value, and outputs it to the voice detection unit 403 (S604). The sound detection unit 403 calculates the moving average of the volume of the received voice input from the voice detection volume adjustment unit 402, and instructs the voice storage unit 302 to start recording when the value exceeds the threshold (S606). .
Here, the moving average calculation of the volume of the transmitted voice or the received voice by the voice detection unit 403 of the voice detection unit 301 will be described. FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating a method of calculating the moving average from the sampled sound level.

As shown in FIG. 7, the sound detection unit 403 calculates the total of the audio levels for two sampling periods as the moving average value for the sampled audio level at any time, and this moving average value is set in advance. When the threshold value (here 2) is exceeded, it is recognized that there is a call sound in the transmitted voice or the received voice, and the voice storage unit 302 is instructed to start recording. At this time, it is preferable to record from the beginning of the sampling period in which the moving average value exceeds the threshold (a buffer or the like is provided).
In addition, it is calculated as a moving average value even after recording starts, and when the moving average value falls below a preset threshold value (0 in this case), there is no call sound in the transmitted voice or received voice. And the audio storage unit 302 is instructed to stop recording.
The telephone conversation voice recorded in this way is stored as a single transmission or reception data. In this way, by determining the presence or absence of a call voice based on the moving average value of the voice levels for a plurality of sampling periods, it is possible to accurately detect without being affected by noise or affected by temporal variations in human voice. Sound recognition can be performed.

FIG. 8 is a block diagram illustrating the function of the voice storage unit 302 shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 8, the voice storage unit 302 includes a transmission / reception separation unit 401, a recording volume adjustment unit 801, an encryption unit 802, and a storage unit 803. The transmission / reception separating unit 401 is the same as that shown in FIG.
In FIG. 8, a transmission / reception separating unit 401 receives input of a reception voice (+ transmission voice) on a connection line between the handset 101 and the telephone body 102, removes the transmission voice, and adjusts a recording volume of only the reception voice. Output to the unit 801. On the other hand, the transmitted voice is directly input to the recording volume adjusting unit 801. The recording volume adjusting unit 801 receives the input of each of the transmitted voice and the received voice, adjusts the volume to a preset value, and outputs it to the encryption unit 802.
