Abstract

【課題】従来の電池等のように充電する必要がなく、リサイクル等の炭素物質で電気エネルギーができるクリーンな発電池を提供する。
【解決手段】カーボンを主たる原料とし水と混合することで電荷を発生させる。カーボンには廃タイヤ又は建築廃材等から炭素化したもの、カーボンナノチューブが用いられる。水には一般水道水、淡水又はそれに付随するものを超臨界にかけ、成分をアルカリ性にし、分子レベル化した。発電池の構成として樹脂容器に繊維質状のものを詰め込んだ電気を取り出す方法。

本発明によれば，カーボンを主たる原料とし，発電装置を作ることにより，従来のバッテリー等のように充電する必要がなく，リサイクルの等の炭素物質で電気エネルギーが出来るクリーン・パワー・ジェネレーターである。
