Description

The present invention relates to a scoop for removing sludge such as earth and sand collected in a drainage basin for cleaning.

Conventionally, a scoop for civil engineering and a scoop for a gutter have been used to clean the drainage basin.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-177599 discloses a scoop that can change the angle of the muddy part with an angle changing joint. This has an angle change joint to change the angle of the scoop.

In this conventional scoop, in order to take out the sludge accumulated in the drainage basin, the excavated sludge must be discharged upward from the narrow drainage basin. It was very difficult to work.
For this reason, sludge was taken out with a transplanting trowel with a smaller one hand, but the hands and clothes tend to get dirty, and because of the work in the narrow drainage, you have to work in a middle waist posture, and you are tired There were problems such as easy.
The scoop of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-177599 can change the angle of the muddy part with the angle changing joint, but the mechanism for this change is unknown, and the size of the muddy part is about half the length of the handle. Yes, just because the word “joint” is used, the angle is simply changed. If mud is actually beaten, the mud weight will change the angle due to the mud weight. Therefore, in the case of heavy mud, there is a drawback that the mud that has been drowned falls again into the drain.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems and achieve the object, the invention according to claim 1 includes a handle portion of a predetermined length extending from a handle, a saucer portion provided on the other end side of the handle portion, and the handle portion. A drainage basin provided with a ratchet portion attached between the other end of the tray and the tray portion for changing the angle between the tray portion and the handle portion, and a lock release lever for releasing the lock by the ratchet portion A scoop.

Since the scoop for drainage according to the present invention is configured as described above, when the scoop is pierced into sludge, the handle portion and the saucer portion are in a straight line so that the force at the time of piercing can be concentrated. The slant can be prevented from slipping down by making the tray part orthogonal to the handle part. Each time the handle is moved about 3 to 6 times, the angle of the saucer can be changed stepwise by the ratchet. In addition, it is automatically locked after the change, and the angle of the tray can be fixed as it is, so that a large amount of sludge can be easily placed, and the angle of the tray can be arbitrarily set in accordance with the shape of the drainage tub. Also, when digging up sludge, using the same scoop, if the width of the opening is wide and the bottom is shallow, the handle can be moved less frequently, and if the opening is narrow and the bottom is deep, There is an advantage that the angle of the tray part with respect to the handle part can be changed to nearly 90 ° by reciprocating the handle part many times in small increments. In addition, since the number of times the handle is moved is divided into 3 to 6 times, it is dug with a relatively light load, and it is taken out right above with the handle, so compared with the conventional scoop for civil engineering. If so, you can clean sludge much more easily.

In addition, by moving the handle part back and forth, it is possible to dig right below, and to discharge sludge directly above, so you can work even if there is not much space around. If the handle is moved back and forth, sludge can be dug up to a depth that allows the ratchet to function.

Further, when releasing the lock, if the lock release lever is pressed with a foot or the like, the lock can be released at a time, so that the operation is extremely easy.

Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail.
FIG. 1 is a view showing the appearance of a drainage scoop according to the present invention. The drainage scoop 1 has a ratchet portion 5 for rotating the shaft 4 attached to the tip of a handle portion 3 having a length of 0.5 m to 1.5 m extending from the handle 2 side. The ratchet part 5 is attached to the back side of the saucer part 6. The relative angle between the handle portion 3 and the tray portion 6 can be changed by the ratchet portion 5, and after the change, the angle can be automatically locked and fixed. When returning the angle between the handle portion 3 and the tray portion 6 to the original state, the structure is easily returned to the original state by stepping on the unlocking lever 12 with a foot.
Next, the structure of the ratchet part 5 is demonstrated based on FIGS.
(A) The handle 3 in FIG. 2 has a bifurcated tip, and the tip 3a, 3b is provided with a radial recess, and a small hole is penetrated through the center.
(B) On the outside of the rear end surface of the saucer portion 6, a small hole is provided so as to penetrate the central portion of the metal fitting 7 and the saucer portion near the bottom surface.
(C) The shaft 4 through the small holes of the arm portions 3 a and 3 b is passed through the small hole in the center of the metal fitting 7 to connect the handle 3 and the metal fitting 7.
(D) The stopper 11 and the spring 9 are attached to the small hole near the saucer portion of the metal fitting 7 and the shaft 8 through which the stopper 11 and the spring 9 are passed.
(E) Both ends of the spring 9 contact the stopper 11 and the metal fitting 7, and the repulsive force causes the stopper tip 11a to exert a force F in the direction of the shaft 4 with the shaft 8 as the center (see FIG. 4). The ratchet functions as a ratchet by swinging into a recess following the shape of the tips 3a and 3b of the lens or passing through a non-recessed portion.
(F) As shown in FIG. 4, the angle from the recesses 10a to 10d is 90 degrees, and if the sludge is excavated three times by causing the handle portion 3 to tilt forward, the recesses 10α to 10d are 30 A total of four are provided for each degree. The angle at which the handle 3 is tilted forward is 30 degrees. (See Figure 5)
(G) In order to perform the same operation four times, the angle between the recesses needs to be 22.5 degrees. The number of depressions will be five. If the above operation is performed five times, the angle between the depressions will be 18 degrees, and six depressions will be arranged. The angle at which the handle part 3 is tilted forward is 18 degrees, which is caused by that amount. If the above operation is performed six times, the angle between the respective recesses is 15 degrees, and it is necessary to arrange seven recesses. In this case, the handle part 3 is tilted 15 degrees forward to cause 15 degrees.
(H) The position of the stopper 10 and the start 10a where the indentation is engaged is as shown in FIGS. 6A, 6B, 6C, and 6D. The angle <is in the range of -30 degrees to +90 degrees, and the ratchet Part 5 can serve as a ratchet. Further, the position of the stopper shaft 11 and the radius of the valleys of the recesses 10a, 10b, 10c, and 10d need to be set so that the locus of the circle of the stopper tip 11a bites.
(I) After the sludge is discharged, the lock release lever 12 is attached to the bottom side of the tray portion 6 of the stopper 11 in order to release the ratchet portion 5 and return the stopper 11 to the starting position 10a.
(N) At the start position of the ratchet portion 5 of the recess 10a in FIG. 4, a recess 10a is provided on the lower side of the stopper tip 11a, and a projection matching the shape thereof is closer to the recess 10b of the recess 10α of each arm 3a, 3b. If provided, the force of the spring 9 works, and the recess of the stopper tip 11a and the protrusion on the 10b side of the recess 10α of each arm portion 3a, 3b are firmly engaged, and the movement of the tray portion 6 is stabilized.
(L) If the handle part 3 is tilted forward and the raising angle is 22.5 degrees or less, the shape of the recess 10a is affected, and the stopper tip 11a and the recess 10a are engaged at the start position of the ratchet part 5. It gets sweet. Therefore, there is a possibility that the saucer portion 6 may swing, and it becomes difficult to pierce the tip of the saucer portion 6 into the sludge. In order to prevent this, the structure shown in the rear view of FIG. 8A and the left side view of FIG. That is, one end of a click stopper 17a made of a phosphor bronze spring or the like is fixed to the tip of the handle part 3, and the protrusion on the other end is fitted with the click stopper hole 17b provided on the left side part 7a of the metal fitting to position and fix the start position. It is supposed to do. This fitting is easily disengaged by moving the handle 3 and the stopper 11a enters the next recess 10b and is firmly fixed. Therefore, when carrying the scoop 1 or the like, there is an advantage that the saucer portion 6 does not swing and move.

Next, a method for using the scoop according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. (A) is a state in which sludge is scooped with the scoop according to the present invention when sludge accumulates at the bottom of drainage basin 15 having a relatively wide opening (about 550 mm) and shallow depth (about 500 mm). Is shown.
When the bottom of the saucer 6 is pierced perpendicularly to the sludge surface and close to the mounting surface of the metal fitting 7, the handle 3 is tilted 30 degrees forward, and the triggering action is repeated three times, the handle 3 and the saucer 6 The angle gradually changes and eventually reaches a state of 90 degrees, and the sludge is placed on the tray 6. If the handle 2 or the handle portion 3 is gripped and pulled straight up, the sludge can be squeezed out of the drainage basin 15. (B) is a figure which shows the case where the shape of the opening part of the drainage basin 15 is comparatively narrow (about 450 mm) and deep (about 1100 mm).

Next, the case where the ratchet part 5 is unlocked will be described. When the lock release lever 12 attached to the stopper 11 is stepped on with a foot and the lock release lever 12 is pushed down about the shaft 8 toward the tip 6a of the scoop, the stopper tip 11a is released from the recess 10d, and the ratchet is released. 11 returns to the indentation 10 a and gets caught by the force of the spring 9, and the tray 6 returns to the state parallel to the handle 3.

Since the scoop according to the present invention can be used as described above, the opening shown in FIG. 7A is relatively wide and shallow, and the opening shown in FIG. Sludge collected in any type of drainage basin, such as a narrow and deep drainage basin, can be easily dug out with the same scoop and squeezed out of the drainage basin for cleaning.
