【発明が解決しょうとする課題】上記従来のスコップは次のような課題がある。
１．角度変更機構に土砂等が挟まる事や、周囲の土砂がワイヤに当たり操作出来ない事がある。
２．柄とすくい部の角度を変更するのにハンドルを使用しているため、相当大きな力で引くことが必要である。
３．角度を固定する時にハンドルとレバーを同時に動かす必要があり、柄を支えることが不安定になる。
４．すくい部の取替えができず一定の形状の穴にしか使用できない。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記課題を解決するために、本発明は下記のスコップを提供するものである。
１．角度変更機構を側板により密閉することにより課題１を解決する。
２．柄を動かすことで柄とすくい部の角度を変更するので大きな力を必要とせず課題２を解決する。
３．角度固定にバネの反発力利用で自動的に固定するので課題３を解決する。
４．すくい部取り付け板を設け、すくい部を作業に合せて替える事で課題４を解決する。

【作用】本発明のスコップは下記各項の作用を及ぼす。
１．従来のスコップで深い縦穴を掘る場合土砂を掘り砕くことはできても、砕いた土砂をすくい部の上に乗せすくい上げるためには、穴の上部を必要以上に広く掘ることが必要であつたが、本発明のスコップは柄を前後に動かすことにより柄とすくい分の角度を変え、土砂をすくい部の上に乗せてすくい上げるので穴の上部を必要以上に広く掘る必要はない。
２・竪穴横穴をとはず、ヒュム管のような小さな穴の内に蓄積した土砂の除去に関しても、角度変更機構内の歯車の歯数を変えることにより、柄とすくい部の角度を数回変える事で内部の土砂を除去することができる。
３・柄とすくい部の角度を所定の位置で固定することにより、くわ等として使用でき更に、すくい部を作業に合わせて替えることにより農業、土木、家庭用品として多目的に使用できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
（１）次に、本発明の実施形態を図２に従い説明する。
第一の位置で５すくい部を土砂に突き入れ１ 柄の部分を前に押すと、５すくい部は土砂により固定されており３ｅ歯車の中心にある３ｆ歯車軸を中心として柄は第二の位置に回転する。この時３ｄ歯車固定弁は上部にある３ｃバネが縮むことにより、３ｅ歯車の歯表面を滑り前の歯に移動する。この時点で３ｄ歯車固定弁は３ｃ バネの反発力により歯車にくい込み、柄を第三の位置に引くと、歯車固定弁の３ｄ−１後部と３ｅ−１歯車前面が歯車軸に垂直なため歯車面を滑る事ができず、３ｆ歯車軸を中心として１柄の回転と同様に３ｅ歯車が回転しその結果、 ３ｅ歯車と一体で動く４すくい部固定板を通して、５すくい部を第四の位置に移動させる。この動作を繰り返すことにより、５すくい部と１柄の角度を思うところに変えることができる。土砂を除去した後５すくい部と１柄の角度を元に戻すには、 １柄の上部にある、２ａ引き手を引くことで、２ｂ ワイヤにより引かれた長さだけ３ｃバネが縮み３ｄ歯車固定弁は上に上がり３ｅ歯車から切り離される、５すくい部と１柄の角度が思うところにきた時、２ａ引き手を放すと３ｄ歯車固定弁は３ｃバネの反発力により３ｅ歯車にくい込み歯車の回転を固定する。
（２）次に添付図面４に従い説明する。
角度変更機構内に土砂の進入を防止しるため３ａ角度変更機構側板と３ｈ軸受の間に３ｊ硬質ゴムパッキンを使用し土砂がはさまることを防止した。

【発明の効果】
角度変更機構を側板により密閉することにより土砂の進入を防ぎ、柄を前後に動かすことで柄とすくい部の角度を変更することができ、角度固定にバネの反発力利用で自動的に固定することにより操作性を高め作業の効率化ができた。
すくい部取り付け板を設け、すくい部を作業に合せて替える事で多種類の作業に使用されるようになつた。
