Abstract
【解決手段】成分A及びBを含む培地を用いて、微生物を培養する。成分A:サトウキビの液状成分、成分B:サトウキビの液状成分から回収した糖以外のコロイド物質。微生物が、クロボキン科(Ustilaginaceae)に属する微生物、ならびにキャンディダ(Candida)属及びスターメレラ(Starmerela)属の微生物からなる群より選択されるバイオサーファクタント生産菌。

成分A:サトウキビの液状成分、
成分B:サトウキビの液状成分から回収した糖以外のコロイド物質。
バイオサーファクタント(以下、「BS」と略記することもある)とは、微生物が生産する両親媒性の物質であればよい。
本発明における微生物としては、バイオサーファクタント生産菌を用いることが好ましい。バイオサーファクタント生産菌とは、バイオサーファクタント生産能を有する菌株であればよく、例えば既にバイオサーファクタント生産菌として知られているものでもよいし、新たに見出されたものであってもよい。
次に、本発明に係る製造方法における培養について、以下に説明する。
実施例1では、培地における成分Aとしてサトウキビ搾汁、及び成分Bとしてライミング残渣を用い、バイオサーファクタント(BS)生産菌のバイオサーファクタント生産量に対する、サトウキビ搾汁及びライミング残渣の培養液における含有量の効果について調べた。その結果を図1に示す。図1は、実施例1における、バイオサーファクタント生産に対するサトウキビ搾汁及びライミング残渣の効果を示す図である。
比較例1では、サトウキビ搾汁を含む培養液を用いて数種のバイオサーファクタント生産菌を培養し、培養液に蓄積するバイオサーファクタントの種類及び量について調べた。
Claims (8)
- 成分A及びBを含む培地を用いて、微生物を培養することを特徴とするバイオサーファクタントの製造方法、
成分A:サトウキビの液状成分、
成分B:サトウキビの液状成分から回収した糖以外のコロイド物質。 - 上記成分Aが、サトウキビ搾汁であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 上記培地における上記サトウキビ搾汁が5重量%以上50重量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の製造方法。
- 上記成分Bがサトウキビの液状成分のライミング残渣であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 上記培地における上記成分Bが1重量%以上5重量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 上記微生物を、3日間以上14日間以内において培養することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 上記微生物は、クロボキン科(Ustilaginaceae)に属する微生物、ならびにキャンディダ(Candida)属及びスターメレラ(Starmerela)属の微生物からなる群より選択されるバイオサーファクタント生産菌であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 上記微生物は、シュードザイマ(Pseudozyma)属又はウスチラゴ(Ustilago)属のバイオサーファクタント生産菌であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
