本発明は、上記の目的を達成するためになされたものである。本発明に係るパンタグラフ昇降制御装置は、
パンタグラフの上昇と下降を行うパンタグラフアクチュエータを制御するパンタグラフ昇降制御装置であって、
架線の有無を検知する架線検知部と、
外部の架線からの給電についての信号を受ける無給電検知装置と、
車速信号を受ける停車判断部と、
力行ノッチ信号を受ける力行判断部と、
充電要求信号を受ける充電要求判断部と、
パンタグラフの高さ位置を受けるパンタグラフ位置センサと、
パンタグラフアクチュエータに対してパンタグラフの昇降を指示するための制御信号を生成する昇降信号生成部と
を含み、
上記昇降信号生成部が、
上記架線検知部から、架線の存在を検知することを示す架線検知信号を受け、
上記停車判断部から、車両が停止状態であることを示す停車判断信号を受け、
上記力行判断部から、力行ノッチがゼロであることを示す力行ノッチ判断信号を受け、
上記充電要求判断部から、充電要求信号が充電要求をするものであることを示す充電要求判断信号を受け、且つ、
上記パンタグラフ位置センサから、パンタグラフの高さ位置が第1の設定高さより小さいことを示すパンタグラフ低位置信号を受けたとき、
パンタグラフアクチュエータに対して、パンタグラフを上昇させることを指示するパンタグラフ上昇信号を出力し、
更に、
上記昇降信号生成部が、
(A−1)上記無給電検知装置から、外部の架線からの給電がないことを示す無給電検知信号を受けること、
(A−2)上記パンタグラフ位置センサが受けたパンタグラフの高さ位置が第1の上限設定値よりも大きい場合、パンタグラフが架線から逸脱していることを示す架線区間外信号を受けること、
(A−3)上記停車判断部から、車両が停止状態でないことを示す停車判断信号を受けること、
(A−4)上記力行判断部から、力行ノッチがゼロより大きいことを示す力行ノッチ判断信号を受けること、若しくは、
(A−5)上記充電要求判断部から、充電要求信号が充電要求をするものでないことを示す充電要求判断信号を受けること
の上記(A−1)乃至(A−5)のうち、少なくとも一つが発生し、且つ、
上記昇降信号生成部が、
(B)上記パンタグラフ位置センサから、パンタグラフの高さ位置が第2の設定高さより大きいことを示すパンタグラフ高位置信号を受けたとき、
パンタグラフアクチュエータに対して、パンタグラフを下降させることを指示するパンタグラフ下降信号を出力する。
