Abstract
【解決手段】メタンと二酸化炭素を主成分とするガスを、洗浄手段4で常圧で洗浄し、加圧動力を用いずに二酸化炭素を洗浄水に溶解させメタン濃度約90%に高められたメタンを含むガスとし、このガスの水分を水分除去手段8で除去し、この水分を除去したガスの湿度を湿度低減手段9で低減し、水分除去・湿度低減されたガスを、分離膜10に導入し、当該分離膜10において結露して目詰まりを起こさせること無く、メタンを主成分とする精製ガスとオフガスとに分離し、コンプレッサ5等、膜分離の際に必要とされる少ない圧縮用の運転動力で、前段の洗浄手段4により約90%に高められたメタン濃度を約98%迄高めると共に、オフガスをオフガス戻しラインL1で洗浄手段4又は洗浄手段4より上流側に戻し、メタン回収率も約95%迄高め温室効果ガスを削減する。

Claims (4)
- メタンと二酸化炭素を主成分とするガスを、常圧で洗浄する洗浄手段と、
前記洗浄手段で洗浄されたガスの水分を除去する水分除去手段と、
前記水分除去手段で水分が除去されたガスの湿度を低減させる湿度低減手段と、
前記湿度低減手段で湿度が低減されたガスを、メタンを主成分とする精製ガスとオフガスとに分離する分離膜と、
前記分離膜で分離されたオフガスを前記洗浄手段又は前記洗浄手段より上流側に戻すオフガス戻しラインと、を具備したことを特徴とするガス精製装置。 - 前記水分除去手段は、
前記洗浄手段で洗浄されたガスを冷却する冷却器と、
前記冷却器で冷却されることにより生じた凝縮水を、ガスから分離して取り除く水取器と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガス精製装置。 - 前記湿度低減手段は、加温により湿度を低減させる加温器であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のガス精製装置。
- 排水を導入し浄化処理する排水処理装置を備え、
処理水を、前記洗浄手段で用いる洗浄水として供給する洗浄水供給ラインを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のガス精製装置。
