Description

The present invention relates to a refill container in which an inner container is exchangeably fitted into an outer container.

A locking projection is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the outer container and the outer peripheral surface of the inner container in a fitted state, and an engaging protrusion is provided on the inner bottom surface of the outer container. 2. Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-78230

However, since the prior art places the inner container on the bottom surface of the outer container via the engaging protrusion, the inner container bottom surface cannot be brought close to the outer container bottom surface, and thus the size of the container can be reduced. In addition to being a hindrance to the plan, if the inner container is made of metal, when forming the locking projection, a recess is inevitably formed on the inner peripheral surface of the inner container. There is a problem that not only the appearance is not good because it is visible from the outside, but also the contents stored in the inner container remain in the recess. The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and has an object to provide a refill container that has a good appearance, does not leave contents in the container, and can be downsized. .

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention is a refill container in which an inner container 20 is replaceably provided in an outer container 1, and an auxiliary portion 10 is provided in a gap between the outer container 1 and the inner container 20. The auxiliary portion 10 is engaged with the inside of the outer container 1 through the concave / convex retaining means 7, and further, the concave / convex of the concave portion that can release the retaining by the retaining means 7 in cooperation with the auxiliary portion 10. A release means 15 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the outer container 1. When the turning force is applied to the auxiliary portion 10, the release means 15 raises the auxiliary portion 10 and releases the holding by the holding means 7. The inner container 20 is provided so as to be removable from the outer container 1 together with the auxiliary portion 10 by releasing the retaining.

Further, according to the present invention, the auxiliary portion 10 is configured such that the auxiliary cylinder 11 is fitted into the outer container 1 and an annular wall 12 having an outward flange shape is provided at the upper end of the auxiliary cylinder, The inner container 20 is formed by placing on the upper end of the container 1, and the inner container 20 hangs down the peripheral wall 22 from the inner periphery of the outward flange 21 which is placed on and bonded to the upper surface of the annular wall 12 of the auxiliary portion 10. It is formed by fitting and adhering to the inner surface of the auxiliary cylinder 11.

Further, according to the present invention, the auxiliary portion 10 is configured such that the auxiliary cylinder 11 is fitted into the outer container 1 and an annular wall 12 having an outward flange shape is provided at the upper end of the auxiliary cylinder, The inner container 20 is formed by placing on the upper end of the container 1, and the inner container 20 supports the peripheral wall by hanging the peripheral wall 22 from the inner periphery of the outward flange 21 placed on the upper surface of the annular wall 12 of the auxiliary portion 10. The auxiliary portion 10 and the inner container 20 are formed integrally by being fitted to the inner surface of the cylinder 11, and are characterized in that they are integrally formed.

Further, according to the present invention, the retaining means 7 includes a first protrusion 8 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the outer container 1 and a second protrusion 13 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the auxiliary cylinder 11. Further, when the auxiliary portion 10 is raised, the second protrusion 13 gets over the first protrusion 8 so that the retaining can be released.

Further, according to the present invention, the release means 15 forms the upward stepped portion 5 on the inner peripheral surface of the outer container, and forms the respective surfaces of the upper surface of the upward stepped portion and the lower surface of the auxiliary cylinder 11 in an uneven shape. The upper surface of the auxiliary cylinder 11 and the lower surface of the auxiliary cylinder 11 are brought into contact with each other so that the concave and convex portions are engaged with each other. The auxiliary cylinder is raised by climbing on the convex on the upper surface of the stepped portion 5, and the second protrusion 13 is provided to be able to get over the first protrusion 8.

Further, according to the present invention, the outer surface of the outer container 1 is formed in the small outer diameter portion 4, and the space defined by the outer surface of the small outer diameter portion and the lower surface of the annular wall 12 of the auxiliary portion is It is characterized in that it is formed in a space 30 for inserting a finger to be applied to the lower surface of the annular wall at the time of replacing the device.

Furthermore, the present invention is characterized in that the gripping cylinder 23 is suspended from the outer periphery of the outward flange 21 of the inner container 20 and a non-slip protrusion 24 is provided on the outer surface of the gripping cylinder.

Furthermore, the present invention is characterized in that the auxiliary portion 10 is formed of a material whose hardness is softer than that of the outer container.

In the present invention, the auxiliary portion is provided in the gap between the outer container and the inner container, and the auxiliary portion is fitted to the outer container via the concave / convex retaining means. Even if a concave portion is generated in the auxiliary portion, the auxiliary portion is concealed by the inner container, so that the concave portion is not visible from the outside, and the contents in the inner container do not remain in the concave portion.

In the present invention, since the outward flange is provided in the inner container, it is easy to rotate the inner container.

Furthermore, in the present invention, since the release means for raising the auxiliary portion to release the retaining means is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the outer container, a wasteful space is generated between the inner container bottom surface and the outer container bottom surface. Therefore, the size of the container can be reduced.

Furthermore, according to the present invention, since the space defined by the outer surface of the small outer diameter portion and the lower surface of the annular wall of the auxiliary portion is formed in the finger insertion space portion, it is easy to rotate the inner container.

Furthermore, according to the present invention, since the anti-slip protrusion is provided on the outer surface of the gripping cylinder, slipping of the hand is prevented when the inner container is rotated.

Further, according to the present invention, since the auxiliary portion is made of a material whose hardness is softer than that of the outer container, it is easy to fit the auxiliary portion into the outer container, and when the auxiliary portion rotates. The outer container is not damaged by cutting.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes an outer container, which is formed on the mouth / neck portion 3 with the upper outer surface of the trunk portion 2 having a small outer diameter, and for the reasons described later, the upper outer surface of the mouth / neck portion 3 has a small outer diameter. Formed in the diameter portion 4. The upper inner surface of the mouth-and-neck portion 3 is formed in the large inner diameter portion 6 via the upward step portion 5, and the upper surface of the upward step portion 5 is a side-view wave-shaped uneven surface in which curved-shaped unevenness is alternately arranged, Alternatively, it is formed on a serrated uneven surface in which convex portions having a triangular shape in a side view and concave portions having an inverted triangle shape are alternately arranged.

On the inner surface of the upper portion of the large inner diameter portion 6, a first protrusion 8 is formed that constitutes a concave / convex retaining means 7. The first protrusion 8 may be formed by a plurality of protrusions arranged in the circumferential direction, or may be formed by a protrusion in the circumferential direction. In addition, the protrusion 9 spirally provided around the outer surface of the mouth-and-neck portion 3 is for screwing a cap (not shown).

Reference numeral 10 denotes an auxiliary portion. An outer flange-like annular wall 12 is attached to the upper end of the auxiliary cylinder 11 fitted into the large inner diameter portion 6 via a gap, and the annular wall 12 is mounted on the upper end of the mouth neck portion 3. It is put. A second protrusion 13 is provided on the outer surface of the upper portion of the auxiliary cylinder 11 to form the unevenness retaining means 7. The second protrusion 13 is slidably engaged with the lower surface of the first protrusion 8. Yes.

When the upper surface of the upward stepped portion 5 is formed in a wavy uneven surface, the lower surface of the auxiliary cylinder 11 is formed in a wavy uneven surface. On the other hand, when the upper surface of the upward stepped portion 5 is formed in a serrated irregular surface, it is formed in a serrated irregular surface in the same manner. That is, the lower surface of the auxiliary cylinder 11 is configured to be complementary to the shape of the uneven surface on the upper surface of the upward step portion 5, and the lower surface of the auxiliary tube 11 and the upper surface of the upward step portion 5 in a normal use state except when the inner container is replaced. And can be engaged with each other. The uneven surface on the lower surface of the auxiliary cylinder 11 and the uneven surface on the upper surface of the upward stepped portion 5 of the outer container 1 constitute release means 15 that raises the auxiliary portion 10 and releases the retaining means 7.

Reference numeral 20 denotes an inner container. As shown in FIG. 3, the peripheral wall 22 is suspended by fitting and bonding from the inner periphery of the outward flange 21 placed and bonded to the upper surface of the annular wall 12 of the auxiliary cylinder 11 to the inner surface of the auxiliary cylinder 11. Then, the bottom wall of the peripheral wall 22 is brought close to the bottom wall of the body portion 2 of the outer container 1. In FIG. 3, the inner container 20 and the auxiliary portion 10 are provided separately, but as shown in FIG. 4, they can be integrally formed.

Further, the gripping cylinder 23 is suspended from the outer periphery of the outward flange 21, and a plurality of anti-slip protrusions 24 are formed on the outer surface of the gripping cylinder at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction. When the inner container 20 is formed of metal, the lower end of the gripping cylinder 23 is bent inward along the lower surface of the annular wall 12 so that the hand does not touch the lower end edge of the gripping cylinder 23.

The reason why the upper outer surface of the mouth / neck portion 3 is formed in the small outer diameter portion 4 and the annular wall 12 is projected outward from the upper end of the mouth / neck portion 3 as shown in FIG. The space defined by the four outer surfaces and the lower surface of the annular wall 12 is to be a space 30 for inserting a finger to be applied to the lower surface of the annular wall 12 when the inner container 20 is replaced.

Therefore, the finger insertion space 30 can be omitted. In this case, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the upper outer surface of the mouth-and-neck portion 3 does not have a small outer diameter, and an annular wall is provided. No. 12 places the entire lower surface on the upper end of the mouth and neck.

In addition, although the synthetic resin material is used as the material of the outer container 1 and the auxiliary part 10, the material of the auxiliary part 10 is softer than the material of the outer container 1. Thus, when the auxiliary portion 10 is rotated, the outer container 1 is not damaged by being scraped by the auxiliary portion 10 or the like, and the auxiliary portion 10 can be inserted into the outer container 1. It becomes easy.

The material of the inner container 20 is a metal or a relatively hard synthetic resin material. In addition, when forming the auxiliary | assistant part 10 and the inner container 20 in a different body, although these mutually adhere | attach, insert molding is preferable as a means of adhesion | attachment.

Next, the operation will be described.
In normal use, a cap (not shown) may be unscrewed from the neck 3 and the contents may be taken out from the inner container 20.

In order to replace the inner container 20 with a new inner container, the inner cylinder 20 may be rotated by holding the holding cylinder 23 of the inner container 20 and holding the outer container 1. Then, the auxiliary cylinder 11 is rotated together with the inner container 20, and the convex part on the lower surface of the auxiliary cylinder 11 that has meshed with the concave part on the upper step part 5 is separated from the concave part of the upward step part 5 and rides on the convex part. As a result, the auxiliary cylinder 11 is raised, the annular wall 12 is separated upward from the upper surface of the mouth-and-neck part 3, and the retaining means 7 is released by the second projecting part 13 getting over the first projecting part 8. The inner container 20 can be taken out from the outer container 1.

In order to use the new inner container 20, it is only necessary to insert the inner container into the outer container 1, and then the second protrusion 13 gets over the first protrusion 8 and the lower surface of the auxiliary cylinder 11 faces the upward step 5. Engage with the top surface.

In the present invention, when the contents are used up, only the inner container containing the contents is replaced, and the outer container can be used in the field of containers that can be used continuously.
