該外容器(2)の首筒部(23)には、容器体ネジ部(24)が設けられ、該容器体ネジ部(24)を断続ネジ構造とすることにより該首筒部(23)の外周面にネジ欠部(25)が設けられており、
該内容器(3)には、外鍔状のフランジ部(33)の端縁から環状周壁部(34)が垂下設され、更に略矩形の板片の掴み部(35)が延長垂下設されており、
該掴み部(35)は、外面に該容器体ネジ部(24)と連続する形態で、該容器体ネジ部(24)と同じネジ形状のスベリ止め(36)を設けている
