Description

The present invention hangs various devices, equipment, tools, materials, etc. at arbitrary positions of wires, ropes, cables and other linear members stretched in the air, or appropriately attaches such linear members as described above. It is related with the hanging bracket for overhead wires suitable for suspending and extending from the structure.

Regarding the technical means for suspending various articles on an overhead wire stretched in the air, those used in the so-called messenger wire method are known. The messenger wire method is a guide wire with several millimeters of wire laid in advance between utility poles and high spaces in buildings, and a larger diameter cable is stretched along the wire. This is a method of hanging various types of communication equipment, relay equipment, lighting equipment, ceiling materials and other materials in place. Patent Documents 1 to 4 and the like disclose specific configurations of devices that suspend cables and devices around wires in such a construction method.

The device disclosed in Patent Document 1 forms a lateral bolt insertion part at the top of a communication device casing, and inserts a locking tool inside thereof, and one end of the locking tool is substantially U-shaped. A curved wire locking portion is provided. Then, the wire locking part is locked to the wire in a state where the wire locking part protrudes outward from the bolt insertion part, and the locking tool is bolted by rotating the drawing bolt screwed to the other end of the locking tool. It is pulled into the plug-in part and restrains the locked state to the wire.

The apparatus disclosed in Patent Document 2 is formed with a laterally-fitting recess in the upper part of the housing of a communication device, and a messenger fixing bracket is inserted inside thereof, and one end of the messenger fixing bracket is substantially U-shaped. A curved wire clamping surface is provided. Then, the messenger fixing bracket is fitted by rotating the tightening bolt screwed to the other end of the messenger fixing bracket, with the wire clamping surface protruding to the outside of the fitting recess. It is designed to be pulled into the joint recess. Therefore, this mechanistic principle is similar to the device disclosed in Patent Document 1.

The suspension metal fitting disclosed in Patent Document 3 is provided with a pressing metal portion bent in a substantially square cross section on one edge side of the metal fitting main body, and this metal fitting main body and a substantially flat plate-shaped clamp are opposed to operate both. It is fastened with bolts, and the overhead wire is clamped and gripped between the presser part and the clamp. The suspended devices and the like are connected to the other edge side of the metal fitting body with an appropriate set screw.

In the apparatus disclosed in Patent Document 4, a cradle having an upwardly extending V-shaped concave surface is attached to the upper portion of a communication device casing, and the wire is inserted into the V-shaped concave surface from above the wire. A V-shaped pressing piece is bolted to the cradle so that a wire is sandwiched between the cradle and the pressing piece.

In each of the conventional techniques disclosed in the above-mentioned documents, the locking state is unstable when the locking member is simply locked to the wire, and the wire may drop off from the wire due to slight shaking or tilting. . Therefore, at the time of construction at the site, the bolts must be tightened with the other hand while the devices locked to the wire are supported with one hand. For this reason, construction efficiency is poor, and if the weight of the device or the like coupled to the locking member is large, the burden during work increases. Under such circumstances, there is a need for a hanging metal fitting that is excellent in stability in a state where the locking member is locked to the wire and that can be fastened more easily and quickly.

Furthermore, each of the conventional techniques disclosed in the above-mentioned documents is for attaching the devices close to the wire, and suspends the article at an appropriate distance in the vertical direction from the wire. This is difficult to use. It is possible to hang a separate wire or bolt to the appropriate position of the hanging bracket and suspend the article via it, but this will complicate the structure of the hanging bracket or balance the suspension. It is more desirable to have an integrated wire for hanging in advance.

In addition, the conventional techniques disclosed in each of the above-mentioned documents only assume a usage mode in which an article is suspended from a wire stretched in the air, and is constructed in a mode in which the vertical direction is inverted, that is, in a high place. It cannot be used for an aspect in which a wire is stretched from a structural member or the like to a predetermined position or height via a suspension member.

The present invention has been made in view of the circumstances as described above, and is capable of safely and easily performing engagement / disengagement work on a wire stretched in the air, with an appropriate distance below the wire. It is an object of the present invention to provide a hanging bracket excellent in convenience that can be suitably used for a mode in which a wire is suspended and, on the contrary, a mode in which a wire is suspended from an existing structure.

The present invention does not limit the type or material of the wire, and therefore, in the following description, the wire and the rope, cable, steel bar, reinforcing bar and other linear members that can be used in accordance with the wire will be comprehensively described. It shall be called “overhead wire”. In addition, since the present invention does not limit the types of articles suspended from these overhead wires, those articles (various devices / equipment, tools, materials, etc.) are collectively referred to as “workpieces”. And

In order to achieve the above object, an overhead wire suspension metal fitting of the present invention comprises a suspension metal fitting body and a bolt that are screwed together, and a fastening nut that is inserted into the bolt. An overhead wire engagement / disengagement hole that penetrates the suspension fitting main body in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the suspension fitting main body from one end to the other end in the axial direction of the main body and opens on the side of the suspension fitting main body at the other end And a female screw hole continuous from the inner surface of the overhead wire engaging / disengaging hole to the other end surface of the hanging metal fitting body is formed on the shaft core of the hanging metal fitting body, and a bolt is screwed into the female screw hole. Then, the overhead wire inserted into the overhead wire engaging / disengaging hole is clamped to one end of the suspension metal fitting body at the end of the bolt, and the fastening nut is fastened to the other end surface of the suspension metal fitting body, whereby the suspension metal fitting body and the bolt are To be fixed to It is.

Further, the overhead wire hanging bracket of the present invention has a hexagonal head at the opposite end to the side where the bolt is screwed to the hanging bracket body, and a through hole is formed in the axial center of the bolt. The suspension wire inserted into the hole is prevented from coming off in the through hole.

The overhead wire suspension metal fitting of the present invention configured as described above includes a bolt that is engaged with the overhead wire main body in which an overhead wire engagement / disengagement hole is formed and is screwed in the axial direction of the suspension metal fitting body, and the bolt. Since the overhead wire is clamped by fastening the fastening nut inserted in the structure, the mechanism is simple, suitable for downsizing, and can be manufactured at low cost. Moreover, the engagement / disengagement to / from the wire is simple, and the fastening operation of the bolt and the tightening nut is also easy. If the height of the overhead wire engagement / disengagement hole is moderately secured, the posture is stable even when the hanging bracket main body is simply locked to the wire, and the hanging bracket main body is less likely to fall off the wire. Improves.

This overhead wire hanging bracket can be used regardless of the orientation of the top, bottom, left, and right, so that the work can be suspended from any position of the overhead wire stretched in the air, and the overhead wire can be suspended in the space below the existing structure. In any of the supported modes, it can be suitably used.

Further, in the overhead wire hanging metal fitting of the present invention, the length of the bolt can be appropriately extended, and any device, turnbuckle or other fastening tool can be connected to the other end. Moreover, a through-hole can be formed in the bolt and a suspension wire can be attached, and the space between the overhead wire and the work or between the structure and the overhead wire can be pulled obliquely or laterally via the suspension wire. Regardless of whether the extended bolt or the hanging wire is used, a load can be applied without difficulty in the axial direction of the hanging bracket main body, so that a suspended state with a well-balanced structure can be obtained.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1-5 shows the structure of the hanging bracket for overhead wires which concerns on embodiment of this invention. The main components of the overhead wire hanging bracket 1 are a hanging bracket body 2 and a bolt 3 that are screwed together, and a fastening nut 4 that is inserted into the bolt 3.

The hanging bracket body 2 has a hexagonal columnar outer shape as a whole, and an overhead wire engaging / disengaging hole 21 penetrating between two opposing surfaces of the hanging bracket body 2 is formed in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction. The overhead wire engagement / disengagement hole 21 extends from one end portion toward the other end portion in the axial direction of the hanging fitting main body 2 with a width slightly smaller than one side width of the hanging fitting main body 2, and the other end side is the hanging fitting main body. 2 is a hole having a substantially L-shape in side view, which is extended so as to be orthogonal to the axial direction of 2 and opened on the side surface of the hanging bracket body 2. By forming the overhead wire engagement / disengagement hole 21, one end portion of the hanging bracket main body 2 becomes a substantially hook-shaped overhead wire locking portion 23.

When the overhead wire locking portion 23 is locked to the messenger wire or other overhead wire 6, the suspension metal fitting body 2 is temporarily fixed to the overhead wire 6 in the vertical orientation by the weight of the suspension fitting main body 2. In the illustrated embodiment, in order to stabilize the locking state to the overhead wire 6, the penetration depth d (see FIG. 3) of the overhead wire engaging / disengaging hole 21 is approximately twice the diameter of the overhead wire 6 to be locked, Secured.

A female screw hole 25 (see FIG. 4) for screwing the bolt 3 is formed in the shaft core of the hanging metal fitting body 2. One end of the female screw hole 25 opens on the other end surface of the hanging metal fitting body 2, and the other end communicates with the overhead wire engaging / disengaging hole 21. Since the diameter of the female screw hole 25 is slightly larger than the width of the overhead wire engagement / disengagement hole 21, as shown in FIG.

The bolt 3 to be screwed into the female screw hole 25 has a hexagonal head 31 at the opposite end to the side to be screwed into the hanging metal fitting body 2. When the bolt 3 is rotated in the tightening direction while the overhead wire locking portion 23 of the hanging metal fitting 2 is locked to the overhead wire 6, the leg portion 33 of the bolt 3 having a sufficient length becomes the overhead wire engagement / disengagement hole 21. The overhead wire 6 is sandwiched between the overhead wire locking portion 23 and the overhead wire locking portion 23. Since the tip of the bolt 3 is screwed into a screw thread formed inside the overhead wire engagement / disengagement hole 21, a strong fastening force can be obtained. In the illustrated embodiment, when the bolt 3 is tightened, the two outer widths of the two members are aligned so that the hexagonal head 31 of the bolt 3 and the hanging bracket body 2 can be gripped by the same size spanner or the like. It has been.

The retaining nut inserted into the bolt 3 is a general hexagon nut, and the width of the outer surface of the bolt 3 is also equal to the width of the surface of the hexagonal head 31 of the bolt 3 and the width of the hanger body 2. . From the state in which the hanging bracket body 2 is locked to the overhead wire 6 and clamped by the bolt 3, the tightening nut 4 is further tightened to the other end surface of the hanging bracket body 2, so that the tightening state of the bolt 3 is reliably restrained and loosened. Stop.

A suspension wire 5 is attached to the shaft core of the bolt 3 according to the illustrated form. The suspension wire 5 is used to suspend a workpiece below the overhead wire 6 or lift the overhead wire 6 upward. As shown in FIG. 4, the suspension wire 5 is inserted into a through hole 35 formed in the axial center of the bolt 3. A sleeve-shaped stopper 51 having a large diameter portion formed at one end is fixed by caulking to the free end portion of the hanging wire 5. Further, an enlarged diameter step portion 37 for dropping the large diameter portion of the stopper metal 51 is formed at the opening end of the through hole 35 of the bolt 3 on the leg portion 33 side. By being locked to 37, it is prevented from coming off. Since the load suspended by the suspension wire 5 acts in the axial direction of the bolt 3, the locking posture of the suspension fitting body 2 is also stabilized.

The utilization mode of the overhead wire hanging bracket 1 configured as described above is illustrated in FIGS. 7 and 8. FIG. 7 shows a mode in which a workpiece is suspended from the overhead wire 6 via the overhead wire hanging bracket 1 of the present invention. The overhead line 6 in the figure is erected in advance, for example, between utility poles, in a high space of a building, or the like via an appropriate extension means. A plurality of overhead wire hanging brackets 1 of the present invention are locked at appropriate positions of the overhead wire 6. As the bolt 3 to be screwed into the hanging metal fitting 2, a chopping bolt having an appropriate length is used. At the lower end of the bolt 3, a luminaire 81 or the like is attached using the male screw portion, or a large-diameter cable 85 is disposed along the overhead line 6 by connecting a hook-shaped member 83 or the like. Can do. Alternatively, as described above, the bolt 3 with the suspension wire 5 is screwed onto the suspension bracket body 2 and the suspension wire 5 is suspended downward from the hanging wire 5 via a wire chuck or other appropriate fixing means. A bolt 3 with a suspension wire 5 is screwed onto a suspension metal fitting body 2 that is locked to an overhead wire 6, and the suspension wire 5 is pulled upward, for example, a beam material constituting a roof of a building or a floor set of an upper floor. Then, it is bonded to the floor support material or other structural material 87 through an appropriate bonding means. Alternatively, a dimensioned bolt 30 having an appropriate length is screwed into the hanging metal fitting 2 and the upper part of the dimensioned bolt 30 is coupled to the structural material 87 or the like. A turnbuckle or other binding tool 39 may be interposed in the middle of the cutting bolt 30 as necessary. In such an embodiment, the suspension wire 5 and the dimensioning bolt 3 can be pulled in an oblique direction or a lateral direction.
