According to the invention of claim 6, if each LED module is attached to the mounting base, wiring with each LED module is automatically connected, and the attachment becomes easier. In the invention of claim 7, since the lighting device is provided with an AC / DC converter, it can be directly connected to a commercial power source.

In this invention, a plurality of LEDs arranged on a substrate and integrated into one LED module, and a connection terminal electrically connected to each LED of the LED module is provided on the outer surface of the LED module, The number of LED modules used, the layout, etc. were determined according to the intended use and place of use, and the LED lighting device was mounted side by side on the mounting base.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the LED module of the present invention. In the LED module 1, a plurality of LEDs 1a are integrally attached to a substrate 1b, and a plurality of connection terminals 1c electrically connected to the LEDs are provided on the outer surface of the LED module 1. The single LED module 1 has an illuminance equivalent to, for example, a 20 W fluorescent lamp.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a state in which the four LED modules 1 are attached to the reflection plate 2 a of the mounting base 2, and each module 1 is attached to the mounting base 2 on the reflecting surface 2 a of the mounting base 2. Bolt holes (not shown) are provided, each LED module 1 is applied to the mounting base 2, and bolts (not shown) are fastened to the bolt holes from above to attach each LRD module. Moreover, you may attach these LED modules 1 to the mounting stand 2 with an adhesive agent. In addition, the mounting base 2 may be an existing mounting base for a fluorescent lamp illuminator or a new one.

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the LED module 1 is attached to the mounting base 3 of the existing fluorescent lamp illumination device. In this case, the reflector 3a of the mounting base 3 is concavely curved, and each LED module 1 is attached to the leg base 4, and the leg base 4 is fixed to the concavely curved reflector 3a with an adhesive. .

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the LED module 1 is mounted on a mounting base 5 having another shape in the existing fluorescent lamp illumination device. In this case, the reflection plate 5a of the mounting base 5 has a concave groove, and each LED module 1 is directly attached to the concave groove with an adhesive or a bolt.

5 is provided with a plurality of mounting bases 2 to which the plurality of LED modules 1 of FIG. 2 are attached, and these LED modules 1 are electrically connected by wiring, and an AC / DC converter is connected to one end of the wiring. 6 and the AC / DC converter 6 is connected to a commercial power source 7, thereby providing an LED lighting device. In this case, the wiring between the LED modules 1 is exposed to the outside.

FIG. 6 shows an LED lighting device similar to that shown in FIG. 5 attached to the ceiling board 8 and wiring between the LED modules 1 being performed behind the ceiling.

7A and 7B show a side sectional view and a front sectional view of the mounting base 9 to which the LED module 1 can be detachably attached, respectively, and FIG. 8 shows an LED attached to the mounting base 9. A front sectional view of the module 1 is shown.

The mounting base 9 has a box shape with an open bottom surface. The mounting base 9 has locking legs 9b having claws at the lower ends on both side surfaces of the hollow fitting portion 9a. The mold terminal 9c protrudes into the hollow fitting portion 9a. These male terminals 9 c are connected to a plurality of female terminals 9 d provided on the outer surface of the mounting base 9 through the inside of the mounting base 9. Accordingly, the wiring 10 having a connector at the tip can be connected to one or a plurality of these female terminals 9d from a plurality of directions.

Moreover, the LED module 1 of FIG. 8 is a box shape which can be fitted to the hollow fitting portion 9a of the mounting base 9, and female connection terminals 1c are provided on the side surface and the upper surface, respectively. Therefore, the wiring 10 having a connector at the tip can be connected to each of these connection terminals 1c from a plurality of directions.

Then, when the LED module 1 is fitted into the hollow fitting portion 9a of the mounting base 9, the male terminal 9c of the mounting base is connected to the female connection terminal 1c of the LED module 1, and each of the members once extended. The stop leg 9 b is crimped to the side surface of the LED module 1, and the lower end claw is hooked on the lower surface of the LED module 1. As described above, when the LED module 1 is fitted into the hollow fitting portion 9 a of the mounting base 9, the connection terminal 1 c of the LED module 1 is automatically connected to the male terminal 9 c of the mounting base 9. . Although not shown, the mounting base 9 is provided with a plurality of hollow fitting portions 9a similar to those in FIG. 7, and the plurality of LED modules 1 are detachably fitted, and at the same time, the mounting base 9 It is configured to be electrically connected to the wiring.

FIG. 9 is a bottom view of an LED lighting device in which a large number of LED modules 1 are detachably attached to a mounting base 11, and the mounting base 11 is detachably locked to each LED module 1. A plurality of hollow fitting portions 11a having the same configuration as that of the mounting base 9 in FIG. 7 are provided. Terminals exposed on the inner periphery of each hollow portion 11a are connected to each other by wiring, and the wiring is connected to the inside of the mounting base 11. It is provided. Therefore, all the LED modules 1 fitted in the hollow fitting portions 11a are configured to be electrically connected to the wiring of the mounting base 11. Further, in order to increase the brightness per unit area, the number of LED modules 1 to be mounted may be increased. Therefore, the brightness of the lighting advertising tower is uniformly increased, and a light and dark portion is generated in the advertising tower. There can be no lighting advertising tower. In conventional lighting advertising towers using fluorescent lamps, the life of fluorescent lamps is short, and thus light and dark portions are likely to occur. However, since LEDs have a long life, such a situation can be avoided.

Thus, since the LED lighting device of the present invention integrates a plurality of LEDs into an LED module and attaches the plurality of LED modules to a mounting base, it can be easily attached to various places. Therefore, it can be easily mounted not only on the ceiling surface of the building but also on the side wall and floor surface, and can also be used for an evacuation guide light suitable to be mounted below the feet. Moreover, in the said Example, although the several LED module 1 was arranged in the mounting stand 2 etc. linearly or in the square shape, it is set as the illuminating device which arranged not only these but the several LED module 1 in circular shape or curve shape. be able to. FIG. 10 shows a large number of LED modules 1 arranged in a circular shape, and FIG. 11 shows the mounting base 2 with the LED module 1 attached to a dome-shaped ceiling. In the case of a circular shape, the LED module 1 may be arranged in a circular shape, and in the case of a dome shape, a mounting base 2 having a shape that matches the radius of the dome spherical surface is created, and FIG. What is necessary is just to attach the LED module 1 which interposed the leg stand 4 as shown in.

Therefore, it can be used not only as a lighting device in place of a conventional fluorescent lamp in a room, but also as a guide indicator light, an advertisement light, an evacuation guide light, etc. in a public facility or in a station. Can be made red, green, blue, etc., and a more prominent lighting device can be obtained.
