Abstract
【解決手段】透明基板と、前記透明基板上に形成され、かつ、第1方向に沿って接続されるように形成された複数の第1感知パターン(Xパターン)と、前記第1感知パターン上に形成された第1絶縁膜と、前記第1絶縁膜上に形成され、かつ、第2方向に沿って接続されるように形成されるものの、前記第1感知パターンと重ならないように前記第1感知パターンと交互に配置された複数の第2感知パターン(Yパターン)と、を備える。

Claims (11)
- 透明基板と、
前記透明基板上に形成され、かつ、第1方向に沿って接続されるように形成された複数の第1感知パターン(Xパターン)と、
前記第1感知パターン上に形成された第1絶縁膜と、
前記第1絶縁膜上に形成され、かつ、第2方向に沿って接続されるように形成されるものの、前記第1感知パターンと重ならないように前記第1感知パターンと交互に配置された複数の第2感知パターン(Yパターン)と、
を備えることを特徴とするタッチスクリーンパネル。 - 前記第1感知パターン及び前記第2感知パターンは、100〜300Åの厚さの透明電極物質で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記第1絶縁膜は、400〜1000Åの厚さの透明絶縁物質で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記第1感知パターン及び前記第2感知パターンの各々は、X座標が同じ1列またはY座標が同じ1行単位で互いに接続されるように形成され、
前記第1感知パターン及び前記第2感知パターンが形成される領域の縁に配置され、前記1列または1行単位の感知パターンを位置検出ラインと電気的に接続する複数の金属パターンをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。 - 前記第2感知パターン上に形成された第2絶縁膜をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記透明基板の下面に形成された透明接地電極をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 透明基板の一面に、第1方向に沿って接続される複数の第1感知パターン(Xパターン)を形成するステップと、
前記第1感知パターン上に第1絶縁膜を形成するステップと、
前記第1絶縁膜上に、第2方向に沿って接続されるように形成されるものの、前記第1感知パターンと重ならないように配置される複数の第2感知パターン(Yパターン)を形成するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とするタッチスクリーンパネルの製造方法。 - 前記第1感知パターン及び前記第2感知パターンは、パターニングと同時に、前記第1方向または前記第2方向に沿って接続されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のタッチスクリーンパネルの製造方法。
- 前記第1絶縁膜は、印刷法を用いて形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のタッチスクリーンパネルの製造方法。
- 前記第2感知パターン上に、印刷法を用いて第2絶縁膜を形成するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のタッチスクリーンパネルの製造方法。
- 前記透明基板の他面に透明接地電極を形成するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のタッチスクリーンパネルの製造方法。
