Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の実施形態に係るタッチスクリーンパネルは、透明基板と、前記透明基板の第1面上に形成され、かつ、第1方向に沿って接続されるように形成された複数の第1感知パターンと、前記透明基板の第1面上に形成され、かつ、第2方向に沿って接続されるものの、前記第1感知パターンと重ならないように第1感知パターンと交互に配置された複数の第2感知パターンと、前記透明基板の第1面上に形成され、かつ、前記透明基板の第2面に取り付けられる液晶表示パネルに備えられた液晶層の複屈折位相差を補償する位相差補償層と、が備えられる。

Claims (6)
- 透明基板と、
前記透明基板の第1面上に形成され、かつ、第1方向に沿って接続されるように形成された複数の第1感知パターンと、
前記透明基板の第1面上に形成され、かつ、第2方向に沿って接続されるものの、前記第1感知パターンと重ならないように第1感知パターンと交互に配置された複数の第2感知パターンと、
前記透明基板の第1面上に形成され、かつ、前記透明基板の第2面に取り付けられる液晶表示パネルに備えられた液晶層の複屈折位相差を補償する位相差補償層と、
が備えられることを特徴とするタッチスクリーンパネル。 - 前記位相差補償層は、前記第1感知パターンと第2感知パターンとの間に形成され、かつ、前記液晶表示パネルに備えられた液晶層と同じ複屈折特性を有する物質で実現されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記液晶表示パネルに備えられた液晶層及び前記位相差補償層は、同じモードの液晶分子で形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記第2感知パターン上に絶縁層がさらに形成され、
前記絶縁膜上に偏光板及びウィンドウが順次にさらに備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。 - 前記ウィンドウは、ポリマー材質のアイコンシートで実現されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記第1感知パターン及び前記第2感知パターンの各々は、X座標が同じ1列またはY座標が同じ1行単位で互いに接続されるように形成され、
前記第1感知パターン及び前記第2感知パターンが形成される領域の縁に配置され、かつ、前記1列または1行単位の感知パターンを位置検出ラインと電気的に接続する複数の金属パターンがさらに備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
