Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle structure in which a floor is provided in a rear luggage compartment of a vehicle, and a skin member provided in the rear seat of the vehicle is extended to the floor to fill a gap between the rear seat and the floor. .

Such a vehicle structure forms a large luggage room by tilting the rear seat. Then, the skin member provided in the rear seat is extended to the floor side to fill the gap between the rear seat and the floor, thereby forming a flat luggage surface having no gap.

Conventionally, in this type of vehicle structure, a hard member harder than the skin member is provided at the end of the skin member on the floor side, and the hard member is fixed to the rear seat side of the floor with a fastening component such as a screw. In some cases, the end of the skin member on the floor side is assembled to the floor. In addition, the technique which fixes the hard member provided in the skin member with the fastening part to the floor in this way is a normal technique performed by those skilled in the art, and prior art documents and the like are not shown.

In the conventional vehicle structure, it is necessary to separately provide a plurality of fastening parts for fixing the hard member to the floor. In addition to increasing the number of parts, for example, the hard member is pressed against the floor and provided on the hard member. It is necessary to align the holes on the floor and the holes provided on the floor, insert the fastening parts into the holes and fasten them, and the work of assembling the end of the skin member on the floor side becomes complicated Met.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle structure in which an assembling operation of an end portion on the floor side of a skin member is simple.

In the vehicle structure of the present invention, a floor is provided in a rear luggage compartment of the vehicle, and a skin member provided in the rear seat of the vehicle is extended to the floor side so as to fill a gap between the rear seat and the floor. The first feature of the present invention is that the hard member harder than the skin member is provided at the end of the skin member on the floor side, and the hard member can be accommodated on the rear seat side of the floor. A plurality of hook portions capable of holding the hard member in the groove portion by engaging with the hard member when the hard member is inserted into the groove portion at the upper portion of the groove portion, In addition, a plurality of notch portions recessed below are provided, and the depth of the notch portion is set to be substantially the same as or deeper than the lower end of the hook portion.

According to this configuration, for example, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 7 to 10, the resin plate 10 (an example of a hard member) is placed in the groove portion 11 by aligning the position of a finger or the like with the notch portion 13 provided in the groove portion 11. When inserted, the tip 12 a of the hook 12 is engaged with the resin plate 10, and the resin plate 10 is held in the groove 11. Accordingly, the hard member can be fixed to the groove portion with a simple configuration in which a plurality of hook portions and notches are integrally formed in the groove portion without separately providing a plurality of fastening parts for fixing the hard member to the groove portion. The hard member can be fixed to the groove by a simple operation just by inserting it into the groove, and the work of assembling the end of the skin member on the floor side is simplified.

For example, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 7 to 10, the depth of the notch 13 is set to be substantially the same as or deeper than the lower end of the hook 12, so When the resin plate 10 is pushed to the vicinity of the wall 13a, the resin plate 10 is inserted to the lower end of the hooking portion 12, and the tip 12a of the hooking portion 12 is engaged with the resin plate 10. Thereby, a hard member can be inserted reliably to the lower end of a hook part, and the assembly | attachment defect of an outer skin member can be prevented.
Further, for example, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4 and FIGS. 7 to 10, the groove 11 capable of accommodating the resin plate 10 is provided over almost the entire width of the rear seat 3, so that the fastening member is on the surface. In addition to being able to improve the appearance such as not being exposed to the surface, a hard member that is long on the left and right with the hard member being accommodated in the groove portion will be engaged with the front ends of the plurality of hook portions, to the floor of the skin member The mounting strength of can also be increased.

The seat back 8a (the surface on the side of the deck box 5) of the backrest 8 is formed in a flat shape. One end of a flexible fabric 9 (an example of a skin member) is attached to the seat back 8a. The other end side of the fabric 9 is extended to the deck box 5 side. A resin plate 10 (an example of a hard member) that is harder than the fabric 9 is attached to the end of the fabric 9 on the deck box 5 side over almost the entire width of the fabric 9. As a method for attaching the resin plate 10 to the fabric 9, various methods such as sewing, adhesion, and fusion can be applied. Further, a hard member that is harder than the fabric 9 is integrally formed at the end of the fabric 9 on the side of the deck box 5, or the end of the fabric 9 on the side of the deck box 5 is partially cured to form a rigid member. May be configured.

As shown in FIG. 2, the deck box 5 includes a front side surface portion 5a, lateral side surface portions 5b and 5c, a rear side surface portion 5d, and a bottom surface portion 5e, and the front side surface portion 5a, the lateral side surface portions 5b and 5c, A storage space for storing tools (not shown) is formed inside the rear side surface portion 5d and the bottom surface portion 5e. A partition wall 5f that partitions the storage space is provided. Accordingly, the tools can be stably stored without being mixed.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4 and FIGS. 7 to 10, a groove portion 11 capable of accommodating a rectangular plate-like resin plate 10 is provided above the front side surface portion 5 a (on the side of the rear seat 3 in the deck box 5). A width substantially the same as the lateral width of the rear seat 3 is provided along the rear seat 3. The groove portion 11 is formed integrally with the front side surface portion 5 a of the deck box 5. The groove portion 11 includes a first flat plate portion 11a extending from the end portion of the front side surface portion 5a toward the rear seat 3, a second flat plate portion 11b extending downward from the end portion of the first flat plate portion 11a, and a second flat plate portion 11b. A third flat plate portion 11c extending from the end of the rear plate 3 toward the rear seat 3, a fourth flat plate portion 11d extending upward from the end of the third flat plate portion 11c, and an end of the fourth flat plate portion 11d of the rear seat 3 And a fifth flat plate portion 11e extending to the side, and the cross-sectional shape is formed in a bowl shape (U-shape) opened upward. On the front side of the second flat plate portion 11b, a plurality of ribs 11f extending in the vertical direction are provided side by side in the horizontal direction. A guide surface 11A is formed between the first flat plate portion 11a, the second flat plate portion 11b, and the rib 11f so as to be inclined forward and downward.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the upper end surface of the resin plate 10 when the resin plate 10 is inserted into the groove portion 11 is formed on the upper portion of the fifth flat plate portion 11 e and the fourth flat plate portion 11 d (upper portion of the groove portion 11). Are integrally formed with a plurality of hook portions 12 that can hold the resin plate 10 in the groove portion 11 and a plurality of notches 13 that are recessed below. On the upper part of the first flat plate portion 11a, a recess 15 is provided at substantially the same position in the left-right direction with respect to the notch portion 13. The recess 15 includes a bottom wall 15a and a lateral wall 15b positioned between the bottom walls 15a. In the present embodiment, the notch portion 13 is arranged next to the hook portion 12, and the concave portion 15 is arranged near the side portion of the hook portion 12. The hook part 12, the notch part 13, and the recessed part 15 are provided in three places, the left and right side parts and the left and right middle part, respectively. Thus, the other end side of the fabric 9 can be firmly fixed by providing the hooking portions 12 in three places.
In addition, although the structure which integrally molded the groove part 11 to the front side surface part 5a of the deck box 5 was illustrated, you may provide the groove part 11 in the deck box 5 so that attachment or detachment is possible, and the structure which constructs the groove part 11 separately from the deck box 5 May be adopted. Moreover, although the structure which provided the hook part 12 and the notch part 13 integrally in the groove part 11 was illustrated, you may provide the hook part 12 and the notch part 13 in the groove part 11 separately.

As shown in FIGS. 5 to 10, the hook portion 12 is configured to have a curved upper surface that becomes downward as it goes from the fifth flat plate portion 11 e toward the deck box 5. The lower end 12a of the hook portion 12 faces downward. As shown in FIG. 9, the distance d2 between the lower end 12a of the hooking portion 12 and the third flat plate portion 11c is larger than the vertical width d1 of the resin plate 10.

As shown in FIGS. 5 to 10, the cutout portion 13 includes a bottom wall 13 a and a lateral wall 13 b positioned with the bottom wall 13 a interposed therebetween. The bottom wall 13a (depth of the notch portion 13) is set to be substantially the same as or deeper than the lower end 12a of the hook portion 12.

Hereinafter, the assembly procedure of the fabric 9 according to the present invention will be described.
When the resin plate 10 is inserted into the groove portion 11 with the position of a finger or the like aligned with the notch portion 13 provided in the groove portion 11 with the deck board 6 removed, the groove portion so that the width of the opening of the groove portion 11 is slightly widened. 11 is elastically deformed and the resin plate 10 enters the groove 11. Furthermore, when a finger or the like is pushed into the vicinity of the bottom wall 13a of the notch 13, the tip 11a of the hook 12 engages the resin plate 10 while the rib 11f presses the resin plate 10 toward the fourth flat plate portion 11d. The plate 10 is held in the groove 11.

Thereby, the resin plate 10 can be fixed to the groove part 11 by a simple operation of simply inserting the resin plate 10 into the groove part 11, and the assembly work on the other end side of the fabric 9 is simplified. Further, since the guide surface 11A guides the resin plate 10, the resin plate 10 easily enters the groove portion 11. In addition, the rib 11f presses the resin plate 10 against the fourth flat plate portion 11d, and the engagement state of the hook portion 12 and the resin plate 10 can be maintained well. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the fabric 9 is not loosened when the rear seat 3 is brought to a forward posture with the resin plate 10 inserted into the groove 11. When the resin plate 10 is inserted into the groove portion 11, the hook portion 12 is hidden by the fabric 9. However, since the notch 13 that is recessed below serves as a mark, the hook 12 can be easily found.

[Another embodiment]
(1) In the vehicle structure according to the present embodiment, three hooks 12 are provided at both ends and the center of the upper part of the groove 11, and three notches 13 are provided adjacent to each of the hooks 12. Although the configuration has been illustrated, the number and position of the hook portion 12 and the notch portion 13 can be changed as appropriate. Moreover, although the resin plate 10 was provided in the edge part of the fabric 9 over substantially the whole width of the fabric 9, the resin plate 10 harder than the fabric 9 is a part of width in the edge part. The structure provided in may be sufficient.
