Description

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a floor heating panel.

Conventionally, a floor heating panel as shown in Patent Document 1 is known. Moreover, what uses the planar heater 9 as a heater of a floor heating panel is also known.

By the way, the floor heating panel using the planar heater 9 is as shown in FIG. 10 and conventionally manufactured as follows.

First, a pair of vertical frames 3, a pair of horizontal frames 4, and a receiving frame 32 form a frame, and a rectangular substrate 10 such as a rock wool plate is fitted into the frame to frame the periphery of the substrate 10. A base material that forms an integrated base is formed by bonding to the body.

Next, an adhesive is applied to the entire back surface of the substrate to bond the back paper 11.

Next, the base material is turned upside down, and the groove 33 is processed by NC processing on the surface of the receiving frame 32 and the surface of one end of the substrate 10.

Next, each member is combined on a base material on the base material integrated as mentioned above.

That is, the planar heater 9 is overlapped on the surface of the substrate 10, and the electrical cord 20 drawn from the planar heater 9 and the connector 21 connected to the terminal at the tip of the electrical cord 20 are stored in the groove 33 formed by the above processing.

Next, a soaking sheet 8 such as an aluminum foil is overlaid on the planar heater 9.

Next, the rectangular surface plate 1 is turned upside down to form a cutting groove leaving the surface side at the end in the longitudinal direction of the back surface, and then the surface plate 1 is turned upside down and the surface side is turned on with the Thomson blade. The lid plate 14 is cut by cutting so as to reach the cutting groove.

Next, the surface plate 1 is further turned upside down, and an adhesive is applied to the entire back surface to adhere to the surface of the frame of the substrate 10 and the surface of the soaking sheet 8.

The floor heating panel is manufactured by the process.

However, according to the conventional manufacturing method as described above, a pair of vertical frames 3, a pair of horizontal frames 4, and a receiving frame 32 form a frame body, and the frame body has a rectangular shape such as a rock wool plate. Since the base material to be the base must be formed by fitting the substrate 10 and bonding the periphery of the substrate 10 to the frame, a manufacturing process of the base material to be the base such as the frame of the frame is necessary.

In addition, the base material needs to have strength by bonding and integrating the frame body and the substrate 10 in order to perform NC processing, and the frame body and the substrate 10 must be bonded to each other.

Further, as described above, the base material is NC processed to form the groove 33 through which the electric cord, the connector, etc. are passed, so that a large amount of waste material is generated by processing. In particular, the receiving frame 32 is about 1/3. It becomes waste material.

In the above conventional example, after the cover plate 14 is punched with a Thomson blade, the cover plate 14 is positioned at the original punched portion, temporarily fixed with an adhesive tape or the like, and sent to the subsequent steps. In the subsequent process, the adhesive tape may be peeled off and the cover plate 14 may come off. In such a case, after the floor heating panel is completed, another cover plate 14 having a similar color, grain, etc. must be combined. However, the color and grain may not match perfectly, or the dimensions may not match exactly, so it is necessary to adjust the size with sandpaper.

The present invention has been invented in view of the above-described conventional problems, and provides a method for manufacturing a floor heating panel that simplifies manufacturing, reduces the amount of waste materials, and reduces the amount of adhesive used. Is an issue.

In order to solve the above problems, a method for manufacturing a floor heating panel according to the present invention includes a step of forming a cutting groove 2 leaving a surface side at an end in a longitudinal direction of a back surface of a rectangular surface plate 1, and The step of adhering the vertical frame 3 to both end portions along the longitudinal direction of the back surface of the surface plate 1 in a posture such that the back surface of the surface plate 1 is on top, and then the longitudinal direction of the back surface of the surface plate 1 Are attached to both ends of the front plate 1 and two connector portion frames 5 are provided on the inner side of the lateral frame 4 at one end portion on the side where the longitudinal cutting grooves 2 on the back surface of the front plate 1 are formed. The connector part frame 5 is bonded to the horizontal frame 4 with the first gap 6 and the two connector part frames 5 are separated from each other with the second gap 7; A sheet heater 9 is placed in a portion surrounded by a pair of vertical frames 3, a connector frame 5 and a horizontal frame 4 at the other end. Further, the floor heating panel A includes the step of inserting the substrate 10 and the step of adhering the back paper 11 having the adhesive applied to the back surface to the vertical frame 3, the horizontal frame 4, the connector frame 5, and the substrate 10. It is characterized by manufacturing.

By adopting such a method, the vertical frame 3, the horizontal frame 4, and the two connector part frames 5 are bonded to the back surface of the front plate 1 with the front plate 1 turned upside down. The base plate 1 is used as a base for manufacturing by combining other members with this, and a frame having a strong strength as in the prior art is manufactured and a base material is manufactured by bonding and integrating the substrate to the frame. Is not necessary. Since there is no need to form a base material as a base by integrating the frame with strength and bonding and integrating the frame and the substrate in this way, the longitudinal cutting groove 2 on the back surface of the front plate 1 is formed. Two connector part frames 5 are arranged inside the horizontal frame 4 at one end portion on the formed side, and the two connector part frames 5 are separated from each other by a first gap 6 with respect to the horizontal frame 4 and the two connector part frames 5 are connected to each other. Can be bonded so as to separate the second gap 7. As a result, the first gap 6 and the second gap 7 in which the electric cord 20 and the connector 21 are arranged can be easily formed by bonding the two connector part frames 5 without performing NC machining. The amount of waste material generated can be reduced compared to the conventional example. Further, since it is not always necessary to adhere the outer peripheral surface of the substrate 10 to the vertical frame 3, the horizontal frame 4, and the connector frame 5 with an adhesive, the amount of adhesive used can be reduced.

Further, the cutting groove 2 formed on the back surface side of the front plate 1 after the step of bonding the back paper 11 with the adhesive applied to the back surface to the vertical frame 3, the horizontal frame 4, the connector frame 5, and the substrate 10. It is preferable that the portion corresponding to is cut with the Thomson blade 12 so as to reach the cutting groove 2 from the surface side.

In this way, a cutting groove 2 is formed on the back surface in advance, and a portion corresponding to the cutting groove 2 is cut with a Thomson blade 12 from the front surface side, so that a burr is not generated and a cover plate is formed from a part of the surface plate 1. 14 can be formed.

In addition, after the step of bonding the back paper 11 with the adhesive applied to the back surface to the vertical frame 3, the horizontal frame 4, the connector part frame 5, and the substrate 10, a portion corresponding to the second gap 7 of the blade part 13 is formed. Using the Thomson blade 12 that is recessed so as to be pulled in more than the other part of the blade tip part 13, except the part that straddles the second gap 7 in the part corresponding to the cutting groove 2 formed on the back surface side of the front plate 1 Then, it is preferable to cut so as to reach the cutting groove 2 from the surface side.

In this way, the cutting groove 2 is formed on the back surface of the front plate 1 in advance, and the portion corresponding to the cutting groove 2 is cut with the Thomson blade 12 from the front surface side, so that the burrs are removed except for the portion straddling the second gap 7. The electric cord arranged in the second gap 7 is not likely to be damaged by the Thomson blade 12. Moreover, in the state cut | disconnected with the Thomson blade 12, the cover plate 14 and the surface board 1 are connected in the part over the 2nd clearance gap 7, Therefore When attaching to a post process, it is necessary to temporarily fix the cover plate 14 with an adhesive tape etc. In the subsequent process, the lid plate 14 can be easily removed by breaking off a portion where the part of the lid plate 14 and the surface plate 1 are connected in a later step.

Further, a thick portion 15 having a terminal portion that bulges to the back surface side is provided at one end portion in the longitudinal direction of the back surface of the planar heater 9 and at both end portions in the short direction, and on the front surface side of the connector portion frame 5. A stepped recess 16 is provided, and a portion other than the stepped recess 16 on the front surface side of the connector frame 5 is adhered to the back surface of the surface plate 1 with an adhesive, and the thick portion 15 of the planar heater 9 is attached to the stepped recess 16. The spacer member 17 is positioned in a substantially half portion on the side away from the second gap 7, and the spacer member 17 crosses the second gap 7 so as to be closer to the second gap 7 of the stepped recesses 16 of both connector part frames 5. You may arrange | position to one side half part.

By providing the stepped recess 16 in the connector frame 5 in this way, the thick portion 15 having the terminal portions at the one end in the longitudinal direction of the back surface of the planar heater 9 and at both end portions in the lateral direction is stepped. Can be accommodated in the recess 16. In addition, when the stepped recess 16 is provided, a gap is formed in a portion other than the portion where the thick portion 15 is accommodated, which causes a problem in strength. However, the spacer member 17 can be reinforced by arranging the spacer member 17 in the portion where the gap is formed.

In the present invention, as described above, the vertical plate, the horizontal frame, and the two connector part frames are bonded to the back surface of the surface plate in a posture in which the back surface is the upper side, and the soaking sheet vertical frame In the part surrounded by the horizontal frame and the connector frame, a sheet heater and a substrate are placed, and the back paper is bonded to the vertical frame, horizontal frame, connector frame and substrate. The members can be assembled, so that the frame integration step of forming the base material by integrating the frame in the first step as in the prior art is not necessary, and the process can be simplified. Moreover, since it is not necessary to integrate the base material frame in the first step, it is not always necessary to bond the board to the vertical frame, horizontal frame, or connector frame, and the amount of adhesive used can be reduced. It becomes. In addition, the connector frame does not need to be installed between the vertical frames and bonded to the vertical frame in order to secure the strength by integrating the frame, so the connector frame can be divided into two parts. Since the second gap can be formed between the part frames, and the first gap is formed between the two connector part frames and the horizontal frame, a conventional groove for arranging an electric cord or connector is conventionally provided. Thus, a process of forming by NC processing during manufacturing is not necessary, and waste materials generated in the manufacturing process can be reduced.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.

1 and 2 show a floor heating panel A manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention. The floor heating panel A includes a surface plate 1, a cover plate 14, a pair of vertical frames 3, a pair of horizontal frames 4, A pair of connector part frames 5, a soaking sheet 8, a sheet heater 9, a spacer member 17, a substrate 10, and a back sheet 11 are provided.

The floor heating panel A is manufactured as follows.

First, printing is performed on the surface of the front plate 1 made of a plywood having a rectangular shape, and the front plate 1 is turned upside down so that the back side is up as shown in FIG. At one end portion in the direction, a cutting groove 2 having a U-shape is formed by spotting, leaving the surface side.

A portion surrounded by the U-shaped cutting groove 2 is a portion that becomes the cover plate 14 by cutting as described later.

When the step of forming the cutting groove 2 is completed as described above, the surface plate 1 is already in a posture such that the back surface is on the upper side (if the surface plate 1 has already been formed continuously from the step of forming the cutting groove 2). In the subsequent manufacturing process, each member described later is combined on the back side of the front plate 1 as a base material when the front plate 1 is combined in the subsequent manufacturing process.

First, in a state where the front surface plate 1 is in a posture in which the back surface is up, as shown in FIG. 4, a process of bonding the vertical frame 3, the horizontal frame 4, and the connector portion frame 5 to the back surface of the front surface plate 1 is performed.

That is, the vertical frame 3 is bonded to both end portions along the longitudinal direction of the back surface of the front plate 1.

Next, while adhering the horizontal frame 4 to the longitudinal direction both ends of the back surface of the surface plate 1, the inner side of the lateral frame 4 at one end portion on the side where the longitudinal cutting groove 2 is formed on the back surface of the surface plate 1 The connector frame 5 is adhered to the substrate.

Here, since the surface plate 1 is used as a base material in manufacturing as described above, it is not necessary to lay the connector part frame 5 between the pair of vertical frames 3 and integrally form a frame. For this reason, in the present invention, there is no problem even if the connector part frame 5 is not a single member provided between the vertical frames 3 but two members separated from the connector part frame 5 as shown in FIG. Therefore, in the present invention, the connector part frame 5 divided into two members is used.

As shown in FIG. 4 (b), the two connector portion frames 5 have two connector portions on the inner side of the lateral frame 4 at one end portion on the side where the longitudinal cutting grooves 2 on the back surface of the front plate 1 are formed. The frame 5 is bonded so that the two connector part frames 5 are separated from the horizontal frame 4 by the first gap 6 and the two connector part frames 5 are separated by the second gap 7. As a result, a T-shaped groove is formed by the first gap 6 and the second gap 7. In other words, in the present invention, the connector part frame 5 is made of two members and bonded to the surface plate 1 so as to form the first gap 6 and the second gap 7 as described above. There is no need to process a groove for passing the electric cord 20 and the connector 21 by processing.

The connector frame 5 is formed by bonding two types of plate materials 5a and 5b. The plate material 5a and the plate material 5b are made of, for example, MDF. The plate material 5a is longer in the direction along the longitudinal direction of the surface plate 1 than the plate material 5b, and the stepped recess 16 is formed by bonding the two. Moreover, the part on the opposite side to the step-shaped recessed part 16 of the opposing surface of both the connector part frames 5 is dented, and the 2nd clearance gap 7 is wide in this opposing recessed part. And in this invention, the step part recessed part 16 and the connector part frame 5 in which the recessed part was formed previously are used, and it adhere | attaches on the back surface of the surface board 1 as mentioned above.

The vertical frame 3 is formed with a recess 3 a at the end in the longitudinal direction at a position corresponding to the first gap 6 for communicating the first gap 6 and the outside.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the planar heater 9 is surrounded by a pair of vertical frames 3, a connector part frame 5, and a horizontal frame 4 at the other end via a soaking sheet 8 such as an aluminum foil. The step of placing the substrate 10 is performed.

The soaking sheet 8 is point-bonded to the back surface of the surface plate 1 in such a posture that the back surface is on the top with a hot melt adhesive or the like. The soaking sheet 8 may be bonded to the back surface of the front plate 1 during the step of bonding the vertical frame 3, the horizontal frame 4, and the connector frame 5 to the back surface of the front plate 1. In the process of putting the heater 9 in a portion surrounded by the pair of vertical frames 3, the connector frame 5 and the horizontal frame 4 at the other end, the pair of vertical frames 3, the connector frame 5 and the other end Before putting the planar heater 9 in the portion surrounded by the horizontal frame 4, the soaking sheet 8 may be put and point bonded to the back surface of the front plate 1.

The planar heater 9 has a rectangular sheet shape, and is composed of, for example, a planar PTC heater. A terminal portion is provided at one end in the longitudinal direction of the planar heater 9 and at both ends in the short direction, and the portion provided with the terminal portion is a thick portion 15 that bulges to the back side. An electric cord 20 is led out from the end face in the longitudinal direction of the thick portion 15.

A state in which the sheet heater 9 is put in a portion surrounded by the pair of vertical frames 3, the connector frame 5, and the horizontal frame 4 at the other end and overlapped on the back surface of the soaking sheet 8 adhered to the back surface of the surface plate 1. Thus, the thick portion 15 provided at one end in the longitudinal direction of the planar heater 9 and on the back side of both ends in the short direction is separated from the second gap 7 of the stepped recess 16 of the connector portion frame 5. It is located in the substantially half on one side.

At this time, the electric cord 20 is passed from the stepped recess 16 to the second gap 7, the connector 21 is connected to the tip of the electric cord 20, and the connector 21 is connected to the second gap 7 and the first gap 6. To place.

Since there is a space in the substantially one-side half (the portion where the thick portion 15 of the stepped recess 16 is not disposed) closer to the second gap 7 of the stepped recess 16 and the second gap 7 portion, In order to reinforce the part, a spacer member 17 made of MDF or the like is fitted from the side, and the one side closer to the second gap 7 of the stepped recesses 16 of both connector part frames 5 so as to cross the second gap 7 Place in half. 2A and 2B are cross-sectional views of a portion into which the spacer member 17 is fitted. As a result, when the connector part frame 5 having the stepped recesses 16 formed by bonding the plate material 5a and the plate material 5b so as not to be subjected to NC processing, the thick portion 15 of the stepped recesses 16 is reduced. A gap is formed in a portion other than the portion to be accommodated, which causes a problem in strength, but this portion can be reinforced by arranging the spacer member 17.

After the planar heater 9 is placed in a portion surrounded by the pair of vertical frames 3, the connector part frame 5, and the horizontal frame 4 at the other end as described above, the pair of vertical frames 3, the connector part frame 5, and the like. A substrate 10 is further inserted into a portion surrounded by the lateral frame 4 at the end.

For example, a rock wool board is used as the substrate 10.

In the manufacture of the floor heating panel A according to the present invention, since the surface plate 1 is used as a base as described above and other members are combined with the base plate 10 as described above, the substrate 10 does not need to be used as a base for manufacturing. . Therefore, the substrate 10 does not need to be bonded to other members, and the amount of adhesive used can be reduced. Further, it is not always necessary to use a single large-sized substrate as the substrate 10, and a plurality of small substrates 10 can be used as shown in FIG.

With the substrate 10 incorporated, the back surface of the vertical frame 3, the back surface of the horizontal frame 4, the back surface of the connector part frame 5, and the back surface of the substrate 10 are set to be flush with each other.

As described above, after the step of incorporating the planar heater 9 and the substrate 10, as shown in FIG. 6, the back paper 11 with the adhesive applied to the back is used as the vertical frame 3, the horizontal frame 4, and the connector part frame 5. The process of adhering to the substrate 10 is performed.

As the adhesive used in each of the above steps, the same type of adhesive is used. For example, a modified vinyl acetate emulsion adhesive is used.

When the manufacture of the main part of the floor heating panel A is completed in this way, the process proceeds to a step of cutting off the cover plate 14.

In the process of manufacturing the main part of the floor heating panel A, the members have been combined with the posture such that the back surface of the front plate 1 is on the upper side, but the main part of the floor heating panel A is manufactured. Is completed, the surface plate 1 is turned upside down so that the surface of the surface plate 1 faces up, and the step of cutting the cover plate 14 with the Thomson blade 12 as shown in FIG.

The Thomson blade 12 has a U-shaped cross section corresponding to the cutting groove 2 formed on the back side of the front plate 1. Then, a portion corresponding to the cutting groove 2 formed on the back surface side of the surface plate 1 is cut by the cutting edge portion 13 at the tip of the Thomson blade 12 so as to reach the cutting groove 2 from the surface side. The lid plate 14 is cut off.

As described above, when the Thomson blade 12 is used for cutting, the cutting groove 2 is formed on the back surface in advance, so that no cut burr can be generated in the cut cover plate 14. In addition, when the back surface of the horizontal frame 4 and the back surface of the connector portion frame 5 are bonded to the front plate 1 in the above-described process, the portion surrounded by the cutting groove 2 among the back surface of the horizontal frame 4 and the back surface of the connector portion frame 5 It is assumed that the portion opposite to is not adhered to the back surface of the front plate 1.

After performing the process of cutting the cover plate 14 from the surface plate 1 in this way, the connector 21 exposed by removing the cover plate 14 (or a terminal for connecting to the connector 21 provided at the tip of the electric cord 20) is connected. The performance inspection of the planar heater 9 is performed by using it. When the performance inspection is passed, the cover plate 14 is fitted into the original cut portion of the surface plate 1 again, and temporarily attached with a temporary fixing tape or the like.

In addition to the above performance inspection, an inspection including the appearance of the entire floor heating panel A is performed.

If these inspections pass, then they are packed and shipped.

In addition, when constructing on site, the cover plate 14 is removed, and the power supply line and the feed wiring are connected to the connector 21. When the connection is completed, the cover plate 14 is reinserted into the cut portion and finally fixed.

Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In this embodiment, there is a characteristic in the process of cutting with the Thomson blade 12, and the process up to the process of cutting with the Thomson blade 12, that is, the process of manufacturing the main part of the floor heating panel A is the same as that of the above-described embodiment. Since it is the same, description is abbreviate | omitted.

FIG. 8C shows the Thomson blade 12 used in this embodiment, and the portion corresponding to the second gap 7 of the blade tip portion 13 of the Thomson blade 12 having a U-shaped cross section is the other portion of the blade tip portion 13. It is recessed so that it may be pulled in more, and becomes the concave blade part 22. FIG.

In the present embodiment, the Thomson blade 12 is used to move the Thomson blade 12 as indicated by the arrow in FIG. 8A and the portion corresponding to the cutting groove 2 formed on the back surface side of the front plate 1. Of these, cutting is performed so as to reach the cutting groove 2 from the surface side except for a portion straddling the second gap 7. In this case, since the portion straddling the second gap 7 is cut from the surface side of the surface plate 1 but does not reach the cutting groove 2, the cover plate 14 is not completely cut as shown in FIG. And the surface plate 1 is in a state where the uncut portion 24 remains and is connected at the portion across the second gap 7.

For this reason, there is no possibility that the insulation coating of the electric cord 20 passed through the second gap 7 is damaged by the Thomson blade 12. In addition, when moving to the next inspection process, it is not necessary to temporarily fix the cover plate 14 to the surface plate 1 with an adhesive tape or the like, and there is no risk of loss. Further, when the cutting plate is cut with the Thomson blade 12, the lid plate 14 is partially connected to the front plate 1 without being completely cut, so that the Thomson blade 12 does not penetrate through to the back surface side in the second gap 7 portion. It can be confirmed that the electric cord 20 is not damaged by the cutting.

In the inspection process, the lid plate 14 can be easily removed by picking the lid plate 14 by hand and breaking off the uncut portion 24.

Here, when cutting with the Thomson blade 12, even when the thickness varies, the cutting groove 2 is formed on the back surface of the front plate 1 by spotting in order to ensure that the uncut portion 24 remains. As shown in FIG. 9B, the cutting groove 2 may be formed except for the portion corresponding to the second gap 7.

In this way, the surface plate 1 in which the cutting groove 2 is formed except for the portion corresponding to the second gap 7 is formed using the Thomson blade 12 as shown in FIG. Thus, the Thomson blade 12 is moved so as to reach the cutting groove 2 from the surface side except for the portion straddling the second gap 7 among the portions corresponding to the cutting groove 2 formed on the back surface side of the front plate 1. By cutting, it is possible to cut so that the uncut portion 24 remains reliably even if the thickness varies. After cutting, the perspective view is as shown in FIG.
