Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an arrangement member for a member to be inserted such as a cable, and more particularly to an arrangement member for an insertion member to be arranged at a predetermined position so that the insertion member such as a cable, an electric wire, or a rod-like object does not come out.

Patent document 1 discloses a clamp. The clamp includes a U-shaped main body, a pair of receiving arms, and a pair of elastic pieces. The main body is fixed to the attachment object. The receiving arm extends from the main body to the hollow portion of the main body and receives the inserted member. The elastic piece extends from the main body to the hollow portion of the main body, sandwiches the rod-shaped object between the receiving arm and elastically deforms, and allows the rod-shaped object (inserted member) to enter the hollow portion. This clamp is characterized in that a lower wall is provided. The lower wall is provided at the tip of the receiving arm. The lower wall is in surface contact with the rod-like object and receives a force in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the rod-like object enters. According to the clamp disclosed in Patent Document 1, the clamped pipe is not displaced regardless of the outer diameter.

However, the clamp disclosed in Patent Document 1 has a problem that the inserted member is likely to be accidentally pulled out. FIG. 17 is a front view of the clamp 120 disclosed in Patent Document 1. FIG. As is clear from FIG. 17, according to the clamp 120 disclosed in Patent Document 1, the pipe 118 is supported by the pair of receiving arms 156 and the pair of elastic pieces 146. Under this state, when the tube 118 receives a force in the direction from left to right in FIG. 17, the tube 118 passes between the elastic pieces 146 and comes off the clamp 120.

The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and the object of the present invention is to insert a cable or the like that can reduce the possibility that the inserted member will come out and come off. The object is to provide an arrangement tool for members.
Moreover, this invention is providing the arrangement | positioning tool of the to-be-inserted member which can increase the number of insertions, even if the removal of the to-be-inserted member is reduced.

In order to achieve the above object, according to an aspect of the present invention, the insertion member placement tool 20 includes a head portion 48, a first annular formation portion 40, and a second annular formation portion 42. The first annular forming portion 40 extends from the head portion 48 in one direction. The second annular forming portion 42 extends from the head portion 48 in the opposite direction to the first annular forming portion 40. The inserted member 100 such as a cable is passed through the annular space. The annular space is a space surrounded by the first annular formation portion 40 and the second annular formation portion 42. The leading end of the first annular forming portion 40 and the leading end of the second annular forming portion 42 are formed to face each other. The inserted member placement tool 20 further includes a first protrusion 44 and a second protrusion 46. The first projecting portion 44 is provided at the distal end portion of the first annular forming portion 40. The first projecting portion 44 projects into the annular space. The second protrusion 46 is provided at the tip of the second annular forming portion 42. The second protrusion 46 protrudes into the annular space so as to face the side surface of the first protrusion 44. At least one of the first and second protrusions is configured to be elastically deformable so that the inserted member 100 is inserted from the outside of these protrusions and inserted into the annular space from the tip end side of these protrusions. ing. The space between the tip end portions of these protruding portions is formed smaller than the diameter of the inserted member 100.

A space between the distal end portion of the first annular forming portion 40 and the distal end portion of the second annular forming portion 42 is formed smaller than the diameter of the inserted member 100. The second protrusion 46 protrudes into the annular space so as to face the side surface of the first protrusion 44. As a result, the possibility that the inserted member 100 will come out and come out is reduced.

Further, the first and second protrusions described above are formed at a position where an insertion path for inserting the inserted member 100 from the outside and inserting it into the annular space from the tip end side is biased to one side from the center of the annular space. Preferably it is.

The insertion path is formed at a position that is biased to one side from the center of the annular space. It is the first and second protrusions that form the insertion path. The first and second protrusions protrude into the annular space. Thereby, a difference in size occurs in the region delimited by the first projecting portion or the second projecting portion in the annular space. Since the difference in size occurs, many inserted members 100 can be passed through the larger region. As a result, it is possible to increase the number of insertions even though the removal of the inserted member 100 is reduced.

Moreover, it is preferable that the above-described insertion path is formed obliquely toward the head portion in the direction.

Moreover, it is preferable that the second protrusion 46 described above is configured to be elastically deformable toward the side surface of the first protrusion 44.

The second protrusion 46 is elastically deformable toward the side surface of the first protrusion 44. In addition, the second protrusion 46 faces the side surface of the first protrusion 44. Thereby, even if the inserted member 100 receives a force in a direction passing through the gap between the first protruding portion 44 and the second protruding portion 46, in many cases, the second protrusion pressed by the inserted member. The portion 46 blocks the gap. Since the possibility that the gap is blocked increases, the inserted member is less likely to come off. On the other hand, since it is a structure as mentioned above, there is almost no possibility that manufacture of the arrangement tool 20 of the member to be inserted becomes difficult. As a result, in addition to the effects described above, it is possible to achieve both reduction in the possibility that the inserted member will accidentally come off and ease of manufacture.

In addition, the second protrusion 46 described above preferably has a protrusion portion 70 and a tip portion 72. The protruding portion 70 protrudes toward the side surface of the first protruding portion 44. The tip portion 72 is provided on the protruding portion 70. The tip portion 72 bends in the tip direction of the first protrusion 44. The side surface of the distal end portion 72 faces the side surface of the first protrusion 44.

The inserted member 100 may hit only the first protrusion 44 in the direction in which the gap between the first protrusion 44 and the second protrusion 46 opens. If the distal end portion 72 is bent in the distal end direction of the first protrusion 44, the inserted member 100 is likely to hit the distal end portion 72 even in such a case. When the inserted member 100 hits the distal end portion 72, the possibility that the second projecting portion 46 is deformed in a direction approaching the side surface of the first projecting portion 44 is increased.

Further, it is desirable that the above-described head portion 48 has a through hole. In this case, the insertion member 20 is further provided with a band 30. The band 30 penetrates the through hole and is wound around the outer periphery of the attachment object.

According to the insertion member of the member to be inserted according to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the possibility that the member to be inserted slips out and comes outside.

The configuration of the placement tool 20 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. The placement tool 20 according to the present embodiment includes a band 30 and a main body 32. The band 30 is a band for fixing the main body 32. The band 30 is made of a synthetic resin. Since its specific configuration is well known, its details are not described here. The main body 32 is a component that holds a member to be inserted such as the cable 100 or a bar. The main body 32 is also made of a synthetic resin. The band 30 and the main body 32 are preferably made of the same material.

The main body 32 includes a first annular forming part 40, a second annular forming part 42, a first projecting part 44, a second projecting part 46, and a head part 48. The first annular forming portion 40 extends from the head portion 48. The second annular forming portion 42 extends from the head portion 48 in the direction opposite to the first annular forming portion 40. The first annular forming portion 40 and the second annular forming portion 42 hold the inserted member. The first projecting portion 44 projects from the first annular forming portion 40. The second projecting portion 46 projects from the second annular forming portion 42. The first projecting portion 44 is provided at the distal end portion of the first annular forming portion 40. The second protrusion 46 is provided at the tip of the second annular forming part 42. The second protrusion 46 protrudes so as to face the side surface of the first protrusion 44. In the present embodiment, the protruding length of the first protruding portion 44 is longer than the protruding length of the second protruding portion 46. As is clear from FIG. 3, the length of the second protrusion 46 is such that when the second protrusion 46 is deformed in the direction in which the tip 72 approaches the first protrusion 44, the tip 72 is first. It is the length which contacts the protrusion part 44. As described above, the annular space is a space surrounded by the first annular formation portion 40 and the second annular formation portion 42.

The first projecting portion 44 has a beam-shaped portion 80 and an expanded portion 82. The beam-shaped portion 80 protrudes from the first annular forming portion 40. The expanded portion 82 is provided at the tip of the beam-shaped portion 80. The second projecting portion 46 has a projecting portion 70 and a tip portion 72. The protruding portion 70 protrudes from the second annular forming portion 42. The distal end portion 72 extends from the protruding portion 70. The distal end portion 72 is bent in the distal end direction of the first projecting portion 44 (in the present embodiment, the direction of the expanded portion 82). As a result, the side surface of the distal end portion 72 faces the side surface of the first protrusion 44 (in this embodiment, the side surface of the beam-shaped portion 80).

The head portion 48 is a member that is fixed to an attachment object (for example, a column 110 described later) by the band 30. The head portion 48 includes a flat plate member 60, a pair of first support columns 62, a pair of second support columns 64, a retaining protrusion 66, and an arc-shaped member 68. The flat plate member 60 is a member that directly contacts the attachment object by the band 30 fixing the head portion 48 to the attachment object. The first support column 62 and the second support column 64 connect the flat plate member 60 to the arc-shaped member 68. The band 30 penetrates through a through hole formed between the first support column 62 and the second support column 64. The retaining protrusion 66 is a member for pressing the band 30 so that the band 30 cannot be removed when the band 30 penetrates the through hole. The arcuate member 68 is an arcuate member when viewed from the side. A first annular forming portion 40 and a second annular forming portion 42 extend from the arc-shaped member 68. The first annular forming portion 40, the second annular forming portion 42, and the arcuate member 68 are integrated. Thereby, when the main body 32 is viewed from the side, the first annular forming portion 40, the second annular forming portion 42, and the arc-shaped member 68 form a partially circular shape.

A method of using the placement tool 20 will be described with reference to FIGS. First, as shown in FIG. 5, the user places the side surface of the cable 100 between the distal end portion of the first annular forming portion 40 and the distal end portion of the second annular forming portion 42. When the cable 100 hits it, the user pushes the cable 100 into the annular space. As the cable 100 is pushed in, the first annular forming portion 40, the second annular forming portion 42, the first projecting portion 44, and the second projecting portion 46 are deformed. FIG. 6 is a view showing the deformed main body 32. When the cable 100 passes between the first protrusion 44 and the second protrusion 46, the cable 100 is accommodated in the annular space. The first annular forming portion 40, the second annular forming portion 42, the first projecting portion 44, and the second projecting portion 46 return to their original shapes. FIG. 7 is a front view showing the situation at this time. FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing the situation at this time. When the cable 100 is pushed into the annular space, the user penetrates the band 30 through the through hole provided in the head portion 48. Thereafter, the user fixes the band 30 to the column 110 that is an attachment target. FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing the situation at this time. Since a specific method for fixing the band 30 to the support 110 is well known, details thereof will not be repeated here.

As described above, the placement tool 20 according to the present embodiment can hold the insertion member such as the cable 100 so that the insertion member is not easily detached. This will be specifically described with reference to FIGS. Assume that after the cable 100 is held as shown in FIG. 7 or FIG. 8, the cable 100 receives a force so as to approach the gap between the first protrusion 44 and the second protrusion 46. In this case, as shown in FIG. 10, the side surface of the cable 100 corresponds to the first protrusion 44. As a result, the first protrusion 44 bends in the direction of the second protrusion 46. As a result, the space between the first protrusion 44 and the second protrusion 46 is blocked. Since they are blocked, the cable 100 cannot be detached from the main body 32. As is clear from FIG. 11, when the thick cable 102 is held by the main body 32, it becomes more difficult to disconnect from the main body 32.

Even when the thin cable 104 is held on the main body 32, the possibility that the thin cable 104 is detached from the main body 32 is small. As shown in FIG. 12, it is assumed that there is a thin cable 104 between the first protrusion 44 and the second protrusion 46. In addition, it is assumed that a force in the direction of extracting the thin cable 104 from the main body 32 is applied. As is clear from FIG. 12, in this case, the thin cable 104 is in contact with the first protrusion 44 and the second protrusion 46. The second protrusion 46 pushed by the thin cable 104 is deformed so as to approach the beam-shaped portion 80 of the first protrusion 44. Thereby, the clearance gap between the 1st protrusion part 44 and the 2nd protrusion part 46 becomes narrow finally. As a result, the thin cable 104 becomes more difficult to come out.

As shown in FIG. 13, when a plurality of cables 100 are pushed into the main body 32, the cables 100 are spread so that the space between the first annular forming portion 40 and the second annular forming portion 42 is widened. Even if force is applied, the cables 100 are not easily removed from the main body 32. The reason why the cable 100 is difficult to be disconnected is that when such force is applied, the expansion portion 82 of the first protrusion 44 is deformed so as to approach the tip portion 72 of the second protrusion 46. In particular, when a force is applied to the joint portion between the first annular forming portion 40 and the first projecting portion 44, the tendency becomes particularly remarkable. This is apparent from FIG.

The embodiments disclosed herein are illustrative in all respects. The scope of the present invention is not limited based on the above-described embodiment, and various design changes may be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

For example, the placement tool 20 according to the present embodiment is not necessarily used in the form shown in FIG. FIGS. 15 and 16 are diagrams showing one usage pattern different from that shown in FIG. 9. FIG. 15 and FIG. 16 show a situation in which a loop is drawn on the cable 100 and the intersections of the loops are coupled by the placement tool 20.

Further, the placement tool 20 according to the present embodiment may not be fixed by the band 30 penetrating the through hole of the head portion 48. As an example of such an arrangement member for the member to be inserted, one in which the band 30 is fixed to the head portion 48 and integrated, or one in which the head portion 48 has a hook can be considered.

Further, the second projecting portion 46 is not limited to the one in which the distal end portion 72 bends toward the distal end direction of the first projecting portion 44. Examples of such second protrusions include those having a beam-like part and an inflated part as in the case of the first protrusion 44, and those in which the tip part 72 bends in the direction of the root of the first protrusion 44. Can be considered. It is preferable that the tip of the second protrusion 46 is directed to the tip direction of the first protrusion 44. In this case, the second protrusion 46 may not be bent.
