Description

The present invention relates to a wall-mounted vibration isolator, and more particularly to a wall-mounted vibration isolator suitable for installation on a wall surface of a heavy equipment incorporating a vibration source.

Conventionally, when heavy equipment including a vibration source, such as a water heater or a heat source machine, is installed on a wall surface, noise generation due to vibration has been a problem. In particular, in housing complexes and the like, it is necessary to perform construction for fixing the wall fastening member to the upper and lower slabs in order to prevent vibration, which is a factor in increasing costs.
As a vibration-proof measure for such wall installation, the wall hanging bracket that fixes the upper and lower parts of the device is bolted to the wall surface while being clamped by the seating bush and the retaining ring, which is the vibration damping member, and the vibration of the device transmitted to the wall hanging bracket Has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
However, the fixing bolt as the support is tightened in the direction perpendicular to the wall surface, whereas the line of gravity acting on the equipment is parallel to the wall surface, and therefore the vibration isolation member is not uniform due to the influence of the moment. There is a problem that a load is applied and the effect of reducing vibration cannot be fully exhibited. Furthermore, since both the compression force and the shearing force act on the vibration-proof rubber, the device tilts forward, and it is difficult to design the support and the vibration-proof material so that the device is vertically upright at the balanced position.

In order to solve such a problem, the applicant of the present invention has a configuration in which a vibration-proof material is always inserted into a path supporting a static load so that the wall cannot be reached from the device only through a rigid structure. The wall-mounted vibration isolator 100 is proposed (see Patent Document 2).
As shown in FIG. 13, in the wall-mounted vibration isolator 100, the action line L <b> 11 of the central axis of the support member 102 passes through the projection point G on the vertical plane of the center of gravity of the water heater 103 with respect to the upper vibration-proof support portion 101. Are arranged as follows. In addition, with respect to the anti-vibration support portion 104, the action line L12 of the central axis of the support member 105 is disposed so as to be perpendicular (horizontal direction) to the wall surface and pass through the projection point G on the vertical plane of the center of gravity of the water heater 103. ing.
JP 2000-329190 A JP 2007-315407 A

With this configuration, in the wall-mounted vibration isolator 100, the moment around the center of gravity is zero, and the vibration isolating material is uniformly compressed or stretched only in the support direction, so that a material weak against shearing force can be used as the vibration isolating material. In addition, the durability of the vibration-proof material can be improved.
However, there are hot water supply, heating, remembrance, and combinations thereof as usage modes of the heat source machine, and in order to ensure the anti-vibration performance that does not hinder all of these uses, only the structure of the anti-vibration support part is required. First, it is necessary to examine the vibration proof performance of the entire device including the device mounting portion.
In the case of a water heater, the number of connecting pipes is usually constant, and the position of the center of gravity changes relatively little. However, in the case of a heat source device including a heating / remaining system, the number of systems differs, so the position of the center of gravity May change.

1 to 3, a wall-mounted vibration isolator 1 includes a main body frame 2, an upper support 6 (corresponding to an upper frame side support in claims), and a lower support. Body 7 (corresponding to the lower frame side support body), upper wall mounting bracket 3 (corresponding to the upper wall side support body) and lower wall mounting bracket 4 (corresponding to the lower wall side support body) attached to the wall surface. The upper support 6 and the upper side wall mounting bracket 3, and the vibration isolation members 5 interposed between the lower support 7 and the lower side wall mounting bracket 4 as main components. Yes. Except for the vibration isolating member 5, a stainless steel thin plate material is used for each component.
The main body frame 2 is composed of left and right vertical frames 2a and upper and lower horizontal frames 2b and 2c. The horizontal frames 2b and 2c are provided with a plurality of screw holes 2d for attaching the device (heat source machine) 10. The position of each screw hole 2d is provided in accordance with the bolt hole position of the wall mounting bracket of a plurality of devices.

The vertical frame 2a is configured in a cross-sectional channel shape, the side facing the device 10 on the side surface side is parallel to the device back surface (or wall surface), and the side facing the wall surface is from the upper end to the lower end. The width gradually decreases (d1> d2), and the trapezoidal shape is formed.
The upper support 6 is spot welded and rivet fixed to the vertical frame 2a, and the lower support 7 is fixed to the vertical frame 2a and the horizontal frame 2c, respectively, and is configured integrally with the main body frame 2. The mounting angle of the upper support 6 and the lower support 7 will be described later.
The upper side wall mounting bracket 3 has a structure in which a thin plate is bent in a substantially “<” shape, and a wall surface mounting portion 3 a and a vibration isolation member support portion 3 b are formed with the bent portion as a boundary. The bent portion is reinforced by the rib 3d. The wall mounting portion 3a is provided with mounting bolt holes 3c at both ends, so that the wall-mounted vibration isolator 1 can be bolted to the wall surface 12. Similarly, the lower wall mounting bracket 4 includes a wall surface mounting portion 4a and a vibration isolation member support portion 4b, and the wall surface mounting portion 4a is provided with mounting bolt holes 4c at both ends.
4 and 5, the vibration isolator 5 has a two-layer structure in which a sleeve-like elastic body 5a as an inner layer and a spring-loaded elastic body 5b molded with a spring 5c as an outer layer are integrally formed. I have.

Next, the coupling | bonding aspect of the upper side coupling | bond part 8 (the support body 6 and the wall-mounting metal fitting 3) made via the vibration isolator 5 is demonstrated. For the upper coupling portion 8, a vibration isolating member 5 is disposed between the upper support 6 and the wall mounting bracket 3, and a rubber bushing 5 f, a washer 5 g and a double nut 5 h are disposed in this order on the outer surface side of the wall mounting bracket 3. A fixing bolt 5d (actually welded to the outer surface side of the upper support 6) is inserted through the penetration portion of the component, and the bolt and nut are tightened. With this configuration, the upper support 6, the vibration isolation member 5, and the wall mounting bracket 3 are integrally coupled. Although the description is omitted, the lower coupling portion 9 (support 7 and wall mounting bracket 4) has the same coupling mode.

Next, with reference to FIG. 6, the attachment angle of the upper side coupling | bond part 8 and the lower side coupling | bond part 9 is demonstrated. For the upper coupling portion 8, the mounting angle of the upper support 6 and the wall mounting bracket 3 is set so that the extension line L <b> 1 in the deformation direction of the vibration isolating member 5 passes through the center of gravity G of the device 10. Similarly, for the lower coupling portion 9, the mounting angle of the lower support 7 and the wall mounting bracket 4 is set so that the extension line L2 in the deformation direction of the vibration isolating member 5 passes through the center of gravity G of the device. Yes. As a result, the contact surface of each vibration isolator member 5 is tightened in a state where it is in full contact with the tightening direction in the direction perpendicular to the tightening direction, so that the reaction forces F1 and F2 of each vibration isolator member 5 are attached to each coupling portion. It acts in parallel to the direction.

Next, with reference to FIG. 3, the installation method of the wall-mounted vibration isolator 1 is demonstrated. First, the mounting to the wall surface 12 is performed by inserting the bolt holes of the wall mounting brackets 3 and 4 of the wall-mounted vibration isolator 1 into mounting bolts (not shown) fixed to the wall surface 12 and fixing them with nuts. Do. Next, installation is performed by inserting bolts into the corresponding screw hole positions of the upper support body 6 and the lower support body 7 of the wall-mounted vibration isolator 1 and the back side mounting brackets 10a and 10b of the device 10 and fixing them with nuts. Complete.

In addition, in this embodiment, the example which sets the attachment angle of the upper side coupling | bond part 8 and the lower side coupling | bond part 9 is shown so that the extension lines L1 and L2 of the deformation direction of the vibration isolator 5 may pass through the gravity center G of the apparatus 10. However, one or both may be set to an attachment angle that is slightly deviated from the center of gravity G.
Moreover, although the vertical frame 2a showed the example of the cross-sectional channel shape, the thing of another shape and material which can ensure the intensity | strength of a flame | frame, such as an angle shape, can also be used.

(Second embodiment)
Further, another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 7 is a diagram showing a front configuration (a) and a side configuration (b) of the wall-mounted vibration isolator 20 according to the second embodiment.
The difference between the wall-mounted vibration isolator 20 and the above-described wall-mounted vibration isolator 1 is the attachment angle of the lower coupling portion 22. That is, the lower coupling portion 22 is attached so that the extension line L3 in the deformation direction of the vibration isolation member 5 is in the horizontal direction. In this case, the deformation direction extension line L3 does not necessarily have to pass through the center of gravity G of the device.
Other configurations are the same as those of the wall-mounted vibration isolator 1. Similarly to the wall-mounted vibration isolator 1, the width on the side surface side of the vertical frame 2a is configured to gradually narrow from the upper end portion toward the lower end portion.

各部の材質は、防振部材を除きSUS304 2.0t(但し、縦枠部については1.5t)を用いている。
In order to confirm the effect of the present invention, the wall-mounted vibration isolator (the same type as the first embodiment) according to the present invention is used to prevent vibration during heating operation and memorial operation of the heat source unit (hot water heater). Performance was evaluated. For comparison, an evaluation using a type different only in the vertical frame shape and a conventional type (commercial standard vibration-proof fitting) was also performed.
(1) Test wall hanging vibration isolator Three types of wall hanging vibration isolator shown in Table 1 were evaluated. The type (a) is a vibration isolator (the same type as the first embodiment) according to the present invention. The dimensions of each part are shown in FIG. The material of each part is SUS304 2.0t (however, 1.5t for the vertical frame part) except for the vibration-proof member. Further, a vibration-proof rubber with a spring is used for the vibration-proof member.

Figure 2010133434

(2) Test apparatus and measurement method Standard type hot water heater / heater (hot water supply: 2.7 to 24, heating: 2.67 to 14.0 kW, memorial: 9.3 kw) As shown in FIG. 9, vibration sensors (accelerometers) are arranged on the left and right (14 places in total) on the back side of the wall surface as shown in FIG. (m / s2) was measured.

(2) Measurement results a) During heating operation FIG. 10 is a diagram showing acceleration values at each measurement position of each type. Thus, at the maximum vibration position, it can be seen that the acceleration value at the maximum vibration position is reduced to about 1/3 in both the present invention type (a) and the straight type (b) compared to the conventional type (c). .
b) At the time of chasing operation FIG. 11 shows the measurement results at the time of chasing operation where two pumps for heating and chasing are driven. In the straight type, it can be seen that resonance occurs in the metal fittings on the side surface due to the reheating operation of the heat source machine, the vibration acceleration transmitted to the wall also increases, and the vibration isolation performance is reduced. In the type of the present invention, since the vertical width is different, resonance does not occur, and it is considered that excellent vibration-proof performance is exhibited.
FIG. 12 is a diagram showing frequency-acceleration characteristics at the position 3A. The straight type has a large peak around 80 Hz.
