該前側ブラケット取付部と後側ブラケット取付部との間に架設されてスピーカを取付支持するスピーカ取付ブラケットとを備え、
該スピーカ取付ブラケットは、
上記前側ブラケット取付部に結合される上下方向に延在する前部取付部と、
該前部取付部の後端に連続形成されて車体前後方向に沿って延在する側面部と、
該側面部の後端に上下方向に延在する折曲部を介して前端が連続すると共に平面視状態において車体前後方向に対して傾斜するスピーカマウンティング部が形成されたスピーカ取付面部と、
該スピーカ取付面の後端に上下方向に延在する折曲部を介して一体連続形成されて上記後側ブラケット取付部に結合する後部取付部を備えたことを特徴とする車体後部構造。
