Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a wastewater treatment system, and more particularly, to a wastewater treatment technique capable of effectively preventing environmental destruction by neutralizing pH concentration in wastewater discharged from a specific facility.
By the way, the pH value of the wastewater from the treatment plant is generally required to be within a predetermined range centering on 7, but if the pH value specific to groundwater in the ground is high, a large amount of rainfall Occasionally, groundwater may enter the gutter and increase the pH value of the drainage discharged from the gutter.
As a conventional technique, Patent Document 1 discloses a sprayed chemical treatment device that collects, neutralizes and drains a chemical sprayed to grow a green lawn of a golf course together with rainwater through a drain pipe embedded in the lawn. It is disclosed. However, in the prior art, since the pH value of the wastewater collected in the neutralization tank has not been determined, it has been difficult to control the injection amount of the medicine to an appropriate amount.
Such problems occur not only in waste oil treatment plants, but also in facilities such as waste treatment facilities and various factories.
The pH value of groundwater varies greatly depending on the surrounding environmental conditions. For this reason, groundwater may enter the side ditch during a large amount of rain, and the pH value of wastewater generated in various facilities such as a waste treatment facility and a factory may be changed. Therefore, even if the pH value of waste water from the facility is regulated and managed, there is no guarantee that the pH value of the treated water drained outside the facility will remain within the reference value.
Moreover, since the prior art of patent document 1 does not measure an exact pH value, there exists a problem that the medicine outside a regulation will be inject | poured.
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and by utilizing the fact that the calcium elution amount during rainfall is substantially constant regardless of the rainfall, when a rain sensor detects rain, a certain amount of An object of the present invention is to provide a reliable and safe wastewater treatment system that can maintain a constant pH value by injecting carbon dioxide into wastewater.
In order to solve this problem, the present invention provides a concrete base installed on a ground having groundwater and an outer periphery of the concrete base that is formed along a position close to the ground. A drainage treatment system comprising: a side groove that receives drainage from a concrete base; and an oil / water separation device that receives drainage discharged from the side groove and separates the oil into water and discharges it to the ground. A storage tank that is introduced and allowed to pass through the interior and then discharged to the ground, and a carbon dioxide injection device that lowers the pH value in the drainage when circulating the drainage from the side groove into the storage tank. It is characterized by that.
Taking advantage of the fact that the amount of calcium leaching during rainfall is substantially constant regardless of the amount of rainfall, in the present invention, a certain amount of carbon dioxide is always injected and neutralized during rainfall. Carbon dioxide gas is reliable and safe because its pH value does not become too low due to the nature of carbon dioxide gas even when it is excessively injected. Thereby, a reliable and safe waste water treatment system can be provided.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the storage tank has a plurality of storage chambers arranged from upstream to downstream and partitioned by a partition plate, and each of the storage tank is provided at a lower portion in the upstream storage chamber and an upper portion in the adjacent downstream storage chamber. And a communication pipe facing the end opening.
Drainage in the side groove is injected into the uppermost storage chamber. And since an oil component has a specific gravity smaller than water, it stores in the upper part. Therefore, the oil component is stored in the upper part, and water is stored and separated in the lower part. Therefore, in the present invention, a communication pipe with an end opening facing each of the lower part and the upper part of the adjacent downstream storage chamber is provided, and the wastewater stored in the lower part flows into the downstream storage chamber. Thereby, an oil component and waste_water | drain can be isolate | separated.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the carbon dioxide gas injection device is configured to circulate treated water in the downstream storage chamber into the upstream storage chamber, a gas cylinder for storing carbon dioxide, and a treatment circulated by the circulation pump. A gas injection means for injecting the carbon dioxide gas into the finished water; a gas valve for controlling the injection amount of the carbon dioxide gas in the gas injection means; and a control means, wherein the control means detects the presence or absence of rainfall. Provided with a rain detection means, and when the rain detection means detects rain, drives the circulation pump and opens the gas valve to control to inject the carbon dioxide into the treated water. It is characterized by.
Carbon dioxide gas is compressed in a liquid state and stored in a gas cylinder. Therefore, by using the regulator, the compressed carbon dioxide gas is vaporized and released in a gaseous state. By opening the gas valve of the carbon dioxide gas, for example, the waste water and the carbon dioxide gas are mixed by a static mixer or the like. Further, by utilizing the fact that the calcium elution amount is constant at the time of rain, when the control means detects rain by the rain sensing means, the gas valve is electrically controlled so as to inject carbon dioxide into the drainage. This makes it possible to automatically control the injection of carbon dioxide gas depending on the presence or absence of rainfall.
The fourth aspect of the present invention further includes a discharge pump that discharges the treated water in the downstream storage chamber, and the control unit stops the circulation pump when the rain detection unit does not detect rainfall, and The gas valve is closed, and the discharge pump is stopped after a predetermined time has elapsed.
The treated water is discharged to the outside by a discharge pump. However, when it is not raining, it is not necessary to inject carbon dioxide into the waste water because the alkalinity is low. Further, even if the injection of carbon dioxide gas is stopped, the pH value of the waste water does not change immediately. Therefore, in the present invention, when the rain detection means does not detect rain, the circulation pump is stopped, the gas valve is closed, and the discharge pump is stopped after a predetermined time has elapsed. Thereby, useless consumption of carbon dioxide gas can be suppressed.
A fifth aspect of the present invention further includes a pH meter that measures a pH value in the downstream storage chamber, and the control unit drives the circulation pump when the rain detection unit detects rainfall, and the gas valve Is opened, the carbon dioxide gas is injected into the treated water, and when the pH value measured by the pH meter is within the range of the reference value, the discharge pump is driven.
The treated water stored in the downstream storage chamber may be discharged as long as it is within the standard pH value range. Further, if it is outside the range of the standard pH value, it is necessary to drive the circulation pump and inject carbon dioxide again to lower the pH value. In order to automatically perform these series of operations, a pH meter for measuring the pH value in the downstream storage chamber and means for controlling each pump are required. Therefore, in the present invention, when the pH value measured by the pH meter is within the reference value range, the discharge pump is driven to discharge the treated water to the outside, and when the pH value is outside the reference value range, Then, the circulation pump is driven to stop the discharge pump so that the pH value is within the reference value. Thereby, control of pH value and control of discharge can be performed automatically.
The discharge pump is driven when a predetermined amount of treated water is stored in the downstream storage chamber. However, the treated water in the downstream storage chamber may be small. Driving the discharge pump at such time not only damages the pump but also consumes wasted power. Therefore, in the present invention, a water level meter for detecting the water level of the treated water is provided, and when it is detected that the water level has become a predetermined value or less, the discharge pump is stopped. Thereby, damage to the discharge pump and wasteful power consumption can be prevented.
According to the present invention, by utilizing the fact that the amount of calcium elution during rainfall is almost constant regardless of the rainfall, a certain amount of carbon dioxide is always injected and neutralized during rainfall, so that the reliability and safety are high. A wastewater treatment system can be provided.
In addition, the lower part and the upper part of the adjacent downstream storage chamber are each provided with a communication pipe facing the end opening, and the drainage stored in the lower part flows into the downstream storage chamber, so that the oil component and the drainage can be separated. it can.
Further, when the control means detects rain by the rain sensing means, the gas valve is electrically controlled so as to inject carbon dioxide into the drainage, so that the injection of carbon dioxide can be automatically controlled depending on the presence or absence of rain. it can.
In addition, when the rain detection means does not detect rainfall, the circulation pump is stopped, the gas valve is closed, and the discharge pump is stopped after a predetermined period of time. it can.
When the pH value measured by the pH meter is within the range of the reference value, the discharge pump is driven to discharge the treated water to the outside. When the pH value is outside the range of the reference value, the circulation pump Is driven to stop the discharge pump so that the pH value falls within the reference value, so that the pH value and the discharge can be controlled automatically.
In addition, a water level meter that detects the water level of the treated water is provided, and when it is detected that the water level has fallen below the specified value, the discharge pump is stopped, preventing damage to the discharge pump and wasteful power consumption. can do.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. However, the components, types, combinations, shapes, relative arrangements, and the like described in this embodiment are merely illustrative examples and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention only unless otherwise specified. .

Next, the schematic operation of the wastewater treatment system of the present invention will be described. The drainage 3 discharged from the
That is, utilizing the fact that the calcium elution amount during rainfall is substantially constant regardless of the rainfall, in this embodiment, a constant amount of carbon dioxide gas is always injected and neutralized during rainfall. Carbon dioxide gas is reliable and safe because its pH value does not become too low due to the nature of carbon dioxide gas even when it is excessively injected. Thereby, a reliable and safe waste water treatment system can be provided.

FIG. 6 is a flowchart for explaining the operation of the waste water treatment system according to the third embodiment of the present invention. The
