Description

The present invention relates to a rail cover member that is attached to an upper portion of a lower rail of a slide rail that is applied to a slide deck device, a slide seat device, and the like, a method of attaching a rail cover member to the lower rail, and a method of assembling a vehicle slide deck device About.

Patent Document 1 discloses a pair of left and right lower rails (guide rails) that are fixed to a vehicle floor surface and extend in the front-rear direction, a pair of left and right upper rails (leg portions) that are slidably supported on the left and right lower rails, and left and right leg portions. There is disclosed a slide seat device including a seat fixed to an upper portion of the seat.
The lower rail of this slide seat device has a channel shape, and the upper surface of the lower seat, excluding the left and right side portions (the central portion in the width direction), is open over the entire length. The lower part of the lower rail is inserted into the lower rail through the opening.

Further, a pair of left and right lip members made of an elastic material are respectively attached to the left and right side portions of the upper surface of the lower rail.
The gap between the left and right sides of the upper surface of the lower rail is large, so if you do not attach the lip member, small dirt or dust in the vehicle may enter the lower rail from the gap and adversely affect the sliding operation of the upper rail. is there. However, since the interval between the inner edge portions of the left and right lip members is narrow, if the lip members are attached, it is possible to effectively prevent small dust or dust from entering the lower rail.
JP 2004-268894 A

When the mounting state of the pair of lip members with respect to the lower rail is not parallel, the gap between the lip members varies depending on the position of the lip member in the longitudinal direction. When the variation occurs, the sliding resistance of the upper rail increases in a portion where the gap is narrow, while it becomes impossible to prevent intrusion of dust and dirt in the portion where the gap is large.
For this reason, when the pair of lip members are attached to the lower rail, the lip members must be parallel to each other. However, it is not easy to attach the pair of lip members to the lower rail so as to be completely parallel, and a long time is required for the attaching operation.

An object of the present invention is to provide a rail cover member that can be attached in a short time so that a pair of lip members are parallel to the lower rail, a method for attaching the rail cover member to the lower rail, and a vehicle slide deck device. An assembly method is provided.

The rail cover member of the present invention is a long channel material that is open in the upper portion except for both side portions, and the lower portion of the upper rail is accommodated in the upper portion of the lower rail that is slidably accommodated through the opening. In the long cover member to be fixed, a pair of attachment portions respectively attached to both side portions of the upper portion and a pair of attachment portions projecting in directions approaching from inner edges of the attachment portions, and the attachment portions are attached to the lower rail. Sometimes, a pair of lip portions in which inner edge portions are parallel to each other immediately above the opening, a removal portion positioned between the pair of lip portions, an inner edge portion of the pair of lip portions, and the removal portion A pair of fragile connecting portions that are connected to both side edges and have a lower mechanical strength than the lip portion and the removing portion, and are parallel to each other.
The said weak connection part can be comprised from the thin part 2 thinner than the said lip | rip part and removal part, for example.
Moreover, the said weak connection part can also be comprised by a perforation.

It is preferable to attach a double-sided tape to the surface of the pair of mounting portions facing the lower rail.

The method of attaching the rail cover member to the lower rail according to the present invention is a long channel material in which a portion excluding both upper side portions is opened, and the lower portion of the upper rail is slidably housed inside the opening. In the method of attaching the long cover member to the upper portion of the lower rail, a pair of attachment portions and a pair of lip portions that protrude in a direction approaching each other from the inner edge portions of the pair of attachment portions and the inner edge portions are parallel to each other And a removal portion located between the pair of lip portions, and an inner edge portion of the pair of lip portions and both side edge portions of the removal portion, respectively, and mechanical strength compared to the lip portion and the removal portion. A manufacturing step of manufacturing a cover member having a small fragile connection portion, and fixing the pair of attachment portions of the cover member to both side portions of the upper portion of the lower rail, respectively. Fixing step of positioning the inner edge of the lip to just above the opening, and is characterized by having a step, cut cut the removed portion from the cover member along the pair of the fragile connecting portion.

The manufacturing step includes a pair of vertical portions having the pair of mounting portions opposed to the upper portions of the pair of outer side surfaces of the lower rail and the distance between the facing surfaces being substantially the same as the width of the upper portion of the lower rail. Preferably, the steps to be taken.
Further, the manufacturing step includes a step of sticking a double-sided tape to a surface of the pair of mounting portions facing the lower rail, and the fixing step is a pair of the double-sided tape and the pair of outer surfaces of the lower rail. It is good also as a step which sticks to each upper part.

The method for assembling the slide deck device for a vehicle according to the present invention includes the step of parallelizing the pair of lower rails to which the cover member is fixed, obtained by using a rail cover member attachment method, and the upper rail between the pair of lower rails. It has a step of slidably attaching and a step of fixing the slide board to the upper part of the pair of upper rails.

The rail cover member of the present invention can be attached to the lower rail by a simple operation of attaching the pair of attachment portions to both side portions of the upper portion of the lower rail and then cutting off the removal portion along the weak connection portion.
In addition, when the removal portion is cut out, the inner edges of the pair of lip portions are always parallel. Therefore, surrounding dust and dust do not enter the lower rail from between the pair of lip members, and the sliding resistance between the lip portion and the upper rail does not increase excessively, and the appearance is further improved.

If the attachment portion is provided with a vertical portion attached to the upper portion of the outer surface of the lower rail, the lower rail and the lip member are made parallel only by positioning the pair of vertical portions on both sides of the upper portion of the lower rail. Therefore, it becomes easy to make the inner edge part of a pair of lip part parallel to the extension direction of a lower rail.

Furthermore, if the double-sided tape is attached to each of the pair of attachment portions, the attachment work to the lower rail is further simplified.

The slide deck device 20 includes a rail unit 25 and a board unit 70 that are separable from each other.
First, the structure of the rail unit 25 will be described.
A front bracket 26 is fixed to the front end portions of the lower surfaces of the left and right lower rails 30, a rear bracket 27 is fixed near the rear end portion of the lower surface of the lower rail 30, and the front bracket 26 and the rear bracket 27 are connected to each other. It is fixed to the bottom plate 15 using bolts B1 and B2. Further, a locking pin P penetrating the left and right front brackets 26 from above to below is fitted in a locking hole (not shown) drilled in the bottom plate 15. The left and right lower rails 30 are metal channel members that extend in the front-rear direction and have upper surfaces opened, and the left and right lower rails 30 are parallel to each other. A rear end stopper member 29 is attached to the rear ends of the left and right lower rails 30 so as to block the rear end openings of the lower rails 30 and the lower surfaces thereof are in contact with the bottom plate 15. On the other hand, the front end openings of the left and right lower rails 30 are open. As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, a front end stopper member B <b> 3 is fixed to the front end portion of the bottom portion of the lower rail 30. As shown in FIG.8 and FIG.9, the peripheral part of the head part of front end stopper member B3 is a taper surface which diameter-expands as it goes below from the upper direction.
As shown in FIGS. 9 and 11, the lower rail 30 includes a bottom plate portion 31, a pair of left and right side plate portions 32 extending upward from both left and right side portions of the bottom plate portion 31, and substantially horizontally inward from the upper ends of the left and right side plate portions 32. And a retaining portion 33 extending downward after extending. Furthermore, three locked members 36, 37, 38 made of metal are welded side by side in the front-rear direction on the outer surfaces of the left and right lower rails 30, and a pair of front and rear locks are attached to each of the locked members 36, 37, 38. A hole 39 is formed.

A cover member 34 </ b> A is attached to the upper surfaces of the left and right retaining portions 33 of the left and right lower rails 30 and the upper portions of the left and right side plate portions 32 over the entire length thereof.

As shown in FIGS. 12 to 14, the cover member 34 </ b> A includes a pair of left and right mounting portions 34 </ b> A <b> 1 having a substantially L-shaped cross section, and a pair of left and right protruding substantially horizontally inward from the opposing edge portions of the left and right mounting portions 34 </ b> A <b> 1. A pair of thin walls parallel to each other connecting the inner edge of the lip 34A2, the inner edge of the left and right lip 34A2, and the inner edge of the left and right lip 34A2 and the side edge of the removal 34A3 34A4 (fragile connection part). The cover member 34A is a two-color molded product, and the thin portion 34A4 is formed of a rubber material having a mechanical strength lower than that of the other portions. Further, corner cuts 34A5 are recessed in the corners of the inner surfaces (lower surfaces) of the left and right attachment portions 34A1, and recessed grooves 34A6 are recessed in the outer edge portions of the lower surfaces of the left and right lip portions 34A2. . In addition, one surface of the double-sided tape S1 and the double-sided tape S2 is attached to the inner surface of the vertical portion and the lower surface of the horizontal portion of the left and right attachment portions 34A1 over the entire length.
In order to attach the cover member 34A to the lower rail 30, first, the coating sheet (not shown) is peeled off from the surface of each of the double-sided tapes S1, S2 facing the lower rail 30. Then, as shown in FIG. 13, the left and right double-sided tape S <b> 1 is attached to the upper ends of the left and right side plate portions 32, and the left and right double-sided tape S <b> 2 is attached to the upper surfaces of the left and right retaining portions 33. Next, as shown in FIG. 14, while holding the left and right lip portions 34A2 with one hand, the front end portion or the rear end portion of the removal portion 34A3 is grasped with the other hand, and the end portion of the removal portion 34A3 is held at the opposite end. Pull towards the part. Then, the left and right thin-walled portions 34A4 whose mechanical strength is weaker than that of the peripheral portion are broken from the end portion side toward the other end portion, and the removal portion 34A3 is moved to the left and right sides by extending to the other end portion. The lip portion 34A2 is separated (see FIG. 14).
The distance between the opposing surfaces of the vertical portions of the left and right attachment portions 34A1 is substantially the same as the width of the lower rail 30 (in FIGS. 13 and 14, the thicknesses of the double-sided tapes S1 and S2 are exaggerated, but the attachment portions 34A1 are actually drawn. The distance between the opposing surfaces of the left and right double-sided tapes S1 is substantially the same as the width of the lower rail 30). When the cover member 34A is attached to the lower rail 30 in such a procedure, the cover member 34A and the lower rail 30 are Are always parallel. Further, since the inner edge of the left and right lip portions 34A2 and the removal portion 34A3 are formed so as to be parallel to each other, the inner edge of the lip portion 34A2 is always parallel to the inner edge of the left and right retaining portions 33. .

The left and right ends of a metal front connecting member 41 extending in the left-right direction are screwed to the support piece 26a formed at the front end of the left and right front brackets 26, respectively. The portions of the front side connecting member 41 other than the left and right ends are cylindrical. In addition, left and right ends of a metal rear connecting member 43 extending in the left-right direction are screwed to the support piece 27a constituting the inner end of the left and right rear brackets 27, respectively. The rear connecting member 43 is a channel member having an upper surface opened, and a central portion of the lower surface in the left-right direction is lowered by one step compared to the peripheral portion, and a lower surface is a load support portion 44 that contacts the bottom plate 15. In addition, two through holes 45 are formed at two locations on the bottom surface of the rear connection member 43. Further, a pair of left and right support brackets 47 made of metal are fixed to the left and right portions of the upper surface of the rear side connecting member 43, respectively. A rotation shaft 48 extending in the left-right direction is provided between the upper ends of the pair of support brackets 47, and the rotation shaft 48 is positioned between the left and right support brackets 47, and the upper end thereof is higher than the upper end of the support bracket 47. Also, a cylindrical support roller 49 positioned above is rotatably supported.

In the left and right lower rails 30, lower portions of the upper rail 50, which are members obtained by joining two symmetrical metal members, are respectively inserted from the front end opening or the rear end opening of the lower rail 30. As shown in FIG. 9, the inner edges of the left and right lip portions 34 </ b> A <b> 2 are slightly separated from the left and right side surfaces of the upper rail 50. The upper end of the upper rail 50 is a horizontal support piece 51 that is substantially horizontal, and a roller support piece 52 and a roller support piece 53 that extend downward are protruded from the front end and the rear end of the upper rail 50 as a pair of left and right. It is. A roller 55 is rotatably supported between the left and right roller support pieces 52 via a rotation support shaft 54 extending in the left-right direction, and a roller is provided between the left and right roller support pieces 53 via the rotation support shaft 54. 56 is rotatably supported. Since the rollers 55 and 56 are mounted on the upper surface of the bottom plate portion 31 of the lower rail 30, the left and right upper rails 50 are moved to the left and right lower rails 30 when the rollers 55 and 56 roll on the upper surface of the bottom plate portion 31. Slide back and forth. The forward sliding operation of the upper rail 50 is restricted by the roller 55 coming into contact with the head of the front end stopper member B3, and the backward sliding operation is restricted by the roller 56 coming into contact with the rear end stopper member 29. The
A lock claw support member 58 is fixed to the lower surface of the horizontal support piece 51 outside the upper rail 50, and a pair of front and rear through holes 60 are formed near the lower end of the lock claw support member 58. The lock claw support member 58 includes a metal lock claw 62 that is located outside the lock claw support member 58 and includes a pair of front and rear engaging projections 61 that can be engaged with and disengaged from the through hole 60 and the lock hole 39. It is supported so as to be rotatable around a rotation axis in the front-rear direction. The lock claw 62 includes a locking position where the engaging protrusion 61 engages with the through hole 60 and the lock hole 39 (a position indicated by a solid line in FIG. 11), and the engaging protrusion 61 outward from the through hole 60 and the lock hole 39. It can rotate between the unlock position to escape (the position of the phantom line in FIG. 11) and is urged to rotate toward the lock position by the urging force of a torsion coil spring (not shown). Further, the upper end portion of the lock claw 62 is a pressed portion 64 that protrudes above the horizontal support piece 51 through a notch 51 a formed in the outer horizontal support piece 51.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, etc., one pin member P1 is fixed (projected) on the upper surface of the horizontal support piece 51 of the left and right upper rails 50, and a circular shape is formed near the upper end of the pin member P1. The pressing member P1a is fixed. Further, a total of three through holes 51b are formed in the horizontal support pieces 51 of the left and right upper rails 50, and nuts (not shown) are respectively provided at positions corresponding to the through holes 51b on the lower surface of the horizontal support piece 51. It is welded.
Each component described above is a component of the rail unit 25. The rail unit 25 is previously unitized outside the vehicle 10, and the front bracket 26 and the rear bracket 27 are fixed to the bottom plate 15 in a united state. The Therefore, when the rail unit 25 is attached to the bottom plate 15, the left and right lower rails 30 become parallel, and the left and right lower rails 30, the front side connecting member 41 and the rear side connecting member 43 constitute a cross beam structure. Even if an external force is applied, the left and right lower rails 30 maintain a parallel state. Therefore, the left and right upper rails 50 can always slide smoothly with respect to the left and right lower rails 30.

Next, the structure of the board unit 70 will be described.
The slide board 71, which is a main member of the board unit 70, is a plate material having a rectangular shape in plan view, and its left and right width is slightly longer than the interval between the left and right lower rails 30, and its front and rear length is substantially the same as that of the lower rail 30.
A pair of left and right gripping concave portions (gripping portion, first gripping portion) 72 and a gripping concave portion (gripping portion, second gripping portion) 73 are provided in the vicinity of the rear end portion of the upper surface of the slide board 71. is there. The left and right gripping recesses 72 and 73 are both rectangular in shape, and the gripping recess 72 and the gripping recess 73 extend in the front-rear direction through the center line of the slide board 71 (through the center of the slide board 71). (Straight line). Further, an operation recess 75 located between the grip recess 72 and the grip recess 73 is provided in the rear edge portion of the upper surface of the slide board 71. As shown in the figure, the distance from the operation recess 75 to the gripping recess 72 is shorter than the distance from the operation recess 75 to the gripping recess 73. A through-hole (not shown) that communicates between the operation recess 75 and the lower space of the slide board 71 is formed in the front surface of the operation recess 75. A pair of left and right mounting recesses 76 and a mounting recess 77 are provided in the vicinity of the front end portion of the upper surface of the slide board 71. The left and right mounting recesses 76 and 77 are both rectangular in shape, and the mounting recess 76 and the mounting recess 77 are symmetrical with respect to the center line.
An upper end of the rotation support shaft 79 extending in the vertical direction is rotatably provided at a portion of the lower surface of the slide board 71 located immediately before the operation recess 75, and the above-mentioned through-hole is provided in the vicinity of the upper end portion of the rotation support shaft 79. An operation member 80 positioned in the operation recess 75 through the hole is fixed. The operation member 80 is rotatable between an initial position indicated by a solid line in FIG. 4 and an unlocking operation position indicated by an imaginary line, and a rotation of a coil spring (not shown) provided around the rotation support shaft 79 is provided. It is urged to rotate toward the initial position by the force. A rotary pulley 82 composed of a two-layer pulley is fixed to a portion of the rotation support shaft 79 located below the operation member 80, and one end of each of the two operation wires W is fixed to the peripheral surface of the rotation pulley 82. It is. The portions of the two operation wires W other than both ends are covered with a covering tube T made of a flexible material, and the other ends of the operation wires W are located immediately below the mounting recess 76 and the mounting recess 77. ing. An upper end of a rotation support shaft 83 extending downward is fixed to a portion of the lower surface of the slide board 71 located immediately below the mounting recess 76 and the mounting recess 77, and the left and right rotation support shafts 83 are flat. An approximately J-shaped lock switching member 84 is rotatably supported. One end of the lock switching member 84 is a connection piece 85 to which the end of the operation wire W is connected, and the other end of the lock switching member 84 is a pressing piece 86 parallel to the connection piece 85. Since both ends of the tension spring S are engaged with the lower surface of the lock switching member 84 and the slide board 71, the left lock switching member 84 is urged to rotate clockwise in FIG. 84 is urged to rotate counterclockwise in FIG. Since the left and right lock switching members 84 are linked to the operation member 80 via the operation wire W, the rotary pulley 82, and the rotation support shaft 79, the rotation operation of the operation member 80 and the rotation operation of the lock switching member 84 are linked. Therefore, when the operation member 80 is located at the initial position, the lock switching member 84 is located at the lock permissible position (the position where the connecting piece 85 and the pressing piece 86 face substantially in the front-rear direction) indicated by the broken line in FIG. Is positioned at the unlocking position indicated by the two-dot chain line in FIG.
On the bottom surfaces of the mounting recess 76 and the mounting recess 77, four through-holes communicating the mounting recesses 76, 77 and the lower space of the slide board 71 are formed. One is a harpoon hole 90 having a large-diameter circular hole 88 and a narrow portion 89 extending rearward from the rear end of the large-diameter circular hole 88 and narrower than the large-diameter circular hole 88. The rest are through holes 91, 92, 93 that are both circular.
The mounting recess 76 and the mounting recess 77 have the same planar shape as the mounting recesses 76, 77 and can be detachably closed by a cover plate 95 made of the same material as the slide board 71.
Each component described above is a component of the board unit 70, and the board unit 70 is previously unitized outside the vehicle 10.

Next, a procedure for assembling the board unit 70 to the rail unit 25 fixed to the bottom plate 15 will be described.
Prior to assembly, the left and right upper rails 50 are first positioned at positions corresponding to any of the members to be locked 36, 37, and 38, and the engaging protrusions 61 of the lock claws 62 are engaged with the through holes 60 and the lock holes 39. Leave it locked. Then, the large-diameter circular holes 88 of the left and right daruma holes 90 are positioned immediately above the pin members P1 (pressing members P1a) of the left and right upper rails 50, and the front end of the slide board 71 is slightly inclined downward with respect to the rear end. The entire slide board 71 is moved downward. Then, the left and right holding members P1a (and the pin member P1) having a diameter smaller than that of the large-diameter circular hole 88 project through the large-diameter circular hole 88 into the mounting recess 76 and the mounting recess 77, and thus the slide board 71. The slide board 71 is moved forward with respect to the upper rail 50 while maintaining the above inclination. Then, the left and right pin members P1 enter the narrow width portions 89 of the left and right daruma holes 90, and the left and right pressing members P1a are positioned immediately above the left and right narrow width portions 89 and have a diameter larger than the width of the narrow width portions 89. A part of the holding member P <b> 1 a having a large contact with the upper surface of the slide board 71. At this time, the three through holes 51b projecting from the left and right upper rails 50 are positioned directly below the left and right through holes 91, 92, 93, respectively. When the rear end of the slide board 71 is lowered to the same position as the front end and the lower surface of the slide board 71 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the horizontal support piece 51 of the left and right upper rails 50, the entire lower surface of the pressing member P1a contacts the upper surface of the slide board 71. In addition, since the three through-holes 51b of the upper rail 50 and the three through-holes 91, 92, 93 of the slide board 71 communicate with each other, three bolts (not shown) are omitted in the mounting recesses 76, 77. Are inserted into the through holes 51b and the through holes 91, 92, 93, and screwed into the nuts located immediately below the through holes 91, 92, 93. When the slide board 71 is fixed to the left and right upper rails 50 in this way, as shown by the solid lines in FIG. 11, the pressing pieces 86 of the left and right lock switching members 84 (located at the lock allowable position) are positioned at the lock position. ) Located on the outer side of the pressed portion 64 of the lock claw 62, a gap is formed between the pressed portion 64 and the pressed portion. Further, the two support rollers 49 of the rail unit 25 come into contact with the lower surface of the slide board 71, respectively.
Finally, if the board unit 70 is completed by fitting the cover plate 95 into the mounting recess 76 and the mounting recess 77, the assembly operation of the board unit 70 and the rail unit 25 is completed.
As described above, the board unit is provided in the rail unit 25 having the lock mechanism including the lock claw 62, the torsion coil spring, the support piece 59 (lock claw support member 58), and the lock hole 39 (locked members 36, 37, 38). When assembling 70, it is not necessary to connect the lock claw 62 and the lock switching member 84 (or the operation wire W), so that the board unit 70 can be easily assembled to the rail unit 25.

Next, the operation of the slide deck device 20 configured as described above will be described.
When the back door 12 of the vehicle 10 closes the rear opening 11, the left and right upper rails 50 are located at positions corresponding to the left and right locked members 36, and the engagement protrusions 61 of the left and right lock claws 62 are located. The slide board 71 is positioned at the storage position in which the front end surface of the slide board 71 is located immediately after the second row seat 13 because it engages (locks) with the through hole 60 of the lock claw support member 58 and the lock hole 39 of the locked member 36. .
When the back door 12 is opened, the operator (passenger, driver) can hang the right hand on the gripping recess 72 and the left hand on the gripping recess 73. However, since the distance L1 in the left-right direction from the front end (rear end) of the operation member 80 located at the initial position to the left side surface of the gripping recess 72 is 100 mm or more, the right thumb is placed before the right thumb is put on the operation member 80. If the finger other than is placed on the gripping recess 72, the operation member 80 cannot be operated with the thumb of the right hand (further, the tip of the operation member 80 positioned at the initial position from the right end surface of the gripping recess 73 (rear) Since the distance L2 in the left-right direction to the end) is 150 mm or more, the operation member 80 cannot be operated even with the left thumb with a finger other than the thumb placed on the gripping recess 73). Therefore, when the right hand is put on the gripping recess 72, first, the right hand is brought close to the operation member 80 from the left side of the operation recess 75, and the right hand is moved to the right while the right thumb is put on the operation member 80. Rotate 80 to the unlocking operation position. Since the left-right direction distance L3 from the front end (rear end) of the operating member 80 moved to the unlocking operation position to the left side surface of the gripping recess 72 is 60 mm or less, the right hand can be obtained by rotating the operating member 80 to the unlocking operation position. The remaining finger of the right hand can be hung on the holding recess 72 while the operation member 80 is held in the unlocking operation position with the thumb of the user.
When the operation member 80 positioned at the initial position is rotated to the unlocking operation position side in this way, the rotation pulley 82 rotates and the operation wire W is pulled, so the left and right lock switching members positioned at the lock allowable position. 84 rotates to the unlocked position side. Then, when the lock switching member 84 is rotated by a predetermined distance to the lock release position side, the pressing piece 86 of the lock switching member 84 that has been separated from the lock claw 62 (the pressed portion 64) until then becomes the pressed portion 64. Contact. When the lock switching member 84 is rotated to the unlock position by rotating the operation member 80 to the unlock operation position, the left and right lock claws 62 are rotated to the unlock position. The portion 61 escapes outward from the through hole 60 of the lock claw support member 58 and the lock hole 39 of the member to be locked 36, and the lock by the lock claw 62 is released (see the phantom line in FIG. 11).

If the slide board 71 is pulled backward while the operation member 80 is held in the unlocking operation position, the roller 55, the roller 56, and the support roller 49 rotate, so the upper rail 50 and the board unit 70 are moved rearward with respect to the lower rail 30. Can be slid. When the left and right lock claws 62 are positioned on the sides of the member 37 to be locked, when the operation member 80 is released and the operation member 80 is rotated and returned to the initial position, the lock switching member 84 is rotated and returned to the lock allowable position. Therefore, the left and right lock claws 62 are rotated and returned to the lock position, and the engagement protrusion 61 is engaged (locked) with the through hole 60 of the lock claw support member 58 and the lock hole 39 of the member 37 to be locked. Can be held at an intermediate position (not shown). Further, when the left and right lock claws 62 are positioned on the side of the member 38 to be locked, if the hand is released from the operation member 80 and the operation member 80 is rotated and returned to the initial position, the engagement protrusion 61 of the lock claw 62 is obtained. Engages (locks) with the through hole 60 of the lock claw support member 58 and the lock hole 39 of the member to be locked 38, so that the slide board 71 can be held at the maximum drawing position (not shown).

As described above, in the slide deck device 20 of the present embodiment, the cover member 34A is parallel to the lower rail 30, and the inner edges of the pair of lip portions 34A2 are parallel to each other and the extending direction of the lower rail 30 (front-rear direction). It can be mounted in a short time so as to be parallel to.

Further, when the lock switching member 84 (pressing piece 86) is located at the lock allowable position, the lock switching member 84 (pressing piece 86) is separated from the lock claw 62 (pressed portion 64), and therefore, between the operation of the operation member 80 and the operation of the lock claw 62. There is a predetermined play. Therefore, since the lock claw 62 does not move only when the operation member 80 is slightly moved due to a load or the body of a passenger hitting the operation member 80, the possibility that the lock by the lock claw 62 is unexpectedly released is small.

Further, when the operation member 80 is rotated to the unlocking operation position when the rear portion of the vehicle 10 is parked on a slope with the rear portion being positioned below the front portion, the slide board 71 is caused to change its own load or the slide board 71. The load of the load placed on the upper surface may unexpectedly try to slide backward. However, in such a case, the operator tries to keep gripping the concave recesses 72 and 73 with the left and right hands in a reflective manner, but the right hand is open in the left and right direction (the left and right of the thumb and little finger). Because the direction interval is considerably wide), it is easy to reflect the thumb away from the operation member 80 in a reflective manner. In addition, when the operator removes the thumb from the operation member 80, the operation member 80 rotates to the initial position, which is a position away from the holding recess 72 as compared to the unlocking operation position. There is almost no possibility of operating the operating member 80 in a reflective manner. Therefore, in such a situation, the lock claw 62 located at the unlock position rotates to the lock position. Therefore, when the lock claw 62 is located at a position corresponding to the member 37 to be locked, the engagement claw of the lock claw 62 The portion 61 automatically engages (locks) with the through hole 60 of the lock claw support member 58 and the lock hole 39 of the member 37 to be locked. Therefore, in the slide deck device 20 according to the present embodiment, the possibility that the board unit 70 slides at a stretch beyond the intermediate position to the maximum drawing position is extremely small.

If the rail unit 25 is assembled in advance so that the support roller 49 (and the support bracket 47) are in a predetermined position and direction with respect to the rear connection member 43, the support roller 49 is attached by attaching the rail unit 25 to the bottom plate 15. Is in a predetermined position and a predetermined direction with respect to the bottom plate 15. As described above, when the slide deck device 20 is attached to the bottom plate 15, it is not necessary to adjust the position and direction of the support roller 49 with respect to the bottom plate 15, so that the slide deck device 20 can be easily attached to the bottom plate 15. In addition, the two support rollers 49 can surely prevent the bending of both sides of the center portion of the slide board 71, and the slide board 71 can be smoothly slid by the support roller 49.
Moreover, since the load support portion 44 provided on the lower surface of the rear connection member 43 that supports the support roller 49 is in contact with the bottom plate 15, the rear connection can be achieved even when a heavy load is placed on the slide board 71. The central portion of the member 43 is not greatly bent. Therefore, even when a heavy load is placed on the slide board 71, the lower surface of the slide board 71 can be stably supported by the support roller 49.
Further, since it is not necessary to fix the load support portion 44 to the bottom plate 15 with screws or the like, the work of attaching the rail unit 25 to the bottom plate 15 is not complicated.

Moreover, since the rear bracket 27, which is a member for fixing the left and right lower rails 30 to the bottom plate 15, is used as a member for fixing the rear connection member 43 to the lower rail 30, the rear connection member 43 is used. The number of parts can be reduced compared to the case of separately providing the bracket.
Furthermore, when both ends of the rear side connecting member 43 are fixed to the lower rail 30 or a bracket fixed to the lower rail 30 (not contacting the bottom plate 15), this load is applied when a heavy load is placed on the slide board 71. Therefore, the left and right lower rails 30 are deformed, and as a result, the sliding operation of the upper rails 50 may become unsmooth. However, since both ends of the rear connection member 43 are fixed to the rear bracket 27 that contacts the bottom plate 15, the load applied to the slide board 71 is supported by the support roller 49, the rotating shaft 48, the support bracket 47, and the rear connection. It is transmitted to the bottom plate 15 via the member 43 and the rear bracket 27 and is not transmitted to the lower rail 30. Therefore, even when a heavy load is placed on the slide board 71, the sliding operation of the upper rail 50 does not become unsmooth.

Further, since the gap between the cover member 34A provided on the lower rail 30 and the upper rail 50 is narrow (see FIGS. 5, 6, and 9), the upper surface of the lower rail 30 is raised by pulling the slide board 71 rearward. Even if a passenger drops a small object in a state where it is exposed, the possibility that the object will enter the lower rail 30 through the gap between the cover member 34A and the upper rail 50 is very small. Moreover, even if the object enters the lower rail 30 through the gap between the cover member 34A and the upper rail 50, when the slide board 71 is slid to the storage position (front end position), the roller 55 presses the object forward. When the slide board 71 reaches the storage position, the object is lifted obliquely upward by the tapered surface of the head of the front end stopper member B3 and is discharged from the front end opening of the lower rail 30 to the front of the lower rail 30. The passenger can easily take the object out of the lower rail 30.

The present invention can also be implemented in aspects other than the above embodiment.
For example, instead of the cover member 34A, a cover member 34B shown in FIG. 15 or a cover member 34C shown in FIG. 16 may be used.
The cover member 34B shown in FIG. 15 is made of the same material as the cover member 34A, and includes a pair of attachment portions 34B1, a lip portion 34B2, a thin wall portion 34B4 (fragile connection portion), a corner cut 34B5 and a concave groove 34B6, and a removal portion 34B3. Are provided. However, the corner portion of the attachment portion 34B1 is rounded, and the removal portion 34B3 is wider than the removal portion 34A3. Further, since the corner cut 34B5 is deeper than the corner cut 34A5, the vertical portion and the horizontal portion of the attachment portion 34B1 are easy to rotate relative to each other. Therefore, it is easier to stick the double-sided tape S1 and the double-sided tape S2 to the lower rail 30 than the cover member 34A.
On the other hand, the cover member 34C shown in FIGS. 16 and 17 is also made of the same material as the cover member 34A, and includes a pair of attachment portions 34C1, a lip portion 34C2, a thin portion 34C4 (fragile connection portion), a corner cut 34C5, and a concave groove 34C6. And removal unit 34C3. However, the corners of the mounting portion 34C1 are rounded, and the corner cut 34C5 is deeper than the corner cut 34A5. Further, a low friction member S3, which is a long object made of urethane extending in the front-rear direction, is attached to the lower surfaces of the pair of lip portions 34C2. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 17, even if the left and right side surfaces of the upper rail 50 are in contact with the inner surface of the low friction member S <b> 3, the friction resistance between the low friction member S <b> 3 and the upper rail 50 is small. It can slide smoothly.

Alternatively, the inner edge portions of the lip portions 34A2, 34B2, and 34C2 may be brought into contact with both side surfaces of the upper rail 50, or the low friction member S3 may be attached to the lower surfaces of the lip portion 34A2 and the lip portion 34B2.
Furthermore, you may shape | mold thin part 34A4, 34B4, 34C4 with the same material as another part.
Further, the cover members 34A, 34B, 34C may be attached to the lower rail 30 by fixing means other than the double-sided tapes S1, S2, for example, an adhesive.
Moreover, you may form the weak connection part of a structure different from thin part 34A4, 34B4, 34C4 in cover member 34A, 34B, 34C. Such a weak connection part is realizable by the perforation extended in the front-back direction (The part to form may be a part with the same thickness as a peripheral part, and may be a thin part), for example.

Furthermore, although the cover member 34A (34B, 34C) is attached to the lower rail 30 of the slide deck device 20, the present invention is applicable to all lower rails that support the slidable upper rail. Therefore, for example, the cover member 34A (34B, 34C) may be applied to a so-called slide seat lower rail.
