長手方向の端面又は案内面(1aa)の長手方向の端部近傍に係止部(1b)を有するガイド部材用案内部(1a)と、該ガイド部材用案内部(1a)の外面に突設された棒状部(1ca)の先端に該棒状部(1ca)の径より大径の球形部(1cb)が設けられた差込み部(1c)とが設けられているガイド部材保持具(1)と、
長手方向の一方の側が該ガイド部材保持具(1)のガイド部材用案内部(1a)の案内面(1aa)に沿って摺動挿入されて保持される摺動挿入部(2a)をなし、また他方の側が該摺動挿入部(2a)に隣接し該ガイド部材保持具(1)のガイド部材用案内部(1a)の摺動挿入される側の端面に当接するストッパー部(2b)と、該摺動挿入部(2a)と反対の端部に穿設された穴に対応した位置に貫通したガイド穴を有し該摺動挿入部(2a)が該ガイド部材用案内部(1a)に摺動挿入された際に該ガイド部材保持具(1)の差込み部(1c)と反対側に位置するように突設されているスペーサー部(2ca)が設けられているドリルガイド部(2c)とをなし、該摺動挿入部(2a)が該ガイド部材用案内部(1a)に摺動挿入されて該ストッパー部(2b)が該ガイド部材保持具(1)の長手方向の端面に当接した際に該ガイド部材保持具(1)の係止部(1b)にばね作用で係止されるばね係止部(2d)が設けられているガイド部材(2)と、
