矩形の底板と、
該底板の左辺及び右辺並びに前辺及び後辺から延び、折り曲げて形成された左側板及び右側板並びに前側板及び後側板と、
これら側板の少なくとも1つから延び、折り曲げて形成され、前記底板及び側板により区画された収容部の上側開口を塞ぐように被せられる合せ部材と、
該合せ部材の辺から延出する舌片と、
前記底板の辺に沿って形成された、前記舌片が挿入された状態で係止される係止長孔とを備えたことを特徴とする送付用箱体。
