Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a connecting device with a stay used for connecting an engine to a vehicle body frame or for reinforcing a beam and a column.
However, when the stay is a plate-like member as described above, it is difficult to perform temporary assembly with respect to the angle member, so that the welding work is complicated. Such complications have a problem that productivity is deteriorated.
In addition, the connecting device having such a configuration requires welding of the entire mating surface after aligning the outer edge of the stay with the back surface of the connecting device body, so that the cost for the welding work is relatively high and the production cost is suppressed. It was an obstacle to doing.
On the other hand, with regard to cost reduction, a method of reducing the number of welds by intermittently performing welding at the mating surface of the stay and the angle member is conceivable, but in this method, the coupling strength between the angle member and the stay is reduced. Therefore, the stay may be separated from the angle member even with a relatively weak impact.
An object of the present invention is to provide a connecting tool with a stay that is excellent in productivity and low in cost.
In the connecting device with a stay according to the present invention, at least a first flat plate portion on which a first outer surface for fixing one of two portions is formed and a second outer surface for fixing the other portion are formed. A metal connector main body having a second flat plate portion connected to each other;
It becomes a metal member that reinforces the back side of the connector main body, and is joined to the back surface of the first flat plate portion to support the back surface, and the back surface of the second flat plate portion is supported to support the back surface. And a stay with a stay having a second outer edge,
The first outer edge of the stay includes a first protrusion protruding from the first outer edge,
The second outer edge of the stay is connected to the first flat plate portion of the connector main body while the first protrusion is penetrated so that the first outer edge of the stay is aligned with the back surface of the first flat plate portion of the connector main body. A slit hole that leads the stay to the back surface of the second flat plate portion of the connector main body so as to fit the back surface of the second flat plate portion,
The second outer edge of the stay has a second protrusion protruding from the second outer edge, and
The second flat plate portion of the connector main body is provided with a through hole through which the second protrusion penetrates so that the second outer edge of the stay fits the back surface of the two flat plate portion,
A welding portion for fixing the first protrusion and the slit hole is provided between the first protrusion and the slit hole.
As a metal which comprises a connector main body and a stay, iron, aluminum, or stainless steel is mentioned, for example. The welding according to the present invention includes fusion welding or brazing. Examples of fusion welding include laser welding, and examples of brazing include argon welding.
The connector main body has an L-shaped member formed by connecting the outer edge of the first flat plate portion and the outer edge of the second flat plate portion, one outer edge of the first flat plate portion or the second flat plate portion and the first flat plate portion or the first flat plate portion. Examples include a T-shaped member formed by connecting the other back surface of the two flat plate portions, or a groove-shaped member or an I-shaped member formed by using the two first flat plate portions.
Moreover, it does not ask | require whether a connector main body is a thing which connected the 1st flat plate part and the 2nd flat plate part separately independently. That is, the connector main body according to the present invention may be formed by welding an integrally formed product by casting or the like, and separate independent first plate portion and second plate portion. Furthermore, when the connector main body is an L-shaped or groove-shaped member, the connector main body can be formed by bending a metal flat plate. In the case of a product obtained by bending a flat plate, the thickness of the flat plate is preferably 3.0 mm or more and 19 mm or less.
In addition, the first protrusion and the slit hole may adopt various shapes as the shape of the first protrusion and the slit hole as long as the first protrusion penetrating the slit hole can move along the slit hole. it can. For example, if the tip end portion of the first protrusion is folded back, when the second outer edge of the stay is brought into contact with the back surface of the second flat plate portion of the connector body, the stay is removed by being caught by the lower end edge of the slit hole. Can be firmly fixed temporarily.
Further, the second protrusion and the through hole thereof may be various as the second protrusion and the through hole as long as the second outer edge of the stay is configured to fit the back surface of the second flat plate portion of the connector main body. A fitting hole for fixing the second protrusion to the through hole can be adopted by adopting a fit structure such as an interference fit or an interference fit between the second protrusion and the through hole. It is preferable to function as.
In addition, as a method of forming the slit hole or the through hole in the connector main body, punching, cutting, laser processing, or the like by a press can be cited. As the laser processing, for example, a CO 2 laser device is used. Things.
In addition, examples of the stay include a stamping process using a flat plate, a cutting process, or a laser process using a flat plate. However, according to this invention, the outer edge of a stay should just support the back surface of a connector main body. For this reason, as a stay, you may use the thing of the block shape which the outer edge comprises a big surface like a prism other than a flat plate, for example. Furthermore, the side shape of the stay is not limited to a triangular shape as long as the back side of the connector main body can be reinforced.
In the present invention, when the stay is temporarily assembled on the back side of the connector main body, first, the first protrusion of the stay is inserted into the slit hole of the connector main body, and the first outer edge of the stay is the first flat plate of the connector main body. Fit the back of the part.
Next, when the stay is moved along the slit hole to the back surface of the second flat plate portion of the connector main body while the first protrusion is penetrated, the second outer edge of the stay is placed on the back surface of the second flat plate portion of the connector main body. At the same time, the second protrusion of the stay penetrates the through hole of the connector main body.
Thereby, a connector main body and a stay can be temporarily assembled, without using means, such as an adhesive agent.
After the temporary assembly, the gap between the slit hole and the first protrusion is fixed by welding. In some cases, the gap between the second protrusion and the through hole is also fixed by welding.
Thereby, a connection tool with a stay can be manufactured, without welding the whole outer edge of a stay.
Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a connecting device with a stay that is excellent in productivity and low in cost.
Further, if the through hole of the connector main body is a fitting hole for fixing the second protrusion, welding of the second protrusion and the through hole can be omitted. However, according to the present invention, even when the through hole is a fitting hole, the second protrusion and the through hole can be welded. It does not deny welding.
Moreover, if the member formed by bending a metal flat plate is used as the connector main body, the productivity of the connector main body is improved and the manufacturing cost can be suppressed. For this reason, even if it sees as the whole connection tool with a stay, the further improvement of productivity and cost reduction will be achieved.
Hereinafter, with reference to drawings, the connecting tool with a stay which is the present invention is explained in detail.

As shown in FIG. 1, a flat first

As shown in FIG. 7, the
On the other hand, the connector
Thus, when the
Similarly, as shown in FIG. 7, the second
On the other hand, the connecting portion
Accordingly, when the
In this embodiment, the space between the
Next, a method for manufacturing the stay bracket 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9 are cross-sectional views showing a first step and a second step for temporarily assembling the
As described above, the stay bracket 1 includes the connector
When the
Next, when the
Thereby, as shown in FIG. 9, the connector
After the temporary assembly, as shown in FIG. 10, the gap C between the
Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a connecting device with a stay that is excellent in productivity and low in cost.
In this embodiment, the
Further, in this embodiment, since the
However, according to the present invention, even when the through
In this embodiment, a member obtained by bending a metal flat plate is used as the connector
In this embodiment, when the
That is, the
In the present embodiment, the
Further, the width T 8 widthwise (lateral) direction of the
FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view showing the
According to the present invention, the
That is, the present invention can be applied to the connector
The above description shows only one embodiment of the present invention, and various modifications can be made according to the claims. For example, the
If this invention is employ | adopted when connecting two site | parts integrally, it does not ask | require whether the said site | part exists on the same symmetrical object, or a different target object.
