The conventional tape measure described above will be described as follows along the above-mentioned literature.

In Patent Document 1, a caliper-like jig is mounted on the upper surface of the tape measure tape 1 and a length meter dedicated to the outer dimensions is measured with the metallization 4 and metallage 5 protruding at both ends. When a long object was sandwiched between the paddle 5 and the tape measure, the tape measure was slack and could not be measured accurately with the vernier scale.
In addition, the caliper jigs were disjointed, hindering storage and storage, and inconvenient to carry.

In Patent Document 2, measurement is performed by projecting upright plates 5 and 51 for making the vernier 3 slidable on the upper surface of the tape of the tape measure 2 so as to come into contact with a measurement object. When the measurement object is sandwiched between the two, the tape measure is slack and cannot be measured accurately with the vernier scale.
In addition, the specification only states that the vernier 3 can be delivered into the case 1 and does not understand the explanation, and the explanation is unclear. Even in these cases, there are problems in storage, storage, and carrying.

Patent document 3 is a vernier scale that does not require a vernier scale, and these vernier scales are vernier scales having a scale that is reduced to half the scale of the main scale. Therefore, even if these vernier scales are provided with vernier scales, there is a difference in purpose and application.

Patent Document 4 is capable of measuring a length meter using a vernier, but when used in measuring internal dimensions with a vernier tape with these configurations, when the object to be measured is at a right angle, the steel tape measure tape is Since it cannot be bent at an acute angle, there is a problem that a reading error occurs. In such a state, the vernier cannot be used.

In Patent Document 5, as a purpose of use, when measuring the inner dimension of a joinery or the like by providing the vernier plate 1 and the vernier plate 2 at both ends of the tape measure body 4, the position of the vernier plate 1 is inserted into the joinery groove and read. Therefore, the vernier scales are not required for the sub-scale plates 1 and 2, and there are differences in the purpose of use and application from the present invention.
Moreover, in said patent documents 1-4, it uses mainly for an external dimension measurement, and is unsuitable for an internal dimension measurement.

In Patent Document 6, these tape measures do not have a sub measure, and when measuring the internal dimensions, the overall L dimension of the tape measure case 2 is formed to 100 mm, and the drawing length of the tape 1 and the L dimension of 100 mm are added. It is a method of measuring.
Since these tape measures do not have a vernier scale, there is a problem that numerical values of 1 mm or less cannot be read frequently.

Patent Document 7 is used as an inner diameter measuring jig for measuring inner diameter dimensions of a large-diameter pipe, a tank, and the like. Moreover, although patent document 8 is utilized as a tape measure with a jig for measuring internal dimensions, there is a problem because they do not have a vernier scale with a vernier scale.

The present invention is intended to solve the problems of such a conventional configuration, and a vernier scale vernier scale is attached to a tape measure tape to measure the outer dimension of the outer glue and the inner dimension of the inner glue. At the time, accurate dimension measurement of less than 1 mm is easily performed, and the purpose of the vernier is to eliminate troubles in storing, storing and carrying.

The present invention is to perform an accurate dimensional measurement of less than 1 mm by applying a vernier scale vernier used in a caliper of a measuring instrument in order to achieve the above object.
As a means, a sub-scale body with a vernier scale is attached to a main scale tape with a main scale drawn out from the tape measure case body, and the upper surface of the tape is slidably moved in position.
Then, the sub-scale body is connected and locked to the entrance / exit portion of the main-scale tape of the tape measure case body, and the combined sub-scale body is connected to the tape measure case body as a united structure means. To do.

Further, a projecting member that comes into contact with one of the sub-scale bodies is attached to form an integrated inner dimension measuring jig, and these inner dimension measuring jigs are stored in a storage section provided in the measuring tape case body. At the same time, an internal dimension measuring jig integrated with the sub-scale body is taken in and out of the storage portion of the tape measure case body to be an attaching / detaching means.

The protruding member of the inner dimension measuring jig is for performing measurement by applying the contact end surface of the end portion, which is the tip of the protruding member, to the measurement object.

(図面第6図参照)  As a method for measuring these internal dimensions, the total length l of the integrated internal dimension measuring jig is standardized to a value that can be easily added to 100 mm, and the total length of the main scale tape that is pulled out when measuring the internal dimensions. Means by which the total length meter can be measured with the vernier body by reading the numerical value of the length L ′ with a vernier scale with a vernier scale and adding 100 mm of the total length l of the inner dimension measuring jig to the numerical value. And (Refer to FIG. 6)

Furthermore, as another internal dimension measuring method, it is a method of measuring in a state where the internal dimension measuring jig is housed in the tape measure case body, but these are incorporated with the total length L dimension of the tape measure case body as 100 mm, and these states The total length L 'of the main scale tape drawn out by the above is read with a sub-scale body with a vernier scale, and the total length L is measured by adding the total length L dimension 100 mm of the tape measure case body to the numerical value. Is the method. (Refer to Fig. 4)
What is necessary is just to select a use by the measuring object for the internal dimension measuring method of the tape measure with the jig | tool for internal dimension measurement by said two types.

As described above, the tape measure with a vernier scale with the vernier scale of the present invention can be accurately and accurately read by the length gauge for measuring the outer dimension and the inner dimension.
In addition, it is very convenient because it is integrated with the tape measure case body in storage, storage and carrying.
And since the vernier body including the inner dimension measuring jig from the tape measure case body is an attaching / detaching means, it can be freely selected and used depending on the measuring application.
In addition, the total length L dimension of the tape measure case body and the total length l dimension of the inner dimension measuring jig are each set to a standard value that can be easily added to 100 mm, and is manufactured and incorporated, and the value of 100 mm is displayed on the tape measure case body, etc. However, it is convenient because it can be easily measured by clarifying the state of use.

When measuring the inner dimension of the inner glue with these structures, the contact end portion 7 and the projecting member contact end portion 17 located on the same surface of the rear surface of the tape measure case body 1 are brought into contact with the measuring object 8, and one main tape 2 Is pulled out to the measurement object 8 on the right side, the nail 9 is brought into contact, the L ′ dimension of the drawn main scale tape 2 is read by the reading end portion 10 and the vernier-scale vernier scale 5, and a numerical value is obtained. The total length L dimension of 100 mm is added to the case body 1 to measure the total length meter.
In addition, when the measurement state by FIG. 4 is shown from a plane, it becomes a top view similar to FIG.
There is another measuring method in addition to the above inner dimension measuring method, which will be described with reference to FIG.

FIG. 5 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 4, and the sub-scale body 5 is inserted and mounted in the mounting port 4 provided in the tape entrance / exit portion 3 of the tape measure case body 1.
A protrusion member 14 constituting an inner dimension measuring jig is attached and fixed to the sub-scale body 5, and the main tape 2 is placed on the upper surface of the protrusion member 14 and inserted along the slide groove 20. When the 2 or vernier body 5 is taken out, the position can be slidably moved.

The rotation lock 6 is attached to the bottom surface of the vernier body 5 and rotated to pass through the hole 19 provided in the protruding member 14 with the screw-in shaft 13, and fixed to the bottom surface of the main tape 2.
If the shape of the protruding member 14 is formed in a half-moon shape like the main scale tape 2, it easily matches. As in the first embodiment, the portion where the vernier scale 12 is inserted is inclined at both ends so that it can easily match the scale of the main tape 2.

FIG. 6 shows an inner dimension measuring method using the inner dimension measuring jig 15 according to the third embodiment. The explanation will be made based on these methods. When the main tape 2 is stretched, the nail 9 is brought into contact with the measurement object 8 on the right side. Then, the inner dimension measuring jig 15 is taken out from the storage portion 16 and the mounting opening 4 of the tape measure case body 1, and the protruding member contact end portion 17 is brought into contact with the surface of the inclined object 18 of the measuring object 8.

After contacting each of the left and right measuring objects 8, 8, the L 'dimension value is read by the vernier body 5 with the vernier scale 12, and the l dimension of the inner dimension measuring jig 15 is added to the l dimension 100mm to give the total length. Measure the gauge.

The inner dimension measuring method by this method is convenient because the measuring power is exerted when the measuring object 8 is used for the sloped object 18 having an uneven shape or a slope, etc., and the measuring power is exerted and the measurement can be performed accurately.

As shown in FIG. 4, measurement is possible even when the inner dimension measuring jig 15 is housed in the tape measure case body 1. Further, from the tape measure case body 1 as shown in FIG. The jig 15 can be taken out and measured, and one of these two methods may be selected depending on the application.

Although the vernier body 5 is connected to the mounting opening 4 of the tape measure case body 1 shown in FIG. 1 and the vernier body 5 is used as an attaching / detaching means, it is not always necessary to use the attaching / detaching means. It may be used as a fixing means with an integrated structure at the tape entrance / exit portion of the tape measure case body 1 and can measure the outer dimension and the inner dimension.
Then, the main tape 2 and the sub-scale body 5 are pulled out of the tape measure case body 1 depending on the application and are slid to be used.

In addition, the actual use of the measurement can be understood by clearly indicating the product with the total length L dimension 100 mm of the tape measure case body 1 and the total length l dimension 100 mm of the inner dimension measuring jig 15.

In addition, the numerical value of the vernier scale of the sub-scale 5 is specified as 0 to 10 when the accuracy is 1/20 mm (0,05 mm), but the reading end portion 10 shown in the drawing is indicated by the vernier scale. It is a numerical line of zero.
