Description

The present invention relates to a suction tool for a vacuum cleaner used for cleaning a screen door.

。   Conventionally, as a screen door cleaning tool used by connecting to a vacuum cleaner, the surface of the cleaning work unit facing the screen door is washed with felt that is replenished with a cleaning liquid from a tank in the cleaning work unit, and the screen door is cleaned with the cleaning liquid. The suction port of the sewage passage is disposed between the brush and the gas-liquid separation unit that separates the sewage supplied from the sewage passage into a liquid and the other, and is connected to the cleaning work unit. A screen door cleaning tool is known in which the separated liquid is sucked into a vacuum cleaner connected to a gas-liquid separator (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

In addition to this, as a screen door cleaning tool used by connecting to a vacuum cleaner, a shaft rotated by an airflow passing through the main body in a round brush main body in which the main body side bristle brush is planted on the edge of the suction opening The fan side bristle brush is planted at the tip of a plurality of blades of the fan, and the fan side brush bristles rotated around an axis extending in a direction perpendicular to the screen door. 2. Description of the Related Art A screen door cleaning tool that scrapes off adhering dust is known (see, for example, Patent Documents 2 and 3).
JP 2002-172074 A JP 2002-85300 A Japanese Patent No. 3784264

The technique of Patent Document 1 requires many parts because of the use of the cleaning liquid, so that the configuration is not only complicated and expensive, but also large and heavy, which is inconvenient in handling and storing. is there.

Such a problem can be solved by the techniques of References 2 and 3 in which the fan-side brush bristles in the round brush body are rotated in parallel with the screen door and the dust adhering to the screen door is scraped off without using the cleaning liquid.

However, in the techniques of the cited documents 2 and 3, the fan-side brush hair tends to be deformed and rotated so as to fall down along the contact surface of the screen door as it rotates, although it depends on the pressure applied to the screen door. . For this reason, it is difficult to sufficiently exhibit the performance of scraping the screen door dust with the fan-side brush hair. In particular, it is difficult to remove dust on the surface of the screen door on the side opposite to the side on which the fan-side brush hair contacts. There is a need for further improvements in this regard.

Based on these circumstances, the present inventor has arranged a raised cloth frequently used in an etiquette brush (trade name) in a flat state in the middle in the front-rear direction of the suction opening of the suction tool body. A suction tool that removes dust adhering to the screen door has been prototyped. Here, the raised cloth is in a state where the bristles it has fallen when the raised cloth is moved in one direction along the screen door, and conversely the raised cloth along the screen door in the opposite direction to the one direction. Refers to what happens when the is moved.

According to this prototype, it is recognized that the dust adhered to the front and back of the screen door can be effectively removed with a raised cloth, although the clear reason is unknown, and the raised cloth removes the dust removed from the screen door between the hairs. It was also recognized that the performance of maintaining the However, even though the raised cloth is flat, it is difficult to move the suction tool main body in parallel with the screen door, and a specific part of the raised cloth often continues to be rubbed against the screen door.

For this reason, it has been found that the performance of removing dust adhering to the screen door deteriorates relatively early because dust that has entered and held between the bristles of the raised cloth is excessively accumulated.

An object of the present invention is to provide a vacuum cleaner suction tool that is easy to remove dust adhering to both surfaces of a screen door and has high removal performance.

The present invention relates to a suction tool used for cleaning a screen door, and includes a suction tool body, a rotating brush, and a rotation load means. The rotating brush is provided to be rotatable around an axis extending in the same direction as the suction opening of the suction tool body, and includes a brush body exposed to the suction opening, and a cleaning member attached to the outer periphery of the brush body. The member has a hair that falls when the suction tool main body is moved in one direction along the screen door, and occurs when the suction tool main body is moved in the opposite direction to the one direction along the screen door. Yes. The rotational load means allows rotation of the rotating brush when the suction tool main body is moved in the one direction and applies a load to the rotation of the rotary brush when the suction tool main body is moved in the opposite direction. It is characterized by.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, while being easy to remove the dust adhering to both surfaces of a screen door, the suction tool of the vacuum cleaner with the high sustainability of this removal performance can be provided.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

Reference numeral 1 in FIG. 1 indicates a canister-type vacuum cleaner, for example. The electric vacuum cleaner 1 includes a flexible dust suction hose 3 connected to the vacuum cleaner body 2. The vacuum cleaner main body 2 includes an electric blower (not shown), a dust separation unit that separates the dust-containing airflow sucked by the electric blower into air and dust, a dust collection unit that collects dust separated by the separation unit, and the like. A configuration required for cleaning is provided. An extension pipe (not shown) is detachably connected to the hard tip 3 a of the dust suction hose 3, and a suction port (not shown) normally used for floor cleaning is detachably connected to the tip of the extension pipe.

1-3, the code | symbol 11 has shown the suction tool for the screen door cleaning which concerns on one Embodiment. The suction tool 11 is an accessory of the electric vacuum cleaner 1, and when cleaning the screen door 5, the suction tool 11 is replaced with the floor cleaning suction port (not shown) or the tip 3 a of the dust suction hose 3 or the extension (not shown). Used in a fitted state at the tip of the tube.

The suction tool 11 includes a suction tool body 12, a rotating brush 21, a rotation load means such as a one-way clutch 31, a first brush cleaning member 36, and a second brush cleaning member 38.

The suction tool main body 12 is formed by, for example, integrally providing a connecting pipe portion 14 on a horizontally long main body portion 13. The main body 13 is hollow, and its lower surface is opened to form a suction opening 13a. The suction opening 13a extends in the left-right direction perpendicular to the direction in which the suction tool 11 is pushed and pulled. The connecting pipe portion 14 is a central portion in the longitudinal direction of the main body portion 13 and protrudes obliquely upward from the rear portion, and communicates with the suction opening 13a. This connection pipe part 14 is connected to the tip part 3a of the dust suction hose 3 or the tip part of the extension pipe (not shown).

Reference numeral 15 denotes an edge cover provided so as to surround the suction opening 13a. The edge cover 15 is formed to be rounded so that the synthetic resin material forming the main body portion 13 is not caught by the screen door 5 and is damaged, and more than the synthetic resin material forming the main body portion 13. Made of a material with good sliding properties with the screen door 5.

The rotating brush 21 includes a brush body 22 and a cleaning member 25 as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4.

As shown in FIG. 4, the brush body 22 has a columnar shape and has a rotating shaft 22 a penetrating through the center thereof. By supporting both ends of the rotating shaft 22a on bearings (not shown) provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the main body 13, the rotating brush 21 extends in the same direction as the suction opening 13a. The suction tool main body 12 is mounted so as to be rotatable around a straight line connecting the non-supporting bearings. In this attached state, the lower end portion of the rotating brush 21 is provided so as to be exposed to the suction opening 13a as shown in FIG. 3, so that the suction is performed by the rotating brush 21 as shown in FIGS. The opening 13a is divided into front and rear.

The cleaning member 25 is attached to the entire outer periphery of the brush body 22. As the cleaning member 25, a so-called raised cloth having bristles 25 a (see FIGS. 3 and 6) that are raised and lowered depending on the moving direction of the suction tool 11 with respect to the screen door 5 is used. That is, the hair 25a of the cleaning member 25 falls when the suction tool main body 12 is moved in one direction, for example, upward along the screen door 5, and conversely, the suction tool main body 12 moves along the screen door 5 in the one direction. Occurs when it is moved downward, which is the opposite direction.

As shown in FIG. 2, a one-way clutch 31 is built in one end of the suction tool main body 12 in the longitudinal direction. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the one-way clutch 31 includes a claw wheel 32 and a claw 33 that is engaged with and disengaged from a claw portion of the claw wheel 32. The claw wheel 32 is fixed to one end of the rotating shaft 22a. The claw 33 is rotatably supported by a support shaft 34 attached to the suction tool main body 12. The one-way clutch 31 is rotated in a direction in which engagement with the claw portion of the claw wheel 32 is released when the suction tool main body 12 is moved in the one direction (upward direction) to rotate the claw wheel 32 and the rotating brush. 21 is allowed to rotate, and when the suction tool main body 12 is moved in the opposite direction (downward), the engagement with the claw portion of the claw wheel 32 is maintained and the claw wheel 32 and the rotating brush 21 are reversed. Stop. Therefore, in the latter case, it is the same as the one-way clutch 31 applying a load to the rotating brush 21 so as to prevent the rotating brush 21 from reversing.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a first brush cleaning member 36 and a second brush cleaning member 38, for example, each having a plate shape, are formed in the suction tool main body 12 from the front end opening 14 a of the connection pipe portion 14. It is located on the front side and protrudes integrally from the inner surface of the suction tool body 12 toward the rotating brush 21. These tips are in slight contact with the bristles 25a of the rotating brush 21.

In order to enable dust suction from the front side of the rotating brush 21, the first brush cleaning member 36 and the second brush cleaning member 38 are displaced in the front-rear direction of the suction tool body 12 and the longitudinal direction of the rotating brush 21. Arranged. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, a single first brush cleaning member 36 is disposed at the center in the longitudinal direction of the rotating brush 21, and a pair of second brush cleaning members 38 are disposed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the rotating brush 21. And disposed on the front side of the first brush cleaning member 36.

In order to clean the screen door 5 from the indoor side by connecting the suction tool 11 having the above configuration to the tip 3a of the dust suction hose 3 of the vacuum cleaner 1, the suction opening of the suction tool 11 is operated under the operation of the vacuum cleaner 1. What is necessary is just to repeat pulling down this suction tool 11 along the screen door 5 after making 13a oppose the screen door 5 and pushing up the suction tool 11 along this screen door 5.

When the suction tool 11 is pushed up, the rotating brush 21 in contact with the screen door 5 is rotated clockwise in FIG. At this time, the claw wheel 32 of the one-way clutch 31 is rotated in the same direction as the rotation direction of the rotary brush 21 (clockwise in FIG. 5), so that the claw 33 does not prevent this rotation.

In such rotation of the rotary brush 21, the hair 25 a of the cleaning member 25 is inserted into the screen door 5, but the brush body 22 is moved by the screen door 5 as the rotary brush 21 is moved upward while being a rotor. Therefore, the hair 25a is not caught by the screen door 5. On the other hand, the bristles 25a that have reached the first brush cleaning member 36 and the second brush cleaning member 38 with the rotation of the rotating brush 21 are raised upside down (in FIG. 6A, it is easy to understand). The bristles raised to make the hairs are indicated by reference numeral 25b and distinguished from the other hairs 25a.) The hair passes through the first brush cleaning member 36 and the second brush cleaning member 38. Although there is resistance due to the first brush cleaning member 36 and the second brush cleaning member 38, since the resistance with the screen door 5 is small, the rotary brush 21 rotates relatively smoothly, and thus the suction tool 11. Can be pushed up smoothly.

Next, when the suction tool 11 is pulled down, the rotating brush 21 in contact with the screen door 5 tends to rotate counterclockwise in FIG. However, at this time, since the claw 33 bites into the claw portion of the claw wheel 32 that tries to rotate together with the rotating brush 21, the one-way clutch 31 reverses the rotating brush 21, that is, the suction tool 11 is pushed up. The reverse rotation with respect to the rotation of the rotating brush 21 is stopped.

Since the suction tool 11 is pulled down along the screen door 5 in a state where the rotation of the rotating brush 21 is stopped in this way, the hair 25a of the cleaning member 25 that is in contact with the screen door 5 as shown in FIG. Stands up and pierces the screen door 5. In FIG. 6B, for easy understanding, the hair raised to stand upside down is indicated by reference numeral 25c and distinguished from the other hair 25a.

The suction tool 11 is pulled down along the screen door 5 in this state. Thereby, the screen door 5 is caught by the upside-down hairs 25c and rubbed, so that dust adhering to the front and back surfaces of the screen door 5 can be easily lifted. Such lifted dust is held upside down between the adjacent hairs 25b. At the same time, dust scattered around the rotating brush 21 from the mesh 5 is sucked into the suction opening 13a together with the outside air sucked through the screen door 5 from the outdoors toward the suction opening 13a of the suction tool 11.

Therefore, the dust adhered to the front and back of the screen door 5 can be effectively removed by the cleaning member 25 of the rotary brush 21 and the screen door 5 can be cleaned.

In such cleaning, the dust removed from the screen door 5 is held between the hairs 25a of the cleaning member 25 as described above, but this dust can be removed by raising the suction tool 11 along the screen door 5 again. . That is, when the suction tool 11 is pushed up, the first brush cleaning member 36 and the second brush cleaning member 38 cause the hair 25b to pass therethrough as described above. The dust held between the hairs adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction of the brush 21 is in a state where it is easily detached from the hairs. And since the front opening part of the rotation brush 21 of the suction opening 13a and the connection pipe part 14 are connected through the front side and upper side of the rotation brush 21 in FIG. As a result, the dust around the upside-down hair 25b is carried away.

Since the dust adhering to the rotating brush 21 can be removed by the operation of pushing up the suction tool 11 along the screen door 5 as described above, it is easy without the need to clean the rotating brush 21 after cleaning the screen door 5. The rotary brush 21 can be cleaned.

In the above cleaning, since the amount of rotation of the rotary brush 21 varies with the above-described push-up and pull-down operations being not constant, the rotary brush formed by mounting the cleaning member 25 on the outer periphery of the cylindrical brush body 22. Each time 21 is pulled down along the screen door 5, the portion where the rotary brush 21 is caught by the screen door 5 is not constant, and the screen door 5 can be cleaned by the above-described pulling operation using various portions. Therefore, the screen door 5 is not cleaned by repeatedly touching the screen door 5 where the dust that has entered and held between the adjacent hairs 25a of the cleaning member 25 is excessively accumulated. Sustainability of removing dust is high.

In addition, the screen door 5 associated with the above-described pulling-down operation is cleaned using the rotating brush 21 in which the cleaning member 25 is cleaned by the first brush cleaning member 36 and the second brush cleaning member 38 as described above. Therefore, the durability of the performance of removing dust adhering to both surfaces of the screen door 5 is also high in this respect.

The present invention is not limited to the one embodiment. For example, in one embodiment, since the one-way clutch 31 is used as the rotational load means, the load on the rotation of the rotary brush 21 is 100%, the reverse rotation of the rotary brush 21 can be prevented, and the dust adhering to the screen door 5 Is preferable in that it is easy to lift up. However, as the rotational load means, the load with respect to the rotation of the rotary brush 21 may be less than 100%. That is, when the suction tool 11 is moved in one direction along the screen door 5, the suction tool 11 is moved in the direction opposite to the one direction along the screen door 5 compared to the resistance applied to the rotating brush 21. It is also possible to employ a rotational load means configured such that the resistance applied to the rotary brush 21 is larger and thereby the rotation of the rotary brush 21 becomes heavier.

Furthermore, rotational load means such as a one-way clutch can be provided at least at both ends of the rotating brush.

In the present invention, the movement in one direction along the screen door may be a case where the suction tool is pulled down contrary to the one embodiment, and therefore the movement in the direction opposite to the one direction along the screen door. May be a case where the suction tool is pushed up contrary to the one embodiment. Similarly, in the present invention, the movement in one direction along the screen door and the movement in the direction opposite to the one direction may be reciprocation in the lateral direction (left-right direction) instead of the vertical direction with respect to the screen door. Good.
