Description

The present invention relates to a knitted fabric for a hook-and-loop fastener used on the female member side of a hook-and-loop fastener such as a paper diaper.

In recent years, paper diapers have been frequently used as diapers, and adhesive tape was originally used as a waist fixing tool. However, the adhesive tape has a low fixing strength and has a problem that it is difficult to use by sticking it to other parts due to its adhesiveness. Recently, surface fasteners have been used frequently.

As the surface fastener used for the disposable diapers, it is sufficient that it can withstand several engagement / disengagement operations at most, and there is a demand for an inexpensive disposable product, which is disclosed in Patent Document 1. JP 2005-118360 A JP 2005-253649 A

In the case of the surface fastener knitted fabric disclosed in Patent Document 1 of the above-described conventional technology, the knitted structure is relatively dense and costs high. Moreover, the pile to be formed is inclined to the same side with respect to the direction of the wale, and the directivity is exerted on the engaging force with the male member of the hook-and-loop fastener.

Further, in the case of the surface fastener knitted fabric disclosed in Patent Document 2 of the above prior art, the weight per unit area is relatively light, the pile is relatively large, and the direction of engagement with the male member is not large. Smaller but lighter and less expensive were sought. However, the weight reduction and the engagement force are in a contradictory relationship, and with the structure disclosed in Patent Document 2, when attempting to reduce the weight, the density of the pile decreases and the engagement force decreases.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described background art. A knitted fabric for a surface fastener on a female member side that is thin and extremely lightweight, has a high engagement force with a male member side of a surface fastener, and is inexpensive. The purpose is to provide.

The present invention forms a warp knitted fabric using a knitting yarn made of polyester fibers, and the pattern of the warp knitted fabric includes a pattern constituting a surface portion pile, a pattern constituting an intermediate portion, and a pattern constituting a back portion. Each of which is repeatedly knitted in a predetermined shape by the knitting yarns that are passed through every plurality of knitting needles, and a loop of a female member of the hook-and-loop fastener is formed by the pile of the knitting yarn of the surface portion. In the surface fastener knitted fabric, the intermediate portion is constituted by a chain knitting yarn that alternately repeats the opening and closing of the warp knitting, and the back portion is engaged with the chain knitting yarn on the back side of the intermediate portion. Consists of weft insertion yarns that reciprocate with a plurality of knitting needles on both sides in the knitting ground direction around the chain knitting yarn, and the surface portion engages with the chain knitting yarn and the chain knitting yarn as a center. On both sides of the knitted ground The front knitting yarn is formed by a front knitting yarn that is knitted by skipping a number of knitting needles, and the front knitting yarn is formed by opening the plurality of knitting needles in the same manner as the back surface portion from the open stitch engaged with the closing stitch of the chain stitch yarn of the intermediate portion. Skipping and knitting, forming a free loop and knitting in the same direction in the opposite direction, the opening is engaged with the closing of the chain stitch yarn of the intermediate portion, and from the opening further the same as the back side This is a knitted fabric for hook-and-loop fasteners in which a plurality of knitting needles are skipped and knitted, and a free loop is formed and knitted in the reverse direction in the same manner and repeated. Thus, in the knitted state, the knitting yarns of the respective free loops are formed on both sides of the opening of the front knitting yarn engaged with the closing knitting yarn of the intermediate knitting yarn of the wale in which the front knitting yarn reciprocated. It is a knitted fabric for hook-and-loop fasteners that rises up to form the pile and that the pile swings from side to side along the wale centering on the chain stitch yarn at the intermediate portion.

The front knitting yarn pattern is formed by repeating 3-5 knitting needles on both sides of the open stitch as the center to form a free loop at the closed stitch.

Further, the pattern of the front knitting yarn advances while knitting while the position number of each heel is between 0 and 9, and the position number of each heel of the knitting yarn is 1-0 / 4-5 / 8-9 / 5-4, and the pattern of the chain knit yarn in the middle part is represented by the repetition of the position number of each heel 1-0 / 0-1 / 0-1 / 1-0, and the back surface part The weft insertion yarn pattern is a knitted fabric for hook-and-loop fastener in which the position number of each heel is represented by repetition of 0-0 / 4-4.

Further, the thickness of the knitting yarn is such that the knitting yarn constituting the surface portion is a relatively thick yarn, the knitting yarn at the intermediate portion is a relatively thin yarn, and the knitting yarn at the back surface portion is medium. It is preferable that the thickness is about 10 mm.

The knitted fabric for hook-and-loop fasteners of the present invention uses inexpensive polyester fibers, and piles are alternately swung to form a knitted fabric for female members of hook-and-loop fasteners having uniform engagement force with male members and high engagement force. can do. In addition, less knitting yarn is used, and the cost can be kept extremely low.

Hereinafter, a surface fastener knitted fabric according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 to 3 show an embodiment of the present invention, and a surface fastener knitted fabric 10 of this embodiment is formed on a base tape 12 such as a synthetic resin film and the surface of the base tape 12. An adhesive layer 14 made of an adhesive is provided. A warp knitted fabric 16 made of polyester fibers is attached to the adhesive layer 14.

The knitted fabric 16 has a pile 20 of the surface fastener knitted fabric 10 on the surface portion F, and engages with a male member (not shown). The back surface portion B of the knitted fabric 16 is attached to the adhesive layer 14 of the base tape 12, and the knitting yarn of the front surface portion F and the knitting yarn of the back surface portion B are connected mainly by the knitting yarn of the intermediate portion M.

Next, the configuration of the knitted fabric 16 will be described. In the pattern diagram of FIG. 2, the position number of each ridge of the knitting yarn is set to 0 to 9, and the pattern of the knitted fabric 16 is represented by using the position number.

The back surface portion B is composed of weft insertion yarns 22 that reciprocate by skipping a plurality of knitting needles, for example, three on both sides of the intermediate portion M, and the pattern of the weft insertion yarn 22 has the position number of each heel as the intermediate portion M. It is expressed by repeating 0-0 / 4-4.

The intermediate portion M is composed of chain knitting yarns 24 in which warp knitting open stitches 24a and closing stitches 24b are alternately repeated. The pattern of the chain knitting yarn 24 has a position number of each ridge 1-0 / 0-1 / 0. It is represented by repetition of -1 / 1-0, and engages with a later-described opening 26a of the weft insertion yarn 22 on the back surface portion B and the front knitting yarn 26 on the front surface portion F.

The pattern of the surface portion F is constituted by a front knitting yarn 26 that engages with the chain knitting yarn 24 and advances a plurality of knitting needles, for example, three, on both sides of the chain knitting yarn 24. The front knitting yarn 26 includes an opening 26a engaged with a closing thread 24b of the chain knitting yarn 24 in the intermediate portion M, and a plurality of knitting needles, here three knitting needles, are skipped from the opening 26a to perform one-course knitting. It advances and goes in the reverse direction by the free loop 26b due to the closing stitch, and similarly advances one course, and the opening 26a engages with the closing stitch 24b of the chain knitting yarn 24 in the intermediate portion M. Further, a plurality of, for example, three knitting needles are skipped from the opening 26a, and one course is knitted, and one course is knitted in the reverse direction by the free loop 26b due to the closing stitch, and this is repeated.

The pattern of the front knitting yarn 26 is knitted as described above while the position number of each heel is reciprocating between 0 and 9, and the position number of each heel is 1-0 / 4-5 / 8-9 / It is expressed by repeating 5-4.

The thickness of the knitting yarn is appropriately set. However, for example, the front knitting yarn 26 constituting the surface portion F is a relatively thick yarn, and the chain knitting yarn 24 in the intermediate portion M is a relatively thin yarn. The weft insertion yarn 22 on the back surface B is preferably of a medium thickness.

The knitted fabric used in this embodiment uses a knitting machine. For example, the number of gauges is preferably 10 to 18 gauges. Further, although the number of knitting courses depends on the thickness of the yarn to be used, knitting at 20 to 35 courses / inch is preferable from the viewpoint of engagement with the engaging element of the male member of the hook-and-loop fastener. Further, the knitting may be performed under other conditions.

The female member pile 20 of this embodiment can be engaged with engaging elements of various male members, and can be appropriately selected from, for example, a saddle shape, an arrowhead shape, a ribbed edge shape, and the like. Further, the size of the engaging element is preferably about 1 to 3 mm in height, 0.7 to 2 mm in the maximum width of the buttocks and arrowheads, and about 40 to 300 elements / cm 2 in element density. When this knitted fabric is engaged with a male member having an engagement element, the engagement strength is extremely high. Is something that doesn't fall.

The use of the surface fastener knitted fabric 10 of this embodiment is preferably a disposable diaper for infants or adults, and is used for fixing a waist portion.

In the knitted fabric for surface fastener 10 of this embodiment, in the knitted state, free loops 26b due to the respective closed stitches at both ends where the front knitting yarn 26 reciprocates rises to form the pile 20, and the chain knitting yarn of the intermediate portion M The pile 20 swings to the left and right along the wale W centered at 24. Thereby, the engagement force is strong, the direction of the engagement force is not present, and the light surface fastener knitted fabric 10 is formed. Further, the surface fastener knitted fabric 10 is flexible, has a good wearing feeling, and is inexpensive.

The surface fastener knitted fabric of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and the number of knitting needles that the front knitting yarn 26 skips can be set as appropriate, and the weft insertion yarn 22 is the same. In addition, other modifications can be made as appropriate within the scope of the present invention.

The surface fastener knitted fabric of one embodiment of the present invention was compared with the surface fastener knitted fabric disclosed in Patent Document 2 by the applicant of the present application. The knitted fabric for use was 420 kg, whereas the knitted fabric for surface fastener disclosed in Patent Document 2 was 630 kg.

In addition, when the peeling force test was performed 90 times, the peeling strength (engagement force) between the surface fastener knitted fabric according to the embodiment of the present invention and the surface fastener knitted fabric disclosed in Patent Document 2 is In the average value, this example was 2.4 N / mm, and in the case of the structure of Patent Document 2, it was 2.5 N / mm, and the engagement force was almost equal. Further, both of the distributions of the engagement force are approximately 1.7 to 3.2 N / 25 mm, and an approximate value is obtained for both knitted fabrics for double-sided fasteners. The engagement force.

It is a schematic longitudinal cross-sectional view of the knitted fabric for surface fasteners of one Embodiment of this invention. It is a front view which shows the knitting pattern of the surface part of the knitted fabric for surface fasteners of this embodiment, an intermediate part, and a back surface part. It is a front view which shows the knitting pattern of the knitted fabric for surface fasteners of this embodiment.
