Description

この発明は三方活栓の制御部・ライン接続部への被投与者の故意ないし事故 による制御の変更を防ぐことに関する。
技術背景
投与装置による投与は流量を含めて制御されたものでなければ適正な治療行 為から逸脱し健康被害が発生する。
投与装置による投与を被投与者が医学的必要性の理解を欠くことから三方活 栓を故意に変更することから健康被害が発生する。
投与装置の運用の必要性から可動能力が付与されている、ゆえに制御する三 方活栓に意図しない外圧が加わる事故で健康被害が発生する。
開封制御については、いたずらに開錠をされることを恐れ、複雑なロック機 構を付けた場合、急な事故が発生した場合、健康被害が発生する。
三方活栓への故意ないし意図しない外圧が加わる事からチューブの脱落が発 生することで健康被害が発生する。
三方活栓本体が被投与者の身体により圧迫された状態で長時間おかれた場合 、健康被害が発生する。
厳密に制御された流量に対し被投与者の故意による制御の変更を防ぐことに より健康被害を防ぐ事を課題とする。
意図しない外的な圧力が加えられることから制御が変更されることによる健 康被害を防ぐ事を課題とする。
三方活栓の制御の変更ができにくくする機構を獲得する。
被投与者が制御の変更を故意に行った場合、その事実が容易に確認ができる 機能を獲得し、より注意が必要な被投与者であること認識を得る。
混合すべき種類が増加した場合でも個々にカバーを取り付けていては
機器全体に不要な負荷がかかる。
三方活栓への故意ないし意図しない外圧が加わる事からチューブの脱落を防 ぐ機構を獲得する。
被投与者の身体などが三方活栓部分に圧迫する状態で長時間おかれた場合の 健康被害が発生することを防ぐ素材および構造を獲得する。
課題を解決させる為の手段
本発明は三方活栓の制御部および接続部を外的な操作から防ぐカバー構造を 持つ形態とする。
本発明のカバー部は開封制御構造をもつ、開封制御構造は所謂、爪構造によ る開封制御、結束バンドなどを用いた開封制御などがあるが、本発明におい ては時々の技術革新、経済合理性、管理基準の移り変わりを想定し適正な開 封制御構造を持つものと規定する。
被投与者が本発明を開封した場合、その認識を得る開封制御機構を持たせる ことで健康被害を起こしやすい対象と認識できる。
本発明は、個々に接合可能なジョイント部を持つが、その接合方法は簡便を 旨とし、複雑にすることで結果健康被害の可能性が増加したり、ディスポー ザブルな利用が維持できればスクリューマウントなど接合手段は特に問わな い。
