Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an electrical junction box.
In recent years, the number of in-vehicle electrical components mounted on vehicles has increased due to demands for higher functionality for vehicles. This tends to limit the space for mounting the electrical junction box. For example, depending on the position where the electrical junction box is arranged, only a flat space may be secured in order to route the wire harness.
However, according to the prior art, as described above, the plurality of unit wire groups are collectively gathered, so that the cross-sectional shape of the wire harness becomes a substantially circular shape. If this wire harness is to be led out into a flat space, for example, it is conceivable to reduce the number of wire groups constituting the wire harness. However, since the number of electric wire groups needs to correspond to the number of on-vehicle electrical components, it is not realistic to reduce the number of electric wire groups.
It is also conceivable to derive from other positions. However, it is not realistic because the wiring length of the wire harness increases and causes an increase in weight. Thus, in the prior art, there is a problem that it is difficult to route the wire harness in a flat space.
This invention is completed based on the above situations, Comprising: It aims at providing the electrical junction box which can route a wire harness in a flat space.
The present invention is an electrical junction box, comprising a case and a plurality of connectors provided in the case, and a plurality of units connected to the plurality of connectors and routed inside the case A guide wall that includes an electric wire group, is led out from an opening provided in the case as a collective wire harness, and the guide wall extends in the lead-out direction of the wire harness from the opening provided in the case Is configured to house the unit wire group and extend along the lead-out direction of the wire harness and has a plurality of housing grooves arranged in a direction intersecting the lead-out direction of the wire harness. In the state accommodated in the accommodation groove, it is fixed to the guide wall by a fixing member.
According to the present invention, since each unit wire group is housed in the housing groove, even when the unit wire groups are gathered together by the fixing member, it is possible to suppress the unit wire groups from gathering together. As a result, the wire harness can have a flat shape along the guide wall. Thereby, a wire harness can be routed in a flat space.
As embodiments of the present invention, the following embodiments are preferable.
When a plurality of unit electric wire groups are grouped together by a fixing member such as a tape or a clip, there is a concern that the wiring route of the unit electric wire groups may be different for each electric junction box. Then, we are anxious about the length dimension from a connector to the fixed position of a unit electric wire group changing for every electrical junction box. If the length dimension of the wire group is simply shorter than the required length dimension, the wire harness cannot be routed. For this reason, the length dimension of a unit wire group needs to be set to the maximum length among the length dimensions to the fixed position of a unit wire group.
The above situation will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9, a plurality of
In FIG. 8, the
As described above, if the length dimension of all the
In view of the above points, the unit wire group may be accommodated in the predetermined accommodation groove. According to this configuration, the routing path from the connector to the receiving groove is determined as the routing path between the connector and the predetermined receiving groove. By determining the routing route, the length dimension of the unit wire group from the connection portion with the connector to the portion fixed to the guide wall is determined. As a result, since it is not necessary to set the length dimension of the unit wire group to the maximum length among the length dimensions from the connector to the fixing position of the unit wire group, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
Moreover, since it is determined in advance in which accommodation groove the unit wire group is accommodated, the working efficiency when the unit wire group is accommodated in the accommodation groove is improved.
The guide wall may be formed at a position above the opening in the case.
According to said structure, since a guide wall is located above an opening part, it can suppress that water permeates from an opening part.
The case may be provided with a support wall extending in a direction in which the wire harness is led out at a position below the opening.
According to said structure, a wire harness can be supported from the downward direction by a support wall.
A sheet that collectively surrounds the wire harness may be wound around the guide wall and the support wall.
According to said structure, a wire harness can be protected from the collision of a foreign material, etc. Moreover, the waterproofness of a wire harness can be improved.
A waterproof tape may be wound around the outside of the sheet.
According to said structure, the waterproofness of a wire harness can be improved.
According to the present invention, a wire harness can be routed in a flat space.

Then, an example of the assembly | attachment process of this embodiment is demonstrated. First, a plurality of

Subsequently, the

The
Then, the effect | action and effect of this embodiment are demonstrated. According to the present embodiment, the
Even when the
In view of the above points, in the present embodiment, the
Moreover, since it is determined in advance in which accommodation groove 26 the
Further, according to the present embodiment, the
Further, according to the present embodiment, the
In addition, according to the present embodiment, the
Further, according to the present embodiment, the
