Description

The present invention relates to a lighting fixture that saves energy by controlling lighting of a lighting lamp by sensor detection, and more particularly to a lighting fixture having a structure in which a sensor can be separated from and replaced with a lighting fixture.

A conventional lighting fixture with a sensor has a structure in which the sensor is built in the lighting fixture, and wasteful illumination power can be reduced by sensor control. As this sensor, for example, the lighting device is turned on when a person is detected and turned off when no person is detected, or the lighting device is adjusted when the surroundings become dark. There is a brightness sensor for performing control to increase the light rate and decrease the light control rate when the surroundings become bright. However, for example, when a part of the work space where a general lighting fixture without a sensor is installed is used as a passage by changing the layout, it is desired to turn on the lighting fixture only when a person passes by sensor control. In addition, it is necessary to replace a general lighting fixture already installed with a sensor-equipped lighting fixture together with the main body.

Therefore, there is known a lighting fixture that includes a functional plug having a sensor control function and the like, and an attachment portion through which the functional plug can be inserted and removed, and in which the functional plug can be replaced depending on the application (for example, see Patent Document 1). . With this lighting fixture, when it is desired to have the sensor control function in the lighting fixture by changing the layout as described above, it is only necessary to attach the sensor block having the sensor control function to the sensor mounting portion to the lighting fixture body. There is no need to replace it.

This type of lighting fixture is shown in FIGS. 12 (a) and 12 (b), and the configuration of the sensor block and sensor mounting portion of this lighting fixture is shown in FIGS. 13 (a), (b) and FIG. The luminaire 20 includes an illumination lamp 21, a sensor block 22 for controlling lighting, and a sensor attachment portion 24 for detachably attaching the sensor block 22 to the appliance housing 23. The sensor attachment portion 24 is a remote controller. A remote control communication unit 25 for receiving signals and a connector unit 26 for holding the sensor block 22 and supplying power are provided.

When sensor control is required, the sensor block 22 is attached to the sensor attachment portion 24 as shown in FIGS. 12 (a), 13 (a), and 13 (b). When sensor control is not necessary, the sensor block 22 is removed from the sensor mounting portion 24 as shown in FIGS. When the sensor block 22 is attached, if the remote control communication unit 25 is recessed from the surface of the sensor block 22, the side surface of the sensor block 22 becomes a wall and the detection area of the remote control signal is narrowed. Therefore, the remote control communication unit 25 is provided at the same height as the surface of the sensor block 22 so as not to be a shadow of the sensor block 22, and has a shape protruding from the surface of the sensor attachment unit 24. Therefore, the appearance of the lighting fixture 20 is greatly changed by the attachment / detachment of the sensor block 22, which is not preferable in terms of design.

In addition, as a sensing function for sensor control, there are mainly human detection and brightness measurement. Human detection devices include means for detecting movement of heat rays, means for detecting moving objects by reflection of ultrasonic waves, etc., and brightness measurement devices include means for measuring reflected light from the irradiated surface with a light receiving device. Is used. In any device, since a space depending on the optical design is required in consideration of the detection area, the sensor block 22 has a shape having a certain thickness. For this reason, it is difficult to reduce the change in the appearance of the instrument due to the attachment / detachment of the sensor.
JP 2002-110376 A

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problem, and is designed by reducing the change in the appearance of the lighting fixture between the state in which the sensor block is removed from the sensor attachment portion and the state in which the sensor block is attached to the sensor attachment portion. An object of the present invention is to provide a sensor detachable lighting apparatus that can improve the reliability and can ensure the reliability of remote control communication.

In order to achieve the above object, the invention of claim 1 includes an instrument housing, a remote control communication unit that receives a remote control signal transmitted from a remote control terminal, and a sensor block that is exposed from the instrument casing and is detachably attached. And a sensor attaching part provided with the connector housing for attaching the sensor block to the sensor housing, and the sensor block is not attached to the sensor attaching part. Then, the surface of the sensor mounting portion and the surface of the remote control communication portion are formed to be substantially flush with each other, and when the sensor block is attached to the sensor mounting portion, the sensor block is connected to the remote control communication. The remote control signal is transmitted to the sensor block that is attached to the surface of the remote control unit and that overlaps the surface of the remote control communication unit. In which conducting portions for are provided.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the lighting apparatus according to the first aspect, the conducting portion is formed of a light guide.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the lighting fixture according to the first aspect, the sensor block replaces the remote control communication unit and the conduction unit provided in the sensor mounting portion when the sensor block is mounted to the sensor mounting portion. A remote control communication unit for receiving a remote control signal is provided.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the remote control communication portion does not protrude from the surface of the sensor mounting portion, the change in the appearance of the luminaire accompanying the attachment / detachment of the sensor block is reduced, so that the design is improved, and the remote control signal Is transmitted to the remote control communication unit via the conduction unit, so the reliability of the remote control communication is improved.

According to the invention of claim 2, since the remote control signal is transmitted to the remote control communication unit via the light guide unit, the spread of the remote control signal is reduced, so that the reliability of the remote control communication is improved.

According to the invention of claim 3, since the remote control signal is received only by the remote control communication unit provided on the surface of the sensor block, the reliability of the remote control communication is improved.

(First embodiment)
A sensor detachable lighting device (hereinafter referred to as a lighting device) according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIGS. 1A and 1B show the appearance of the lighting fixture 1 of the present embodiment, and FIGS. 2 and 3 show the appearance of the sensor block 4 and the sensor mounting portion 5. The lighting fixture 1 includes a fixture housing 2 having an illumination lamp 2a, a remote control communication unit 3 that receives a remote control signal for changing the lighting state of the illumination lamp 2a, and a plug-in sensor for controlling lighting of the illumination lamp 2a. The sensor block 4 and the sensor mounting portion 5 that is a mounting base for the sensor block 4 to be detachably mounted. The remote control signal is infrared rays or radio waves, and is transmitted from a remote control terminal (not shown) operated by the user. The illumination lamp 2a is, for example, a fluorescent tube, an incandescent bulb, an LED, or the like.

The lighting fixture 1 controls lighting of the illumination lamp 2a based on a remote control signal received by the remote control communication unit 3 or a sensor signal from the sensor block 4, for example, on / off control, phase control, pulse width control, amplitude control, etc. A lighting control circuit 11 (FIG. 5 to be described later) is provided in the appliance housing 2.

The remote control communication unit 3 is provided on the sensor attachment unit 5 and is installed at the approximate center of the lighting fixture 1. Thereby, interference with the remote control signal transmitted to other lighting fixtures is prevented. Further, by installing the remote control communication unit 3 on the sensor mounting unit 5, the wiring connecting the remote control communication unit 3 or the sensor mounting unit 5 and the lighting control circuit 11 (FIG. 5) becomes complicated or increases in cost. In addition, there is no need to make many holes in the instrument housing 2, and the working efficiency is improved. Further, it is preferable in terms of design that the remote control communication unit 3 and the sensor mounting unit 5 are gathered in one place rather than being dispersed.

The sensor block 4 is attached to the sensor attachment portion 5 so as to cover the surface of the sensor attachment portion 5 and overlap the surface of the remote control communication portion 3. In addition, the sensor block 4 includes a conduction part 6 that overlaps the surface of the remote control communication part 3 when attached to the sensor attachment part 5. The conduction part 6 is formed of a cylindrical hole that penetrates the sensor block 4 vertically. The remote control signal is transmitted to the remote control communication unit 3 via the conduction unit 6.

The sensor block 4 includes a human detection unit 7 for detecting the presence of a human with a heat ray sensor and the like, and a brightness detection unit 8 for measuring the brightness using a photodiode that is an element that changes light into a current. And a connector part 9 for electrical interconnection with the sensor mounting part 5. The opening of the conduction unit 6, the human detection unit 7, and the brightness detection unit 8 are provided at the same height position on the surface of the sensor block 4.

The sensor attachment portion 5 includes a remote control communication portion 3 and a connector portion 10 for being electrically connected to the connector portion 9 of the sensor block 4 at the same height position on the surface of the sensor attachment portion 5. It is held in the housing 2. For this reason, the surface of the sensor mounting portion 5 and the surface of the remote control communication portion 3 are formed substantially flush with each other. In addition, the sensor block 4 and the sensor attachment portion 5 include a holding structure for holding the sensor block 4 attached to the sensor attachment portion 5. As the holding structure, for example, a structure in which members that are detachably engaged with each other are provided in the sensor block 4 and the sensor mounting portion 5, or a structure that includes a permanent magnet and an iron piece that are magnetically coupled to each other may be used. The connector portions 9 and 10 may also serve as a holding structure for holding the sensor block 4 on the sensor mounting portion 5.

The connector portions 9 and 10 are power terminals for supplying power from the instrument housing 2 to the sensor block 4 via the sensor mounting portion 5, and lighting control in the instrument housing 2 from the sensor block 4 via the sensor mounting portion 5. The circuit 11 (FIG. 5) has signal terminals for transmitting sensor signals. In a state where the sensor block 4 is attached to the sensor attachment portion 5, the connector portion 9 and the connector portion 10 are electrically connected. The power supply terminal of the connector part 10 is a charging part, and it is preferable that the connector part 10 is a female connector and the connector part 9 is a male connector so that the charging part does not protrude from the sensor mounting part 5.

FIG. 4 shows the side of the sensor block 4. When the thickness d of the sensor block 4 is relatively small, the remote control signal passes through the conduction unit 6 and is received by the remote control communication unit 3. When the thickness d of the sensor block 4 is large, the remote control signal is reflected and diffused while passing through the conduction unit 6 and received by the remote control communication unit 3.

FIG. 5 shows an electrical configuration of the luminaire 1. The fixture housing 2 includes a lighting control circuit 11, a lighting circuit 12 for supplying lighting power to the lighting lamp 2a according to a dimming signal output from the lighting control circuit 11, and serial communication with other lighting fixtures. And a communication unit 13 for interlocking. The communication unit 13 is, for example, a serial signal line, a wireless communication device, or the like, and transmits the dimming signal output from the lighting control circuit 11 to another lighting fixture.

The lighting control circuit 11 includes a first control unit 11a that determines the dimming rate of the illumination lamp 2a, a storage unit 11b that stores information necessary for dimming the illumination lamp 2a, and a brightness detection unit 8. And a light control signal output unit 11d for converting the light control rate into a light control signal and outputting the light control signal to the lighting circuit 12. The first control unit 11a determines the dimming rate based on the sensor signal transmitted from the sensor block 4 and preset conditions. The storage unit 11b stores information such as a brightness target value for performing control for constantly maintaining the brightness at a constant value, and a lighting holding time when a human feeling is detected. Further, by storing the addresses and group numbers of other lighting fixtures to be linked in the storage unit 11b, it is possible to control the lighting of a plurality of lighting fixtures 1 with a small number of sensor blocks 4.

The remote control communication unit 3 receives a remote control signal transmitted from the remote control terminal, and transmits this remote control signal to the first control unit 11a. The sensor block 4 sends a sensor signal relating to the presence / absence of the presence detection and the brightness measurement value transmitted from the detection unit 7, the brightness detection unit 8, and the detection unit to the first control unit 11a. And a second control unit 14 that converts the signal into the following signal. The signal converted by the second control unit 14 is transmitted to the first control unit 11 a of the instrument housing 2 via the sensor attachment unit 5.

The first control unit 11 a receives the sensor signal transmitted from the sensor block 4, thereby grasping that the sensor block 4 is attached to the sensor attachment unit 5. Moreover, the 1st control part 11a grasps | ascertains that the sensor block 4 has been removed from the sensor attachment part 5, for example by not receiving a sensor signal within the set fixed time. In addition, when the sensor block 4 always transmits its sensor information, the first control unit 11a grasps that the sensor block 4 is attached when receiving the sensor information, and transmits the sensor information. When the signal is not received within a certain time, it may be understood that the sensor block 4 has been removed.

Operation | movement of the lighting fixture 1 comprised as mentioned above is demonstrated. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, when it is desired to perform sensor control of the lighting fixture 1, the sensor block 4 is arranged so that the conduction portion 6 overlaps the surface of the remote control communication portion 3, and the connector portion 10 and the connector portion 9 are connected. As a result, the sensor mounting portion 5 is attached. In this state, the remote control communication unit 3 is not exposed. When the sensor block 4 is detached from the sensor mounting portion 5, the surface of the sensor mounting portion 5 and the surface of the remote control communication portion 3 are substantially flush with each other, and the remote control communication portion 3 is the surface of the sensor mounting portion 5. Do not protrude from. In this way, since the change in the external appearance of the lighting fixture 1 accompanying the attachment / detachment of the sensor block 4 becomes small, the design is improved.

In a state where the sensor block 4 is attached to the sensor attachment portion 5, a remote control signal transmitted from the remote control terminal operated by the user enters from the opening of the conduction portion 6 on the surface of the sensor block 4 and passes through the conduction portion 6. And received by the remote control communication unit 3. Therefore, the remote control signal is transmitted to the remote control communication unit 3 without being obstructed, and the reliability of the remote control communication is improved.

(Second Embodiment)
A lighting apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In the present embodiment, the configuration of the conducting portion 6 of the sensor block 4 is different from that of the first embodiment, and the light guide 6 a that is an optical member such as an optical fiber is filled in the holes of the conducting portion 6.

6 and 7 show the external appearance of the sensor block 4 and the sensor mounting portion 5 of the lighting fixture 1 of the present embodiment, and FIG. 8 shows the side surface of the sensor block 4. The conducting portion 6 of the sensor block 4 is used as a light guide path by being filled with the light guide body 6a.

In the present embodiment, a remote control signal related to communication using light such as infrared rays passes through the conducting portion 6 that is a light guide path while being totally reflected in the light guide body 6a regardless of the thickness d of the sensor block 4. And received by the remote control communication unit 3. Therefore, the spread of the remote control signal while passing through the conduction unit 6 is reduced, and the reliability of the remote control communication is improved. In particular, when the remote control signal is infrared, the reliability of remote control communication is further improved.

(Third embodiment)
A lighting apparatus according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In the present embodiment, the sensor block 4 is assumed to newly include a remote control communication unit 15 instead of the conduction unit 6 of the first and second embodiments described above.

9A, 9B, and 10 show the appearance of the sensor block 4 and the sensor mounting portion 5 of the lighting fixture 1 of the present embodiment. The sensor block 4 includes a remote control communication unit 15 instead of the conduction unit 6. The remote control communication unit 15, the human detection unit 7, and the brightness detection unit 8 are provided at the same height position on the surface of the sensor block 4. When the sensor block 4 is attached, the remote control communication unit 15 receives a remote control signal instead of the remote control communication unit 3 provided in the sensor attachment unit 5. Therefore, the remote control communication unit 15 does not need to be provided at a position facing the remote control communication unit 3 like the above-described conduction unit 6.

FIG. 11 shows the electrical configuration of the luminaire 1. The sensor block 4 converts the remote control communication unit 15, the human detection unit 7, the brightness detection unit 8, and the remote control signal and sensor signal transmitted from these into signals for sending to the first control unit 11 a. A second control unit 14. The signal converted by the second control unit 14 is transmitted to the first control unit 11 a of the instrument housing 2 via the sensor attachment unit 5.

As described above, the first control unit 11a determines whether or not the sensor block 4 is attached. When it is determined that the sensor block 4 is attached, the remote control communication attached to the sensor block 4 is performed. The unit 15 is made to receive a remote control signal. Further, when the first control unit 11a determines that the sensor block 4 is removed, the first control unit 11a causes the remote control communication unit 3 attached to the sensor attachment unit 5 to receive a remote control signal. The first control unit 11a does not need to monitor the remote control communication unit 3 of the sensor mounting unit 5 when the sensor block 4 is mounted, so that the remote control communication unit 3 receives an erroneous signal such as noise. Nothing will happen.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B, in the state where the sensor block 4 is attached, the sensor block 4 is attached to the sensor attachment portion 5 so as to cover the remote control communication portion 3. Therefore, the remote control communication unit 3 is not exposed. As shown in FIG. 10, when the sensor block 4 is removed, the surface of the sensor mounting portion 5 and the surface of the remote control communication portion 3 are substantially flush with each other. Does not protrude from the surface. Therefore, since the change of the external appearance of the lighting fixture 1 becomes small, the designability improves. Further, since the remote control signal is received by the remote control communication unit 15 provided on the surface of the sensor block 4, the reliability of the remote control communication is improved.

In addition, this invention is not restricted to the structure of said embodiment, A various deformation | transformation is possible in the range which does not change the summary of invention. For example, the remote control communication part provided in the sensor attachment part may have a structure that is detachably attached to the lighting fixture.
