Description

The present invention relates to a carriage for folding a pallet that can be folded and accommodated during nesting.

A side panel is erected on a floor frame having casters on the lower surface, and a pallet on which a transported article is placed is placed on the floor frame to constitute a transportation carriage. In such a transport carriage, when not used for transporting a transported object, the floor frame is nested in the same plane so that it can be nested.

In this case, when the pallet is mounted, the pallet is a hindrance during nesting. Therefore, the pallet is raised and arranged vertically along the side panel (for example, Patent Document 1) or folded to the side panel. (For example, Patent Document 2).

Further, the pallet (base plate 7) is raised from the floor and raised from the floor, and the pallet is held obliquely and nesting is performed (Patent Document 3). In this case, a slope with the free end side of the pallet facing downward is formed (slope 7a at the tip of the base plate 7), and a slope with the rotation axis of the pallet facing upward (the base plate 7). The lower surface 7b) of the rear end portion was formed.
JP 2001-158362 A JP-A-9-272442 JP-A-8-133089

(1) Among the above-mentioned conventional techniques, when the pallet is placed along the side panel (Patent Document 1), the operator needs to lift the free end of the pallet by hand and raise it from the horizontal state to the vertical state separately. It was.

(2) Further, in the case of folding the pallet (Patent Document 2), an operator's work for pushing the middle part of the pallet upward is required separately. In Patent Document 2, the rear fence 20 (side panel) is connected to the tip of the pallet, the caster is provided on the lower surface of the rear fence 20 and moved, and the pallet is automatically folded. However, there is a problem that the structure becomes complicated.

(3) In addition, when the pallet is inclined obliquely (Patent Document 3), it is necessary to raise the pallet. In Patent Document 3, the inclined surface 7a of the base plate 7 (pallet) is arranged after the front carriage. The base plate 7 (pallet) is automatically tilted by pressing the front and rear trolleys so that the end plate 7 enters and the inclined surface 7b is pushed up by the rear end of the base trolley 7 I was trying to let them.

However, since nesting is not possible unless the inclined base plate 7 (pallet) is passed through the fixed shelf frame 15 (rear panel), the width of the base plate 7 (pallet) is set to the column of the fixed shelf frame 15 (rear panel). The gap | interval which can be smaller than the width | variety of the lower side of the outer frames 16 and 16) and can pass the diagonal base plate 7 (pallet) in the lower end of the base plate 7 (pallet) was required. Therefore, there was no degree of freedom in designing the lowermost stage of the frame, for example, a bar material for preventing spillage could not be provided in this gap.

However, the present invention solves the above-mentioned problems because the tip inclined surface that is directed upward toward the tip is formed on the bottom surface of the tip of the pallet.

That is, the present invention comprises a pallet placed on a floor frame having casters, and a back panel is erected on the opposite side to the conveyed product take-out side, and is configured as follows. It is a trolley.
(1) The floor frame has a structure capable of nesting by being overlapped on the same plane as other transport carriages.
(2) The pallet has a first fold shaft that protrudes downward on the base end side, and a second fold shaft that protrudes upward in parallel with the first fold shaft at the middle portion.
(3) The pallet is formed on the lower surface on the front end side with a tip inclined surface that can come into contact with the upper surface of the floor frame in the middle of folding, and the tip inclined surface is formed in a shape that faces upward toward the tip.

Further, another invention is characterized in that a pallet is placed on a floor frame having casters and a back panel is erected on the opposite side of the conveyed product take-out side, and is configured as follows. It is a truck for transportation.
(1) The floor frame has a structure capable of nesting by being overlapped on the same plane as other transport carts.
(2) The pallet has a first folding shaft on the base end side, and a second folding shaft that is substantially parallel to the first folding shaft is formed in an intermediate portion.
(3) A guide slope that is the position of the outer surface on the lower end side of the back panel and can be brought into contact with the tip of the pallet at a height equivalent to the thickness of the pallet and is lowered toward the transported material take-out side Formed.
(4) A tip inclined surface that faces upward toward the tip is formed on the lower surface of the pallet on the tip side.
(5) When the leading end of the pallet of another transport carriage comes into contact with the guide slope and is pressed toward the transported material take-out side, the guide slope faces the tip of the pallet downward. The structure is such that the tip end side of the pallet can be inclined so that the tip inclined surface is brought into contact with the floor frame and the second folding shaft of the pallet is convex upward.

In the present invention, the first and second folding shafts are provided on the pallet so that the pallet can be folded, and the tip inclined surface is formed on the lower surface of the tip of the pallet. Therefore, the operator only steps on the tip of the pallet with a single carriage. Now you can tilt the pallet and start folding, and you can fold the pallet without using your hands by simply pushing your foot. Nesting can be done easily by stacking transport carts with folded pallets.

Furthermore, if a guide slope is formed on the outer surface of the lower end side of the rear panel, it is only necessary to press the transported material take-out side of one transport cart against the rear panel side of the other transport cart. The tip of the pallet can be slid downward while abutting against the guide slope of the other transport carriage, and the pallet of one transport carriage can be folded. In this case, since the tip inclined surface is formed on the lower surface of the tip of the pallet, the pallet can be easily folded by maintaining the inclination of the pallet when the pallet is brought into contact with the guide slope and folded.

(1) The floor frame 1 having the casters 10 and 11 is formed in a substantially U shape having a base end opened in a plan view so that it can be nested with another carriage 60 on the same plane. The side is the closed side 2 and the other side is the open side 2a. A pallet 30 is placed on the floor frame 1, and a back panel 15 is erected on the opposite side (open side 2a of the floor frame 1) of the conveyed product take-out side (the closed side 2 of the floor frame 1). Side panels 21 and 22 are erected on two opposite sides other than the take-out side to constitute a transport carriage 60 (FIGS. 1 and 2).

(2) The pallet 30 has a first folding shaft 36 on the base end side (back panel 15 side), and a second folding shaft 37 that is substantially parallel to the first folding shaft 36 is formed in the middle portion. In the pallet 30, the fixed pallet 31 extends from the base end to the first folding shaft 36, the folding pallet piece 33 extends from the first folding shaft 36 to the second folding shaft 37, and extends from the second folding shaft 37 to the distal end (free end). Is a folding pallet piece 34. Further, the folding pallet piece 33 and the folding pallet piece 34 form a folding pallet 32 (FIG. 3A).
The pallet 30 turns around the first folding shaft 36 and becomes convex, turns around the second folding shaft 37 and becomes convex, and the first folding pallet piece 33 and the second folding pallet piece 34 are The lower surfaces 33a and 34a can be folded so as to face each other (FIG. 3A).
A tip inclined surface 40 is formed on the lower surface 34a on the tip side of the pallet 30 (folding pallet piece 34) and is directed upward toward the tip, and the upper surface side of the tip is used as a stopper surface 43 (FIG. 4B).

(3) The position of the outer surface on the lower end side of the back panel 15 can be brought into contact with the tip of the pallet 30 at a height equivalent to the thickness D 0 of the pallet 30 and the transported material take-out side (of the floor frame 1 A guide slope 47 that is lowered toward the closing side 2) is formed (FIG. 4A).

(4) The transport cart 60 formed in this way can carry a transported article on the pallet 30 in the same manner as a normal transport cart (FIGS. 1 and 2).
When the transport cart 60 is not used, nesting can be performed. First, the side panels 21 and 22 are overlapped on the back panel 15 side (FIGS. 5A and 5B, FIG. 7A), and then the operator touches the pallet 30 lying on the floor frame 1 with his / her feet. It can also be operated. At this time, if an operator puts the foot 62 on the front end of the folding pallet piece 34 (above the front end inclined surface 40) and steps on the pallet 30, the front end inclined surface 40 comes into contact with the upper surface of the floor frame 1 while the pallet 30 1 Rotating around the second folding shafts 36, 37, folding is started so that the first folding shaft 36 is convex downward and the second folding shaft 37 is convex upward (FIG. 7B). .
Further, when the operator steps on the foot 62, the pallet 30 is further folded (FIG. 7C), and when further pushed, the folding pallet pieces 33 and 34 come into contact with the back surfaces 33a and 34a so that the folding pallet is facing. 32 is folded (FIG. 7D). In this state, the second folding pallet piece 34 is positioned substantially vertically with the stop surface 43 in contact with the upper surface of the floor frame 1 and is supported by the first folding pallet piece 33. 30 is its own weight and can maintain the current state.
Further, if the folded carts 60 and 60 are overlapped in the same manner, nesting can be performed (FIGS. 6A and 6B).

The side panel 21 is rotatably attached to the panel connecting plates 28 and 28 so that the side panel 21 can be folded substantially parallel to the back panel 15 with the column member 23 as a rotation axis. Similarly, the side panel 22 is rotatably attached to the panel connecting plates 29 and 29 so that the side panel 22 can be folded substantially parallel to the back panel 15 with the column member 23 as a rotation axis.

(3) On the floor frame 1, the pallet 30 (thickness D 0 ) is arranged inside the inner edges of the side panels 21 and 22 (so as not to protrude from the inner rule edges) (FIG. 4A). , FIG. 1). The pallet 30 has a first folding shaft 36 in the vicinity of the upper side of the caster plate 8 in parallel with the rear panel 15 in a plan view, and the open side 2a (the rear panel 15 side) of the floor frame 1 from the first folding shaft 36. Is the fixed pallet 31, and the closed side 2 of the floor frame 1 from the first folding shaft 36 is the folding pallet 32.

4(a))。   The folding pallet 32 is provided with a second folding shaft 37 parallel to the first folding shaft 36 (substantially parallel to the back panel 15) in the middle portion, and the folding pallet 32 is divided into two parts. The side (back panel 15 side, fixed pallet 31 side) is a folding pallet piece 33 and the other side is a folding pallet piece 34. That is, the pallet 30 is directed from the open side 2a (the back panel 15 side) of the floor frame 1 toward the closed side 2 of the floor frame 1, and the fixed pallet 31, the first folding shaft 36, the folding pallet piece 33, and the second folding shaft. 37 and the folding pallet piece 34 are arranged continuously (FIGS. 1A, 3A, and 4A).

7(d))。   The pallet 30 can be folded with the first fold shaft 36 so that the fixed pallet 31 and the fold pallet piece 33 protrude downward, and with the second fold shaft 37 the fold pallet pieces 33 and 34 protrude upward. When folded by the first and second folding shafts 36 and 37, the folding pallet 32 can be folded so that the back surface 33a of the folding pallet piece 33 and the back surface side 34a of the folding pallet piece 34 face each other (FIG. 3 ( d) and FIG. 7 (d)).

(4) The front end inclined surface 40 is formed from the front end on the front end side (the free end on the side opposite to the second folding shaft 37) on the back surface (lower surface) 34a of the folding pallet piece 34. The tip inclined surface 40 is formed over the entire length in the width direction, and the boundary between the back surface 34 a of the folding pallet piece 34 and the tip inclined surface 40 is a rotation shaft edge 41. Moreover, let the edge (free end side) of the front-end | tip of the folding pallet piece 34 and a front-end | tip inclination surface be the sliding edge 42 (FIG. 4 (a)).

In addition, the tip inclined surface 40 is oriented upward (floor frame 1) from the rotation shaft edge 41 toward the sliding edge 42 with the folding pallet piece 34 (pallet 30) placed on the floor frame 1. It is formed so that it is away from.

Further, a thickness D 0 direction of the distal end of the folded pallet piece 34 from the upper surface to Suridoen 42 forms a upper surface perpendicular stopper surface 43 of the folding pallet piece 34 (FIG. 4 (a). Therefore, the stopper The lower edge of the surface 43 is continuous with the sliding edge 42. The stopper surface 43 has a function of contacting the upper surface of the floor frame 1 and preventing the folded folding pallet pieces 33 and 34 from returning. Therefore, various treatments for increasing friction with the upper surface of the floor frame 1 can be performed (not shown).

(5) At the lower end lateral connecting member 18 of the back panel 15 (the base end of the back panel 15), the operation recess 45 is formed in the vicinity of the position where the pallet 30 is disposed with the opening edge 46 facing outward. The operation recess 45 extends over the entire length in the width direction, and the upper surface of the operation recess 45 is directed from the opening edge 46 to the bottom (from the open side 2a of the floor frame 1 to the closing side 2) and below (the floor frame 1 side). A guide slope 47 facing toward is formed (FIG. 4A).

In addition, the height H 1 of the opening edge 46 of the operation recess 45 is set to the thickness D 0 of the pallet 30 (folding pallet piece 34).
Height H 1 of opening edge 46 of operation recess 45> thickness D 0 of pallet 30
It is formed with. Therefore, the front end of the folding pallet piece 34 of another transport carriage can be inserted into the operation recess 45, and the top surface 35 of the front end of the inserted folding pallet piece 34 can come into contact with the guide slope 47. .

When the top surface 35 of the front end of the folding pallet piece 34 is substantially horizontal and the front end surface is substantially vertical, the angle θ 0 formed by the guide slope 47 with the horizontal plane is slightly smaller than 45 degrees (35 degrees <θ It is desirable that 0 <45 degrees (FIG. 4B).

(6) A side bar 51 is installed between the column members 23a, 23a of the side panels 21, 22 (the closed side 2 of the floor frame 1). The side bar 51 has a structure in which one end 52 is rotatably attached to the vertical column member 23a of the side panel 22 and the other end 53 of the side bar 51 is detachably locked to the vertical column member 23a of the side panel 21. Yes (FIG. 2 (a)).

(7) The transport cart 60 of the present invention is configured as described above (FIGS. 1 to 3). In the transporting carriage 60, the side bar 51 side (the closed side 2 of the floor frame 1) is set as the loading / unloading side of the conveyed product.

2. Use of transport cart 60

(1) With the pallet 30 lying on the floor frame 1, the side bar 51 is removed. A load is placed on the pallet 30 and used for transporting the load in the same manner as a conventional carriage (FIGS. 1 and 2).

(2) When the transport carriage 60 is not used, it can be stored by nesting and reducing the plane space.

First, the side panel 22 and the side panel 21 are folded in the order of the back panel 15 (FIGS. 5A and 5B).

4(a))。   Subsequently, the rear panel 15 side (the open side 2a of the floor frame 1) of the other transport cart 60B is brought closer to the unloading side (the closed side 2 of the floor frame 1) of one transport cart 60A (FIG. 3 ( a) and FIG. 4 (a)).

When approaching, the closing side 2a (the tip base material 3 side) of the floor frame 1 of one transporting trolley 60A is inserted into the open side 2a of the floor frame 1 of the other transporting trolley 60B and overlaps in plan view. The top end 35 of the folding pallet piece 34 of the transport cart 60A is inserted into the operation recess 45 of the other transport cart 60B and comes into contact with the guide slope 47 (FIG. 4B).

4(b))。   When further pushed in, the upper end tip 35 of the folding pallet piece 34 slides on the guide slope 47, pushes the upper end tip 35 to the lower side, and tilts the folding pallet piece 34 (the folding pallet 32 is moved upward by the second folding shaft 37). The tip inclined surface 40 comes into contact with the floor frame 1 (FIGS. 3B and 4B).

When pushed further, the top end 35 of the folding pallet piece 34 slides on the guide slope 47, the tip inclined surface 40 leaves the floor frame 1, the sliding edge 41 slides on the floor frame 1, and the operation recess 45 of the rear panel The upper side pushes the upper surface of the folding pallet piece 34 and further tilts the folding pallet piece 34 (the folding pallet 32 is folded by the second folding shaft 37 so as to reduce the inner angle of the convex upward) (FIG. 4C). ).

Then, the folding pallet 32 is folded so that the folding pallet piece 33 and the folding pallet piece 34 face the back surfaces 32a and 33a (FIG. 3D). In this state, the floor frame 1 of one transport cart 60A enters the inside of the other transport cart 60B and is nested (FIGS. 6A and 6B).

(3) In addition, the operator can operate the pallet 30 with his / her foot using the single transport cart 60.

At this time, if the operator puts the foot 62 on the front end of the folding pallet piece 34 (above the tip inclined surface 40) and steps on the foot, the folding pallet piece 34 rotates around the rotation shaft edge 41, and the floor frame 1 The tip inclined surface 40 that has been separated from the floor abuts against the floor frame 1, and at the same time, the second folding shaft 36 rises and becomes upwardly convex (at an angle of about 160 degrees), and the folding pallet piece 33 is also tilted to the first folding. The shaft 36 is convex downward (see FIGS. 7B and 4C).

5(a)(b))。   If the operator steps on the foot 62 placed on the back panel 15 side as it is, the tip sliding edge 42 of the folding pallet piece 34 comes into contact with the upper surface of the floor frame 1 and slides, and the second folding shaft 37 further rises. Then, the upward convex inner angle becomes sharp (about 90 degrees) (FIG. 7 (c)), and when further pushed, the folding pallet pieces 33 and 34 come into contact with the back surfaces 33a and 34a so that the folding pallet 32 is Folded (FIG. 7 (d), FIG. 5 (a) (b)).

Therefore, the operator can operate with the foot 62 while standing without performing the operation of squatting down or bending the waist and lifting the second folding shaft 37 upward. It is also possible to fold the folding pallet 32 by moving the second folding shaft 37 upward.

In this state, since the stopper surface 43 is also in contact with the upper surface of the floor frame 1, the folding pallet pieces 33 and 34 can maintain their current state due to their own weight, and the folding pallet pieces 33 and 34 can be horizontally folded. It can prevent returning to the state which was made.

If the folded three transport carts 60, 60A, 60B are overlapped in the same manner, nesting can be performed (FIGS. 6A and 6B).

(4) To release from the nesting state, pull out the transport carriage 60 (FIGS. 5A and 5B), open the pallet 30 (folding pallet 32), and place it on the floor frame 1, When the side panels 21 and 22 are opened, the transport state is reached (FIGS. 1 and 2).

3. Other examples

(1) Moreover, in the said Example, although the front-end | tip inclination surface 40 was made into the flat surface, it can also be set as a downward convex curved surface (not shown).

Moreover, in the said Example, although the front-end | tip inclined surface 40 was formed in the full length of the width direction, it can also form in part (not shown).

(2) In the embodiment, the guide slope 47 is formed on the lower end connecting cross member 18 of the back panel 15. However, if the guide slope 47 can be formed, the position of the operation recess 45 is arbitrary. Further, the operation recess 45 and the guide slope 47 can be omitted.

(3) In the above-described embodiment, the elastic member 55 made of a sponge or a spring spring is fixed to the edge of the folding pallet pieces 33 and 34 on the lower surface of the folding pallet 32 and in the vicinity of the second folding shaft 37. (FIG. 8). The elastic member 55 is disposed at a position where it can contact the upper surface of the diagonal base material 4 of the floor frame 1 (FIG. 8). In addition, the elastic member 33 can also provide the one elastic member 33 across the 2nd folding shaft 37 only in the edge of one folding pallet piece 33 and 34 (not shown).

When the baggage is not placed, the state is slightly convex upward, and a state in which the operator steps on the tip of the folding pallet piece 34 with the foot 62 as shown in FIG. As in the case of, the folding pallet 32 can be easily folded when the operator steps on the foot 62 (see FIGS. 7B to 7D). In this case, when releasing the nesting state, even when the folding pallet 32 is opened by leaving it to free fall, the elastic member 55 becomes a cushioning material, and the impact with the floor frame 1 can be greatly reduced.

(4) Moreover, in the said Example, if the floor frame 1 can be nested, it can also be set as another structure. Moreover, in the said Example, the structure of the back panel 15 and the side panels 21 and 22 is arbitrary.

(5) In the above-described embodiment, it is desirable to form a stopper surface at the tip of the folding pallet piece 34 (pallet 30) and to form a certain amount of contact with the upper surface of the floor frame 1. The surface 43 can also be omitted (not shown). In this case, the sliding edge 42 of the tip inclined surface 40 is positioned on the upper surface of the folded pallet piece 34 (pallet 30).
