Description

In the present invention, although the appearance is normal DM, postcards, reciprocal postcards, sealed letters, etc., sheets that are folded or separated and stacked in multiple layers are releasably laminated so that a large amount of The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for manufacturing an information communication body in which information is concealed.

Conventionally, as a means for imparting gloss to the surface of a printed material and improving aesthetics and durability, a laminating method in which the surface of the printed material is covered with a film is widely used. As the laminating method, methods such as dry laminating and thermal laminating are adopted, but these are collectively referred to as print laminating in the industry, for example, one sheet at a time on the surface of a sheet that has been printed by offset printing, The film is covered with a continuously drawn film. In covering the paper transported by such a method with a film that is continuously fed out, there is no problem even if the posture of the paper transported is continuously covered with a long film while being separated. There is no. That is, even if the first sheet is covered with a film while being conveyed obliquely, and the subsequent second sheet is covered in a distorted state, the film between the two sheets is cut immediately after the coating and the original sheet is cut. Since the sheet is cut into a state, the sheet or the coated film is not wrinkled or torn.

However, recently, in addition to techniques for printing single-sheet paper such as offset printing, techniques for high-speed printing of long continuous paper such as rotary printing and form printing have been widely used. The need for coating arises.
By the way, the present inventors have disclosed a method of continuously coating continuous foam paper with a pseudo adhesive film in “Information Communication Body Manufacturing Method and Manufacturing Device” of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-168273.
As a further improvement, we filed an application for “information communication device manufacturing apparatus” on May 17, 2008.
JP 2000-168273 A

By the way, in the information communication body manufactured by the “apparatus for manufacturing information communication body” of the improved application, a pseudo adhesive film is stuck on the entire surface of the pseudo adhesion surface. For this reason, if the opened edges of the folded leaf pieces coincide with each other, the close contact becomes good and it is difficult to open with the fingertips. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent the unsealed edges from being aligned when finished. If the edges are not aligned, a step is generated, so that the step can be easily opened with the fingertip as an opening point.

The present invention is intended to facilitate the opening of an information communication body manufactured by covering such a long sheet with a pseudo-adhesive film, and the pseudo-adhesive film is coated on the entire surface to be pseudo-adhered. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing an information communication body that can be reliably opened in the form of the information communication body.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the method of manufacturing an information communication body of the present invention is such that a pseudo-adhesive film is continuously and at least pseudo-adhered on at least one surface of a long sheet having marginal holes provided at both ends that are continuously drawn out. A means for forming an opening of the information communication body in the method of manufacturing an information communication body that covers and laminates a pseudo-adhesive film over the entire surface, folds, pressurizes or pressurizes and heat-processes and integrates in a peelable manner. Then, after the long sheet is coated and laminated with the pseudo adhesive film, one marginal hole is cut out first, and the other marginal hole remaining in the subsequent downstream process is cut out.

Further, in order to achieve the above object, another embodiment of the present invention is that at least one pseudo-adhesive film is continuously attached to at least one surface of a long sheet in which marginal holes are arranged at both ends that are continuously drawn out. A means for forming the opening of the information communication body in the method of manufacturing the information communication body, which covers and laminates the pseudo-adhesive film over almost the entire area of the information communication body and folds and integrates it so that it can be peeled off by applying pressure or pressure / heating treatment. In addition, the laminate is coated with a pseudo-adhesive film on the long sheet, and then die-cutting is performed, and one marginal hole is excised first, and the other marginal hole remaining in the subsequent downstream process is excised. Yes.

The operation of the method for manufacturing the information communication body is as follows. That is, one marginal hole is cut off at an arbitrary position immediately after the first coating laminating step. Subsequently, when the other marginal hole remaining in the downstream process is folded, it is cut off at a position that does not overlap the marginal hole. By doing so, a step is formed that becomes the opening of the opening. In addition, immediately after the first coating laminating step, if a marginal window such as a triangular corner is formed in the vicinity of one marginal hole and the marginal hole is cut along the edge, the leaf pieces are folded when facing each other. Even if the opening edges coincide with each other, a step is formed by corner cutting or the like, so that it can be opened.

As described above, according to the method for manufacturing an information communication body of the present invention, anyone can open the information communication body in a form in which a pseudo adhesive film is attached over the entire surface of the pseudo adhesion surface, which can be opened very easily by anyone. An opening opening due to a step can be formed.
In addition, even if the heat-sensitive adhesive of the pseudo-adhesive film melts due to overheating and protrudes to the stepped portion of the opening, the entire surface of the paper is covered with the film, so the accident that makes it impossible to open the paper is eliminated. Is done.
Furthermore, since the information communication body is entirely covered with the pseudo-adhesive film, there is no portion where the paper surface is exposed after opening and unfolding, and the entire surface is glossy and a beautiful film surface finish is obtained, so that the aesthetic appearance is remarkably improved.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

First, a pseudo-adhesive film covering means for a long sheet corresponding to the upstream process of the method for producing an information communication body of the present invention will be described.
As shown in FIG. 2, the long sheet S is connected to the first leaf piece 11 and the second leaf piece 12 in the horizontal direction via a fold line 13 (not necessarily displayed but may be replaced with a perforation or the like). The unit sheets t are connected in the vertical direction via a cut line 14 (not necessarily displayed but may be replaced with a perforation or the like). On the surface of the first leaf 11, a postage stamp field 15, a postal code field 16, a recipient's address name 17 and the like are described by, for example, a printer. Is described. Personal information 19 that requires personal secrecy is written on the back surfaces of the first leaf piece 11 and the second leaf piece 12. The personal information 19 does not necessarily need to be secret, and general information such as advertisements may be mixed, or only the general information may be described. Note that marginal portions 21 provided with marginal holes 20 are connected to both outer side edges of the long sheet S via a cut line 22 (not necessarily displayed but may be replaced with a perforation or the like).

The long sheet S configured in this manner is folded, for example, in a bellows shape from the cut line 14 into a block unit, arranged on the left side in the drawing as shown in FIG. 4, and transferred to the upper pin tractor 1. In addition, you may wind up the elongate sheet S in roll shape, without providing the cutting line 14, and supply from the left side of FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, a pair of laminating rollers 2a and 2b are disposed downstream of the pin tractor 1, and the long sheet S passes between them. At that time, a pseudo adhesive film G fed from a roll waiting upward is fed into the laminating roller 2a while being aligned with the surface of the long sheet S.

By the way, as shown in FIG. 5, the pseudo adhesive film G has a known heat-sensitive adhesive layer 32 formed on one surface of a firm base 31 such as polypropylene or polyethylene terephthalate, and further on the other surface. What formed the pseudo adhesion layer 30 so that it may pseudo-adhere so that peeling is possible can be used conveniently. In addition, in this invention, there is no restriction | limiting in the structure of the pseudo adhesive film G, What is necessary is just to use a well-known thing.

In FIG. 1, the pseudo-adhesive film G fed from above as described above passes through the laminating rollers 2a and 2b while being heated and pressurized while being aligned with the pseudo-adhesive planned surface on the back side of the long sheet S. However, in this case, the heat-sensitive adhesive layer 32 of the pseudo-adhesive film G provided so as to be in contact with the long sheet side exhibits adhesiveness by heating, and FIG. 3 (part indicated by oblique lines) and FIG. ), It is bonded to the pseudo-adhesive planned surface of the long sheet S so as not to be peeled off.

Then, the long sheet S on which the pseudo-adhesion planned surface is film-coated passes between the pair of downstream nip rollers 3a and 3b. The sheet conveying speed of the nip rollers 3a and 3b is equal to or slightly faster than that of the upstream pin tractor 1.

Further, the long sheet S that has passed between the nip rollers 3a and 3b is cut off at one marginal hole portion 21 by the slitters 4a and 4b, and is sent to the downstream process in the state shown in FIG. 6B. The marginal hole portion 21 to be excised earlier is excised in a downstream process to be described later so that the opposing leaf pieces do not coincide with each other when folded in half. Care is taken not to match the position.
The above is the schematic description regarding the film covering means for the long sheet corresponding to the upstream process of the method for manufacturing the information communication body of the present invention.

Next, the downstream process in the manufacturing method of the information communication body of this invention is demonstrated.
As described above, the long sheet S from which the marginal hole portion 21 to be cut first is cut is formed between the slitters 4a and 4b and the support roller 40, as shown in the center of FIG. When passing through the downstream folding angle 41 and reaching the support roller 42, it is folded in half as shown in FIG.

The long sheet S folded in two is changed in the horizontal direction by the support roller 42, and the pin of the pin tractor 43 and the marginal hole 20 are aligned to be conveyed downstream. Then, the remaining marginal portion 21 is cut off from the cut line 22 by slitters 44a and 44b, and cut into a single folded postcard along the vertical cut line 14 by the subsequent die cut rollers 45a and 45b. Then, for example, by passing through the downstream heat rollers 46a and 46b and being subjected to pressurization or pressurization / heating treatment, the opposing pseudo adhesive layer 30 that is folded and opposed is adhered in a peelable manner as shown in FIG. In this state, the sheets are sequentially stacked on the stacker 47 of the right belt conveyor.

The recipient of this postcard can develop the original flat state by peeling off the opposing leaf piece. And various internal information can be visually recognized through the transparent film on the surface of the paper coated with the film.

In addition, the manufacturing method of the information communication body of this invention is not limited to the said Example.
For example, if a window-like hole, such as a triangle, is pulled out in the vicinity of the marginal hole and the marginal hole is cut out along the edge, as shown in FIG. 8, it is temporarily opened when both leaf pieces are folded facing each other. Even if the edges coincide, a step is formed by corner cutting or the like, so that it can be easily opened.
