Claims (23)
- キャリヤ層2がシーリング層3に分離可能に結合された、キャリヤ層2とシーリング層3を具備する複合材料において、該キャリヤ層2と該シーリング層3の間に分離ゾーン5を形成するために、該シーリング層3に接する該キャリヤ層2の少なくとも表面領域2’が無極性の物質を有し、該キャリヤ層2に接する該シーリング層3の少なくとも表面領域3’が有極性の物質を有するか、又は該シーリング層3に接する該キャリヤ層2の少なくとも表面領域2’が有極性の物質を有し、該キャリヤ層2に接する該シーリング層3の少なくとも表面領域3’が無極性の物質を有することを特徴とする複合材料。
- 該キャリヤ層2を形成するキャリヤ材料9が、7−150マイクロメートル、好ましくは20−70マイクロメートル、の層厚さを有する単一材料として存在することを特徴とする請求項1記載の複合材料。
- 該キャリヤ層2を形成するキャリヤ材料9が、20−150マイクロメートル、好ましくは50−70マイクロメートル、の層厚さを有する複合体として存在することを特徴とする請求項1記載の複合材料。
- 該キャリヤ層9が1つの及び/又は両方の側にプリントされることを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載の複合材料。
- 該シーリング層3が15−150マイクロメートル、好ましくは30−70マイクロメートル、の層厚さを有する単一材料として存在することを特徴とする請求項1から4の1つに記載の複合材料。
- 該シーリング層3が20−250マイクロメートル、好ましくは30−70マイクロメートル、の合計厚さを有する複合体として存在することを特徴とする請求項1から4の1つに記載の複合材料。
- 該シーリング層3が、染料及び/又は充填剤の様な添加剤を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6の1つに記載の複合材料。
- 該シーリング層3が表面パンチ、スルーパンチ又は孔の形の予め決められた破砕点4を有することを特徴とする請求項1から7の1つに記載の複合材料。
- 該シーリング層3が、その外側に、粗い表面を有するスペーサー12を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から8の1つに記載の複合材料。
- 該シーリング層3が、その外側に、浮き彫りブリッジ12’を有することを特徴とする請求項1から8の1つに記載の複合材料。
- 該キャリヤ材料9が分離層8を有する外側層6を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から10の1つに記載の複合材料。
- 該キャリヤ層2を形成するために、該分離層8が接着剤7により該キャリヤ材料9に結合されることを特徴とする請求項11記載の複合材料。
- シーリング層3に接する少なくとも表面領域8’の該分離層8が無極性の物質から成り、該分離層8に接する少なくとも表面領域3’の該シーリング層3が有極性の物質から成ることを特徴とする請求項11又は12記載の複合材料。
- シーリング層に接する少なくとも表面領域8’内の該分離層8が有極性の物質から成り、該分離層8に接する少なくとも表面領域3’の該シーリング層3が無極性の物質から成ることを特徴とする請求項11又は12記載の複合材料。
- 無極性の物質として、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、そしてそれらの無極性の共重合体及び無極性の誘導体が選択されることを特徴とする請求項1から14の1つに記載の複合材料。
- 有極性の物質として、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリアミドそしてアルミニウムが選択されることを特徴とする請求項1から15の1つに記載の複合材料。
- 該シーリング層3が該キャリヤ層2に、ラッカー塗り及び/又は積層及び/又は押し出しにより付けられることを特徴とする請求項1から16の1つに記載の複合材料を作る方法。
- 該キャリヤ層2が、該キャリヤ材料9と外側層6から成る予備複合体として形成され、該外側層6は接着剤層7と分離層8とから形成されており、そして次いで該シーリング層3が積層、ラッカー塗り又は押し出しにより該外側層6に付けられることを特徴とする請求項1から16の1つに記載の複合材料を作る方法。
- 該シーリング層3内に、予め決められた破砕点4が、パンチングイン、パンチングスルーにより、又はレーザーにより作られることを特徴とする請求項17又は18記載の方法。
- 該予め決められた破砕点4が圧力及び高められた温度を使い、シール用ツールにより作られ、該シーリング層の材料変位が該予め決められた破砕点の領域で起こることを特徴とする請求項17又は18記載の方法。
- パッケージング材料の製作のための請求項1から16の1つに記載の複合材料の使用法。
- 該パッケージング材料がヨーグルト容器の様な容器17をシールするためのカバープレート16であることを特徴とする請求項21記載の使用法。
- 分離ゾーン5が該キャリヤ層2とシーリング層3の間に作られ、該予め決められた破砕点4が取り除き開口部18を形成するべく裂けるように、該カバープレート16は開口機構が始動されるタブ19を備えることを特徴とする請求項22記載の使用法。
