Claims (12)
- 既に少なくとも1つの通信関係(stream1,stream2)が確立されている伝送媒体を介して複数の通信関係(stream1,stream2,stream3)を確立する方法において、
それぞれ1つの通信関係(stream1,stream2,stream3)を確立するためのクエリに関連する情報をその都度検出し、検出された少なくとも2つの情報に依存にして既に確立されている少なくとも1つの通信関係(stream1,stream2)のうちの少なくとも1つを終了するか維持することを特徴とする、通信関係を確立する方法。 - 検出された前記情報は前記クエリの時点(t1)を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 既に確立されている少なくとも1つの通信関係(stream1,stream2)を、検出された少なくとも2つの時点(t1)間に経過した時間に依存して終了するか維持する、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記時間が所定の限界値を下回る場合には、既に確立されている少なくとも1つの通信関係(stream1,stream2)を終了する、請求項3記載の方法。
- 検出された前記情報は前記クエリを行った少なくとも1つの加入者(TN1,TN2,TN3)を識別するための情報を含む、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記クエリに関連する情報は前記クエリを行った少なくとも1つの加入者端末装置を識別するための情報を含む、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 中央ユニットと少なくとも1つの加入者コネクションとの間の前記通信関係(stream1,stream2,stream3)を確立または終了する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記通信関係(stream1,stream2,stream3)をポイント・ツー・マルチポイントコネクションの枠内で確立または終了する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記通信関係(stream1,stream2,stream3)のうちの少なくとも1つの通信関係をテレビ番組の伝送の枠内でインターネットプロトコルを用いて確立する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 既に少なくとも1つの通信関係(stream1,stream2)が確立されている伝送媒体を介して複数の通信関係(stream1,stream2,stream3)を確立する装置において、
それぞれ1つの通信関係(stream1,stream2,stream3)を確立するためのクエリに関連する情報をその都度検出する検出手段と、検出された少なくとも2つの情報に依存にして、既に確立されている少なくとも1つの通信関係(stream1,stream2)のうちの少なくとも1つを終了または維持する手段とを有することを特徴とする、通信関係を確立する装置。 - 検出された前記情報は前記クエリの時点(t1)を含むよう前記検出手段は構成されている、請求項10記載の装置。
- 検出された少なくとも2つの時点(t1)間に経過した時間が所定の限界値を下回る場合には、既に確立されている少なくとも1つの通信関係(stream1,stream2)を終了させるよう前記通信関係を終了または維持する手段は構成されている、請求項11記載の装置。
