Description
Claims (20)
- 循環流動床ボイラの蒸発器表面構造体であって、該蒸発器表面構造体が、前記循環流動床ボイラの炉の底部から天井まで延在する、水管パネルにより形成された、炉壁からある距離内の少なくとも1つの鉛直蒸発器表面ユニットを含む蒸発器表面構造体において、蒸発器表面が、交差して接合された2つの鉛直の水管パネルからなることを特徴とする蒸発器表面構造体。
- 前記蒸発器表面構造体が少なくとも2つの蒸発器表面ユニットを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された蒸発器表面構造体。
- 前記水管パネルが互いに直交することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載された蒸発器表面構造体。
- 少なくとも1つの蒸発器表面ユニットの前記水管パネルが対称的に交差することを特徴とする請求項3に記載された蒸発器表面構造体。
- 少なくとも1つの蒸発器表面ユニットの前記水管パネルがT字形に交差して連結されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載された蒸発器表面構造体。
- 各蒸発器表面ユニットの第1の水管パネルが前記炉の天井の水管に平行であり、第2の水管パネルが前記炉の天井の水管に垂直であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載された蒸発器表面構造体。
- 前記第1の水管パネルと前記第2の水管パネルとの幅の比率が1:3〜3:1であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載された蒸発器表面構造体。
- 前記水管パネルの前記水管が、上部から、前記水管パネルに平行なヘッダに接合されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載された蒸発器表面構造体。
- 前記ボイラが貫流ボイラであり、各蒸発器表面ユニットの前記ヘッダが互いに蒸気圧力均衡管によって接合されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載された蒸発器表面構造体。
- ボイラが貫流ボイラであり、前記蒸発器表面ユニットの前記ヘッダが蒸気圧力均衡管によって前記炉の側壁の水管パネルのヘッダに接合されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載された蒸発器表面構造体。
- 水管パネルが前記ヘッダから垂設されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載された蒸発器表面構造体。
- 前記ヘッダが前記ボイラの固定型支持構造体から可撓的に垂設されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載された蒸発器表面構造体。
- 懸架具の可撓性部材の歪みが、前記蒸発器表面ユニットの振動をなくするために調整可能であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載された蒸発器表面構造体。
- 各蒸発器表面ユニットが、前記蒸発器表面ユニットと前記天井との間の鉛直方向の移動を可能にする可撓性構造体によって前記炉の前記天井に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載された蒸発器表面構造体。
- 前記蒸発器表面ユニットと前記天井との間の移動を可能にする前記可撓性構造体がベローズを備えることを特徴とする請求項14に記載された蒸発器表面構造体。
- 前記第2の水管パネルの水管の少なくとも一部が、前記天井の高さで前記天井の水管に平行なラインを形成するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載された蒸発器表面構造体。
- 前記第2の水管パネルの水管の中央点間の距離と、前記天井の水管パネルの水管間の距離との比率がN:Mであり、N及びMが等しくない小さい整数であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載された蒸発器表面構造体。
- N及びMが5よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項17に記載された蒸発器表面構造体。
- Nが2であり、Mが3であることを特徴とする請求項18に記載された蒸発器表面構造体。
- 底部、天井、及び側壁により画定された炉を備えるとともに、蒸発器表面構造体を有する循環流動床ボイラにおいて、前記蒸発器表面構造体が請求項1から請求項19までのいずれか1項に記載された蒸発器表面構造体であることを特徴とする循環流動床ボイラ。
