Claims (5)
- 末端側開口部により非侵襲的に骨内に打ち込まれて固定され、同末端側開口部による固定はナビゲーションを使用したイメージにより案内される外科的処置である非侵襲的に固定されるカニューレ状髄内釘であって、円筒部(18)を備える内側案内部(10)及びセンサ(11)がカニューレ状髄内釘(9)の管内に直接挿入され、同内側案内部(10)はカニューレ状髄内釘(9)の末端側開口部(16)に押しやられ、内部に配置固定されることと、センサ(13)が外側案内部(12)内に挿入され、外側案内部(12)の固定孔(29)と一致するように外側案内部内に配置固定されることとを特徴とする末端側開口部により非侵襲的に固定されるカニューレ状髄内釘。
- 前記センサ(11)はカニューレ状髄内釘(9)の末端側開口部(16)を配置固定する手段を有する円筒部(18)内の内側案内部(10)に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の末端側開口部により非侵襲的に固定されるカニューレ状髄内釘。
- 前記カニューレ状髄内釘(9)の末端側開口部(16)を配置固定する手段は平坦なラメラ(19)上の球状のニップル(20)、バネ(38)を備える2つの球状のニップル(37)、及びスペーサ固定部(49)のうちいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の末端側開口部により非侵襲的に固定されるカニューレ状髄内釘。
- 前記カニューレ状釘(40,53)の内部は形状を形成された管であることと、前記内側案内部(44,57)は同形状の内部に案内され、配置固定されるような形状に形成されることとを特徴とする請求項1に記載の末端側開口部により非侵襲的に固定されるカニューレ状髄内釘。
- 前記内側案内部を配置する場合において、外側案内部(12)が管状拡張部(14)内に、円筒部(24)を備え、角度をなして屈曲した管(23)であることと、センサ(13)が円筒部(24)内に挿入され、管状拡張部(14)の固定孔(29)と一致するように配置固定されることとを特徴とする請求項1に記載の末端側開口部により非侵襲的に固定されるカニューレ状髄内釘。
