溶剤ワイピングによって第1及び第2活性ポリマー層の少なくとも1つをパターニングする
工程を含む、有機電子デバイスの製造方法。 - 第1活性ポリマー層を第1電極上に配置する工程で、第1活性ポリマー層をインジウム錫酸化物で被覆した可撓性基板上に配置する、請求項1記載の有機電子デバイスの製造方法。
- 第1活性ポリマー層を第1電極上に配置する工程で、マイクログラビア(登録商標)塗工法によって第1活性ポリマー層を配置する、請求項1記載の有機電子デバイスの製造方法。
- 第1活性ポリマー層を第1電極上に配置する工程で、正孔輸送層を第1電極上に配置する、請求項1記載の有機電子デバイスの製造方法。
- 第1活性ポリマー層を第1電極上に配置する工程で、PEDOT層を第1電極上に配置する、請求項1記載の有機電子デバイスの製造方法。

ウェブコーティング法によって第1活性ポリマー層を導電層上に、導電層全体を第1活性ポリマー層で覆うように配置し、
第1活性ポリマー層をパターニングして複数の分離された第1活性ポリマー領域を形成し、この際、複数の分離された第1活性ポリマー領域のそれぞれが複数の電気的に分離された導電領域の対応する1つの少なくとも一部分を覆うようにパターニングし、またパターニングを溶剤ワイピングによって行う、
工程を含む、有機電子デバイスの大面積配列体の製造方法。 - 可撓性基板上に導電層を配置する工程で、ロール状可撓性材料の一部分上に導電層を配置する、請求項11記載の有機電子デバイスの大面積配列体の製造方法。
- ウェブコーティング法で第1活性ポリマー層を導電層上に配置する工程で、マイクログラビア(登録商標)塗工法によって第1活性ポリマー層を配置する、請求項11記載の有機電子デバイスの大面積配列体の製造方法。
- 第1活性ポリマー層を配置する工程で、正孔輸送層を配置する、請求項11記載の有機電子デバイスの大面積配列体の製造方法。
- 第1活性ポリマー層を配置する工程で、PEDOT層を配置する、請求項11記載の有機電子デバイスの大面積配列体の製造方法。
- さらに、ウェブコーティング法によって第2活性ポリマー層を第1活性ポリマー層上に、第1活性ポリマー層全体を第2活性ポリマー層で覆うように配置し、
第2活性ポリマー層をパターニングして複数の分離された第2活性ポリマー領域を形成し、この際、複数の分離された第2活性ポリマー領域のそれぞれが複数の分離された第1活性ポリマー領域の対応する1つの少なくとも一部分を覆うようにパターニングし、またパターニングを溶剤ワイピングによって行う

- 第2活性ポリマー層を配置する工程で、発光ポリマー層を配置する、請求項16記載の有機電子デバイスの大面積配列体の製造方法。
- さらに、第2導電層を第2活性ポリマー層上に配置する工程を含む、請求項16記載の有機電子デバイスの大面積配列体の製造方法。
- 第1活性ポリマー層をパターニングする工程と第2活性ポリマー層をパターニングする工程を同時に行う、請求項16記載の有機電子デバイスの大面積配列体の製造方法。
- 複数の第1電極がパターニングされた可撓性基板上に正孔輸送層をウェブコーティング法で配置し、
溶剤ワイピングによって正孔輸送層をパターニングし、
ウェブコーティング法で発光ポリマー層を正孔輸送層上に配置し、
溶剤ワイピングによって発光ポリマー層をパターニングする、
工程を含む、有機発光ダイオードシステムの製造方法。 - 正孔輸送層を配置する工程で、PEDOT層を配置する、請求項21記載の有機発光ダイオードシステムの製造方法。
- 正孔輸送層を配置する工程で、正孔輸送層を厚さのばらつきが10%未満となるように配置する、請求項21記載の有機発光ダイオードシステムの製造方法。
- 正孔輸送層を配置する工程で、厚さ約0.01μm〜1.0μmの層を配置する、請求項21記載の有機発光ダイオードシステムの製造方法。
- 正孔輸送層を配置する工程で、マイクログラビア(登録商標)塗工法によって正孔輸送層を配置する、請求項21記載の有機発光ダイオードシステムの製造方法。
- 発光層を配置する工程で、正孔輸送層を厚さのばらつきが10%未満となるように配置する、請求項21記載の有機発光ダイオードシステムの製造方法。
- 発光層を配置する工程で、厚さ約0.01μm〜1.0μmの層を配置する、請求項21記載の有機発光ダイオードシステムの製造方法。
