Claims (15)
- 脈動流を検出及び/又は測定する超音波方法であって、
流動箇所から超音波ドップラ信号情報を捕捉すること、
前記ドップラ信号情報から特定周波数帯域内のパワースペクトルを判定すること、
前記パワースペクトルの基本波ピーク及び高調波ピークを識別すること、
当該識別された基本波ピーク及び高調波ピークを含む帯域におけるパワーを判定すること、及び
前記帯域における前記パワーから脈動性の程度を判定すること、
を有する方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、当該識別はさらに、前記パワースペクトルの基本波ピーク及び複数の高調波ピークを識別することを有する、方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法であって、当該識別はさらに、前記パワースペクトルの基本波ピーク及び4つの高調波ピークを識別することを有する、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、当該パワーの判定はさらに、基本波又は高調波ピークを含む各帯域における正規化パワーを計算することを有する、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、ノイズの関数として前記帯域における前記パワーに重み付けすることをさらに有する方法。
- 請求項5に記載の方法であって、前記帯域における前記パワーの重み付けはさらに、S字結腸の加重関数により前記帯域における前記パワーの重み付けをすることを有する、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、当該脈動性の程度を判定することは、脈動指数を形成するよう前記帯域における前記パワーを合成することを有する、方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法であって、前記脈動指数を閾値と比較することをさらに有する方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記ピークの間のスペクトルからノイズの程度を判定することをさらに有する方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法であって、総スペクトルパワーに対して前記ノイズの程度を正規化することをさらに有する方法。
- 除細動器であって、
1対の電極と、
前記電極に結合したショック伝達回路と、
超音波ドップラトランスデューサと、
前記ドップラトランスデューサに結合され、ドップラスペクトルを生成するよう動作するドップラ処理器と、
前記ドップラスペクトルにおける基本波ピーク及び少なくとも1つの高調波ピークを検出するよう動作可能なピーク検出器と、
当該検出されたピークに応答動作し、当該検出されたピークの近傍において前記ドップラパワーから脈動性の程度を生成するよう動作する脈動性プロセッサと、
を有する除細動器。 - 請求項11に記載の除細動器であって、前記電極及び前記ショック伝達回路に結合されるECG信号処理器をさらに有する除細動器。
- 請求項11に記載の除細動器であって、前記ドップラトランスデューサに結合されるドップラ信号送信器をさらに有する除細動器。
- 請求項11に記載の除細動器であって、前記ドップラ処理器はさらに、帯域化ドップラ信号を生成するための手段をさらに有する、除細動器。
- 請求項11に記載の除細動器であって、ノイズの作用に対する免疫性を前記脈動性プロセッサに付与するよう動作可能なノイズ検出器をさらに有する除細動器。
