Abstract
Description
このために、本発明は、
熱交換器シェル内に取り付けるためのバッフルとシールとの集合体であって、
各々が2個の長手リムを有する複数の長手バッフルと;
取付け後に長手バッフルの長手リムを熱交換器シェルに対して密封係合させるための複数の長手シールと;
を備え、
取付け後に熱交換器シェルと共に二重壁を形成するように、隣り合った長手バッフルの長手シール間に延びるよう配置された壁部材を更に備える前記集合体を提供する。
- 熱交換器シェルを準備する段階と;
- 各々が2つの長手リムを有する複数の長手バッフル;複数の長手シール;及び複数の壁部材;を備えるバッフルとシールとの集合体を準備する段階と;
- 長手リムのところに長手シールが設けられると共に、壁部材が隣り合った長手バッフルの長手シール間に延びている積層の長手バッフルの装置が得られるように熱交換器シェルの外側でバッフルとシールとの集合体を組み立てる段階と;
- 各々の壁部材が熱交換器シェルと二重壁を形成するように、前記構成を熱交換器シェルに入れる段階と;
からなる熱交換器の組立方法を提供する。
以下、添付図面を参照して本発明をさらに詳しく説明する。
同じ参照番号が異なる図で用いられている場合には、同じ又は同様の対象を示している。
図1は本発明によるバッフルとシールとの集合体1の三次元図を概略的に示す。明確にするため、熱交換器シェル4の一部をこの集合体の周りに示したが、一般にシェル4は必ずしも集合体の一部を形成する必要がないことが分かる。
長手バッフルがシェルの直径から相対的に遠く離れて配置される場合には、図4において破線のバッフル6’について示されているように長手リムをシェル34の半径方向に折り曲げるのが好ましい場合もある。

Claims (14)
- 熱交換器シェル内に取り付けるためのバッフルとシールとの集合体であって、
各々が2個の長手リムを有する複数の長手バッフルと;
取付け後に長手バッフルの長手リムを熱交換器シェルに対して密封係合させるための複数の長手シールと;
を備え、
取付け後に熱交換器シェルと共に二重壁を形成するように、隣り合った長手バッフルの長手シール間に延びるよう配置された壁部材を更に備える前記集合体。 - 長手シールが長手リムを受け入れるためのU字形フランジを備え、更に壁シール部材をも備える、請求項1に記載の集合体。
- 壁シール部材が向かい合って外向きに延びる弾性フランジから成る、請求項2に記載の集合体。
- 壁部材が折り曲げられた長手リムを有し、U字形フランジが、前記長手シールから延びた壁部材の折り曲げられた長手リムも受け入れるように構成されている、請求項2又は3に記載の集合体。
- 長手バッフルの少なくとも1つが折り曲げられた長手リムを有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の集合体。
- 管束を支持するための複数の横バッフルを更に備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の集合体。
- 横バッフルがエキスパンデッドメタルから作られた要素である、請求項6に記載の集合体。
- 熱交換器シェルの入口と出口の間でn回のパスの曲がりくねった流体の流路を形成するために長手バッフルの数がn?1であり、ただしn>2であり、横バッフルがn個の部分から形成される、請求項6又は7に記載の集合体。
- 隣り合った長手バッフル間の横バッフルの前記部分が、前記隣り合った長手バッフルの対向した二重壁間の断面に対応した断面を有する、請求項8に記載の集合体。
- 管が管板から横バッフルと横端バッフルとを通って管端板まで延び、壁部材が一方の端にて管板に連結され、もう一方の端にて端バッフルに連結される、請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載の集合体。
- シェルのパス間で端バッフルの周りを流体が通り抜けるのを防止するために、端バッフルがシールを備える、請求項10に記載の集合体。
- 集合体が熱交換器シェル内に配置される、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の集合体。
- - 熱交換器シェルを準備する段階と;
- 各々が2つの長手リムを有する複数の長手バッフル、
複数の長手シール、及び
複数の壁部材
を備えるバッフルとシールとの集合体を準備する段階と;
- 長手リムのところに長手シールが設けられると共に、壁部材が隣り合った長手バッフルの長手シール間に延びている積層の長手バッフルの装置が得られるように熱交換器シェルの外側でバッフルとシールとの集合体を組み立てる段階と;
- 各々の壁部材が熱交換器シェルと二重壁を形成するように、前記装置を熱交換器シェルに入れる段階と;
からなる熱交換器の組立方法。 - 熱交換器シェルを準備する段階が、前の熱交換器の内部構造物を熱交換器シェルから取り出すことを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
