Description

Claims (10)
- 航空機用のエンジンサスペンションパイロン(50)であって、
前記パイロン(50)はボックス型構造体を有しており、
前記ボックス型構造体は、主方向に沿った前記構造体の外面を形成する4枚の前後方向パネル(40)を備えた、前記主方向に沿って延在する内部フレーム(20)を具備してなり、
前記パイロン(50)は、エンジンおよび/または翼のために設けられた取り付けポイント(26)を具備してなり、
前記前後方向パネル(40)のうちの少なくとも3枚は、前記ボックスの稜(22,24)を画定すると共に前記取り付けポイント(26)を具備してなる前記フレーム(20)に対して機械的に固定されており、
前記フレーム(20)は一体構造となるよう構成されていることを特徴とするエンジンサスペンションパイロン(50)。 - 前記一体構造フレーム(20)はさらに、前記パイロン(50)の前記取り付けポイント(26)に、前記稜(24)を連結するフレームからなるリブ(22a)を具備してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサスペンションパイロン。
- 前記一体構造フレーム(20)はさらに、前記稜(24)を連結するフレームからなる支持リブ(22b)を具備してなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のサスペンションパイロン。
- 4枚の前記前後方向パネル(40)は、前記一体構造フレーム(20)に対して機械的に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のサスペンションパイロン。
- 前記フレーム(20)は、前記稜(24)に沿った溶接部(28)によって製造されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のサスペンションパイロン。
- 前記取り付けポイント(26)において前記フレーム(20)に対して機械的に取り付けられた補強材取り付け具(30)をさらに具備してなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のサスペンションパイロン。
- 前記フレーム(20)はチタニウムから形成され、かつ/または前記パネル(40)は複合材から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のサスペンションパイロン。
- ボックス型の航空機用エンジンサスペンションパイロンを製造するための方法であって、
パイロンフレーム(20)の単一部品を製造することと、
前記フレーム(20)上にパネル(40)を機械的に取り付けることと、を具備することを特徴とする製造方法。 - 単一部品の製造は、溶接によって、または鋳造によって行われることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の製造方法。
- 前記フレーム(20)上に補強材取り付け具(30)を機械的に取り付けることをさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項8または請求項9に記載の製造方法。
