Claims (34)
- 内腔を有するカニューレと、前記内腔と連通する導管と、前記カニューレ内に除去可能に配置される導入スタイレットと、前記カニューレ内に選択的に挿入可能な切除装置と、前記カニューレ内に選択的に挿入可能な補助治療装置とを備える、患者の病変部位を治療するための装置。
- 前記患者内の前記カニューレの穿通を制限するように構成された制限部材をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制限部材と接触するように構成された基準構造をさらに備える、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記内腔と前記補助治療装置との間に位置決めされる真空通路をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 真空状態を形成するための真空装置をさらに備え、前記導管に与えられる前記真空状態によって、前記補助治療装置上で組織空洞が縮小する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記補助治療装置が、凍結アブレーション、高周波アブレーション、加熱、小線源療法、および光力学療法のうちの少なくとも1つを使用して動作する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 目標とされない組織領域を保護するために前記補助治療装置の一部を覆う遮蔽物をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記カニューレ内に選択的に挿入可能な目標確認装置をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 内腔を有するカニューレと、前記内腔と連通する穴と、前記カニューレを前記患者内に位置決めするように構成された制限部材と、前記カニューレ内に選択的かつ除去可能に配置される導入スタイレットと、前記カニューレ内に選択的に挿入可能であり、病変部位から組織を除去するように構成された減量装置と、前記病変部位を治療するために前記カニューレ内に選択的に挿入可能な補助治療装置とを備える、病変部位のための補助治療装置。
- 前記制限部材と接触するように構成された基準構造をさらに備える、請求項9に記載の補助治療装置。
- 前記カニューレ内に選択的に挿入可能な目標確認装置をさらに備える、請求項9に記載の補助治療装置。
- 前記穴に動作可能に連結された真空供給源をさらに備え、前記真空供給源が、前記病変部位を前記補助治療装置の近傍へ引き寄せる、請求項9に記載の補助治療装置。
- 前記補助治療装置が、凍結アブレーション、高周波アブレーション、加熱、および光力学療法のうちの少なくとも1つを使用する、請求項9に記載の補助治療装置。
- 前記病変部位に感光剤が送達される、請求項9に記載の補助治療装置。
- 前記補助治療装置が、前記病変部位を照射する、請求項14に記載の補助治療装置。
- 第1の組織をアブレーションする遠位端を有する、凍結アブレーションプローブと、
前記遠位端の一部を覆い、第2の組織を保護する遮蔽物とを備える、外科治療装置。 - 前記遮蔽物が、プラスチック、ゴム、またはPTFEのうちの少なくとも1つから部分的に構成される、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 導入スタイレット上に配置された外カニューレを有する、前記導入スタイレットを患者の体内へと挿入し、病変部位への通路を形成する工程と、前記外カニューレを残して、前記導入スタイレットを前記患者の体から取り出す工程と、前記外カニューレを通して切除装置を前記患者の体内へと挿入し、前記病変部位から組織を除去する工程と、前記外カニューレを残して、前記切除装置を前記患者の体から取り出す工程と、前記外カニューレを通して、補助療法用装置を前記患者の体内へと挿入する工程と、前記補助療法用装置を使用して前記病変部位を治療する工程とを含む、最小限に侵襲的な疾患療法のための方法。
- 前記外カニューレからの真空を用いて、前記病変部位を前記補助療法用装置へと引き寄せる工程をさらに含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記切除装置を使用して前記病変部位を減量する工程をさらに含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記導入スタイレットを取り出した後のいずれかの工程において、前記外カニューレを通して前記患者の体内に目標確認装置を挿入する工程をさらに含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記補助治療装置が、凍結アブレーション、高周波アブレーション、加熱、小線源療法、および光力学療法のうちの少なくとも1つを使用する、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記導入スタイレットを取り出した後のいずれかの工程において、前記外カニューレを通して前記病変部位へと感光剤を注入する工程をさらに含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記補助療法用装置を用いて前記病変部位を照射する工程をさらに含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 導入スタイレット上に配置された外カニューレを有する、前記導入スタイレットを患者の体内へと挿入し、病変部位への通路を形成する工程と、
前記外カニューレを残して、前記導入スタイレットを前記患者の体から取り出す工程と、
前記病変部位を位置決定する工程と、
前記外カニューレを通して、補助療法用装置を前記患者の体内へと挿入する工程と、
前記外カニューレに対する真空を用いて前記病変部位を縮小させる工程と、
前記補助療法用装置を用いて前記病変部位を治療する工程とを含む、医療手順。 - 前記外カニューレを通して、前記病変部位から組織を切除する工程をさらに含む、請求項25に記載の手順。
- 画像療法を用いて、前記病変部位の除去が確認されるまで、前記切除が継続される、請求項25に記載の手順。
- 画像療法を用いて、前記病変部位を取り囲む辺縁が確認されるまで、前記治療が継続される、請求項25に記載の手順。
- 前記位置決定が、目標確認装置を用いて達成される、請求項25に記載の手順。
- 前記目標確認装置が、磁気共鳴画像法(MRI)で識別可能な材料を含む、請求項29に記載の手順。
- いずれかの工程の前、間、または後に、前記外カニューレを通して流体を注入する工程をさらに含む、請求項25に記載の手順。
- 前記流体が、麻酔薬、生理食塩水、感光剤、および止血剤のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項31に記載の手順。
- いずれかの工程の前、間、または後に、前記外カニューレを通して流体を除去する工程をさらに含む、請求項25に記載の手順。
